Pretty dumb for a robot
Regret wasting so much money on such a dumb thing. Can’t even get up from the floor to the carpet!!! You can’t manually steer it because too dumb. Horrible application. Don’t buy!!! Even from four years ago my eufy could do way moreUpdate. After 8 month battery died. Horrible horrible horrible purchase

Read before you purchase it
The Ecovac Omni X1 is so huge in size and I didn’t like it because it couldn’t overcome the obstacles between the rooms (few mm marbles that are in front of the kitchen and toilets) it got stuck that i have to give it a push to overcome it. I tried it and found out that it doesn’t recognize the docking station easily and it took few trials until it reaches the charging base. I was expecting much from it.

Love it!!
Our floor is waay to bright that even walking keeps a mark. We keep cleaning everyday but it was so exhausting. We decided to buy during a sale. And we were super impressed.We clean full apartment alternately, and just living room every day. It’s almost like a person. First day we had to let him scan all places, he tries his best to clean every corner!He himself goes and cleans himself. We get notified to fill clean water and throw the dirty ones. Finally problem solved
I used this rebot Vacuum cleaner, it looks bigger than i thought, but it packs with alot of new features in its huge body. its amazing while using. this is really is like an autonomous robot, i dont have to worry about my dirty floor, as this rebort taking care for everything.

Pros1)Moping is good compared to the previous version.2)Maping.3)Auto Clean+Auto Empty is very good.4)voice controlCons1)It is not able to overcome the obstacles between the rooms (small cm marbles that are in front of the kitchen).2)only recognising the obstacles in moping mode(eg:dish washer pipe in the kitchen).Not recognising in vaccum mode.3)Expensive comapred to other brands.

Huge regret purchasing this brand. No Service support in UAE
It is advisable not to go for this brand as it is not having any service support in UAE. After spending this amount, we have to throw out the product after 1 year as we will not get any support for repair. We can have many other good brands which will give service support in UAE.

Expensive but amazing robot
I’ve been using the robot for a couple of days, and it works excellently. Good quality of mopping and vacuuming. The base station really simplifies the cleaning routine.I used T8 AIVI for some time, it was a good machine, but compared to this – the difference is huge.The robot is relatively quiet. It mops, cleans mopping pads, dries pads, removes collected dirt, etc. Everything is as in the description.And the new AI is much better and faster than in T8.There are still some small cons like more difficult cleaning of mixed floors, quite big base. You still need manually remove hair from the wheels, and clean the base. But for me, the pros are much more important. Especially fully automatic cleaning of mopping pads in the middle of the cleaning process to get better results.

I’ve bought my Deebot N8+ several months back so it’s time for preventive maintenance. This replacement filters iare great and is affordable to maintain the quality of my deebot. It says on the title that it’s compatible with X1 series but is also compatible with my Deebot N8+. Great stuff Ecovac!

Warranty Support problem
The equipment worked fine for the first 6 months, suddenly it stopped mopping. After several msgs via amazon and also via email there is just no response, even with a one year warranty. I’m very disappointed that such an expensive item is now useless after only 6 months and the manufacturer/supplier support is just ignoring me.

The best out there
I had the ecovac deebot T8+ for over a year, and got this one few days back, and its amazingly good if not the best of the best. The only downside is that it will not go on carpets if it has the rotating moping pads installed. Battery life is good enough to clean your whole apartment/vila.Expensive but worth it.

Too expensive for what it actually worth
Why do we buy a Robot vacuum cleaner? For convenience, right? Well let me tell you something, this machine is not convenient!The quality of the components, station and overall cleaning performance is pretty good but mopping function is “meh” at most. It requires 2 complete runs to actually clean very smooth tiles in my house. Although there’s a heat dryer for the mopping pads, they get smelly just after some days so that function is not working great either.However, the worst and the most horrible thing about the robot is not that. Everything about cleaning, performance etc. they’re all nothing when your robot constantly gets offline and you have to open the lid, turn it off and on, then re-setup to connect wifi every couple of days is just horrendous. There’s no help in the internet, I couldn’t find any support that can help and now I have an extremely expensive retarded robot in my house. I could give 3 stars but being “the most expensive” machine and having such a technological flaw makes it even worse.I’m frustrated as I cannot even sell it second hand because the price drops so high that I cannot buy a decent robot afterwards.I recommend going with other brands. I tried Ecovacs first and last time.EDIT!Not even 1 year old and one of the side brush rotors already died. I tried but found no official address or phone number for Dubai. I wish I have never bought this product! I’m dropping my review one more star to 1 star. If there was a zero star, I’d give that. If you value your money, find something with CUSTOMER SERVICE available.

Really good but not perfect by far
I really like the product overall, however I don’t believe it’s as good as the Eufy equivalent despite other reviews. The robot is too tall and will no longer travel under the majority of my furniture which the Eufy has no problem with also it lacks a remote ability meaning I have to clean the entire room just to clean a small area I require. Also the robot will not climb over thresholds to the kitchen with the mopping pads attached where the Eufy would retract the mopping pads and bounce over the lip without issue. The good points are: it has 2 side brushes and an external Hoover bag which means I can spend longer without emptying it.

The app constantly crashes, high frequency of accessory changing, smart mapping is not smart enough
Very poor detection of obstacles ( keeps stressing around door steps) and poor performance with larger particles such as cereals. The mopping function takes a long time to clean the pads and resume cleaning, and it might get lost returning back to the exact location.Generally, it is not heavy duty and needs a very tidy house with a lot of open, uncovered spaces.

Seem to be better parts than what came with robot.
This vac is awesome, but only use genuine replacement parts. I had this set on hand to replace all the brushes. It seems like the brushes in this pack at a little different than what came what the robot but they installed easily and are not wearing as quickly as the originals. I tried some off brand brushes and got alit of brush sensor errors. With this replacement pack there are no errors and the vac is running like new again.

Huge regrets purchasing this product.
After being a loyal Neato user for what feels like centuries, I finally decided it was time for an upgrade. Enter this shiny new product with its impressive features and genius marketing. I live in a modest two-bedroom apartment with wooden floors and some cozy rugs. However, much to my dismay, this so-called upgraded device has the battery life of a sprinter on a coffee binge. It barely manages to cover 50% of my apartment before panting for a recharge.But that’s not all, folks! It seems this little fella has a Ph.D. in confusion. It gets stuck and bewildered more often than a cat trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube. Let me give you an example of its navigation skills: imagine it needs to go from my wooden floor to the luxurious carpet in my bedroom, then to the delightful tiles in my bathroom, and back again. Well, my friend, this vacuum throws its mechanical hands up in defeat at the mere thought of such an expedition. It’s like asking a unicyclist to juggle flaming torches while tightrope walking—it’s just not happening.Sure, the camera feature is a nifty gimmick, but let’s be real here—I’d rather have a vacuum that actually vacuums. You know, one that gets the job done without needing a rescue mission every five minutes. I have deep regrets about this purchase. My old faithful Neato, a wise veteran of three years, could effortlessly clean my entire abode without breaking a sweat or getting caught in an existential crisis. Bring back the good ol’ days, I say!

Worth to have it very good tool
This is one of my best buy. Although I gave 4 starts only for looking next model with few improvement.Product is excellent. Clean your home 95% of area. You need to work on corner.Sometime it gets stuck on objects. Biggest issue it cannot cross the small steps line 1 cm to other room.If you have plan home without steps this is perfect buy.

It’s all awesome!
After moving house, I decided to get a new robot vacuum to help me. I am very curious about the capabilities of the X1 omni. One day after placing my order, I received my home helper! It really has a lot of amazing abilities, I can actually check my room with it, I can use it to see if my kids are in danger! And very clearly！Of course it all happens with my permission! It has so many functions! Like a novelty toy! My favorite is that it’s hot air drying and I don’t have to clean the rag myself at all! It’s all awesome!

Driving Wheel not moving, need to claim warranty.
Purchased in August 22 with 1 year warranty and bought extended 1 year warranty.Robot was working fine until after 2 months of light usage when it start giving error, “CANNOT MOVE FURTHER, CHECK THE DRIVING WHEEL”. Robot has been kept clean. Wrote seller feed back to contact me & it’s been more than 2 working days now.Update April 23: Seller replaced with new unit, working perfectly since last 6 months. Customer support is excellent. 5 Stars.

I have used the N8+ before and it works very well, so I trust the quality of ECOVACS! Not long ago, I discovered the ecovacs‘s new addition – the X1 OMNI! It looks so cool! I decided to buy it to work with my N8+, it sounds perfect doesn’t it? Now that I received and used the X1, it’s really powerful! Cruise function! 3D modeling! I love its spin mop, it really does a deep clean! It’s totally worth its price! Trust me, you will want to experience it!

Product life is 11 months only.NO repair or customer service in Dubai
It seems that product life is only 1 year. This was our second ecovacs product & both lasted for one year only. The sensor nad auto-empty station actually stopped working after 11 months.they do not have any repair or service center in UAE.The customer support looks like a chat bot, which keeps sending you the same reply on email again & again a. Issue will never be resolved.
