Impressed
I was skeptical of the many “Vine Customer Review of Free Product” 5 Star reviews but decided to give this bot a shot. It’s far exceeded my expectations. The mapping is great. The suction on hard floors is great. I was concerned going in about the suction on medium pile carpet…but it performs great there too. Mopping is very good too. Only minor complaint is the mopping seems to dribble a little bit and leave small dots of water occasionally..but aside from that. Great vac. The app takes a little bit of getting used to..but is pretty intuitive after a few days.

Easy setup, very smart features
After years of a pretty dumb robot vacuum, we were unprepared for how smoothly and effortlessly this one would operate. We used to have to remind each other that it was a “vacuum night,” and go around securing all the places we didn’t want it to go and the things we didn’t want it to hit, because we knew it would get stuck or ruin something. Those days are gone. This one ran a mapping program after its initial charge, and has much more sophisticated detecting equipment, including LIDAR and floor-covering type sensors. The resulting map of our first floor was really detailed, and I could add to it from there, telling it the names of rooms, placing furniture, etc. We let it run a few times normally before trying the mop function, as suggested, and we were pretty satisfied with the results. It can tell what kind of floor surface it’s on, and cleans appropriately, even if you move the rugs around or remove them. The software that comes with the robot is almost as impressive as the robot’s hardware; you can tell it how hard to clean, how detailed a path, what room to do, mop or vacuum or both, etc, all on a very sophisticated schedule, if that’s what you want. We never had any options before aside from “run at X time on Y day,” so this is pretty amazing. The quiet running feature is barely noticeable, and even the maximum is quieter than our old robot vacuum. It’s cleaned for a week now on the same schedule, and our floors look pretty great. My SO likes to go around in socks, and they are even cleaner on the bottom at the end of the day now than they were last month. Only once has it gotten stuck on an item (bathroom scale) that we realized was just the right height and had to be either moved or programmed around. Even when cleaning our whole first floor (about 800 sq/ft) twice, it docks with over 50% charge, so it should do fine in a larger home. If we had to come up with something to criticize, it’d be that the dust collection bin is pretty small, in order to make room for the mop water. However, that is to be expected, and with the area we have to clean, it’s not been a problem. It is just so cool to watch this thing move with grace and intention after so long watching its predecessor bump drunkenly into things.

Mapping and cleaning are great✨
This is my third vacuum robot I own from Dreame (I even bought one of my mom). I also had a Shark and a Roomba i7 as comparison. I have two dogs and one cat, no carpets but hardwood floors and ceramic.I rate robots based on the following points (for my personal need extremely important): 1) Accurate mapping; 2) good vacuum suction and ability of vacuuming on edge of furniture; 3) Not getting stuck easily; 4) Good monitoring of its activity in the map. 5) for mops, good mopping; 6) easy scheduling in the appA) I struggled at the beginning because apparently the app I was using was not correct. For my other Dreame, I use Mi Home, while in this case I had to download Dreamehome app. Customer Service was very fast in replying and very supportive (I didn’t realize at the beginning of the different app).B) This robot supports only 2.4 Ghz as wifi signal, and many of us have only 5G…so I contacted my internet provider to ask to split the line to give me a 2.4 signal…well they explained me that I just needed to bring the robot as far as possible from the router and the signal in that case would be 2.4…and they were right! Online connection successful.But let’s go to the major points.1) Mapping. If I compare the mapping of any Dreame with my Shark of Roomba, Dreame is much more accurate, recognizes easily furniture and objects. It took only 10 min to map the whole main floor, including my couch (showing the areas that could not reach). 5️⃣2) Excellent vacuum, after cleaning the kitchen floor I didn’t notice any dirt on the floor. Picked pet’s hair very easily as well, going close enough to the furniture to collect dirt on the edges (my roomba doesn’t do it). 5️⃣3) In my pictures you can see my kitchen chairs and stools. The Roomba i7 gets continuously stuck on both, very frustrating, I even had to stop the daily cleaning of the kitchen because of this. This Dreame fought with the chair’s legs and stools and won. It did not get stuck, I am impressed (but not surprised, the other Dreame has the same performance on obstacles). 5️⃣4) I love how it is easy to monitor the cleaning in the app, you can see it live while it is cleaning, but also after it is done (see picture). 5️⃣5) Mopping…it depends what we compare it to, and our expectations. If you compare it to a regular mop, obviously will not clean as well: it is a small reservoir of water (I use distilled water) with no detergent. But if you compare it to other vacuum mops it does a better job because of the rotating mops instead than a semicircle mop that other robots have. The rotating mops clean and scrub much better than regular vacuum mops. 4️⃣6) Extremely versatile in type of cleaning (only vac, only mop, both; suction power and type of wetness, even how many cycles of cleaning needs to do;) Scheduling was not 100% straightforward (kept on going in default of cleaning room 1-but was easy to delete that job). Just to clarify, I enjoy to learn on how to use an appliance without reading the manual…so probably those 5 min wasted could have been saved by reading the instructions. 4️⃣Cons: So far I did not notice any negative point. Obviously we have a small dustbin and water reservoir, so I would not use it for the whole main floor (for big houses), without monitoring it (at least to add more water). Regardless, I recommend it with no hesitations. 5️⃣

This thing is incredible!!!
We have two smart robot vacuums that have always done a decent job cleaning and navigating obstacles. I was a bit hesitant to order this one because there’s really nothing wrong with the ones we have, but after watching the videos on it, I thought it could be worth it if it really performed as well as the videos showed. Additionally, we’ve been interested in a robot vacuum that can mop and vacuum which this one does. After charging it fully and setting up the app to get it connected to Wi-Fi, I ran it on its first cleaning job. The results were so impressive that I was just blown away by what this vacuum is capable of. Both of the other vacuums have sensors to help map and avoid obstacles, but as they learn, they tend to ram in to anything in their path before slowly learning over time where the obstacles are. They eventually become able to avoid obstacles without hitting them hard as they learn, but any changes in the placement of furniture or other items will cause the older robots to require relearning the changes. The motion they use when something has changed is even noticeable, and you can very easily see that the new obstacle has caused confusion that forces them to start trying to figure out what’s changed. This smart robot vacuum is so superior to the others that it flawlessly ran around without making any kind of even slight impact with obstacles. The lidar technology is very obviously far more advanced than any other model we have. As it ran, I watched the mapping ability in the app and could not believe what I was seeing. It mapped every room we left access to with such perfect precision that you could see where our furniture sat, our piano, and any other decor as they were shown on the map as obstacles that couldn’t be passed. The other models would not see the couches or recliners bc they sit a couple inches of the ground aside from the framing. This caused them to constantly end up stuck under furniture that weren’t blocked off and they’d become wedged underneath causing us to have to free them and restart the cleaning cycle. This one will perfectly map your home or rooms, any obstacles, and even show the most efficient route it will take and store the data for future cycles. The app gives you control over the stored maps too. For instance, let’s say you have an obstacle in a previously mapped area but the obstacle is something temporary that isn’t intended to permanently sit in the spot it’s in.. this robot vacuum will detect this new obstacle and avoid crashing into it. Once the cycle ends you will get a prompt that a new map has been created based off the change from the prior saved map. The app will then ask you if you wish to replace the initial map with the newest one it just created which shows this obstacle that won’t be permanent. Since it’s not going to be accurate in the long run, you can tell the app to keep the previous map as the saved and correct map. On the other end of that.. say this new obstacle is permanent like a new piece of furniture that will sit where it is for the foreseeable future. In that case you would choose to save this new map to provide the vacuum with this new info. Essentially the vacuums sensor and mapping capabilities are far superior to the other vacuums, and any changes are flawlessly detected without causing this vacuum any confusion that would otherwise disrupt an entire route and force the other models to begin remapping entirely due to one unexpected change in the environment. I rarely give five stars to really good products, but I’m just so impressed with the performance that I have to give it five for exceeding what I expected and hoped for! I was completely oblivious to the fact that some smart robot vacuums had improved in technological capability or had been developed with such impressive features nowadays that the improvement could be this unimaginable. I’m just so impressed and happy with this product that I have to say to anyone considering it that if you can afford, get it! The price isn’t all that bad either.. hell I spent $400 one a dyson v8 animal in 2020 and $700 on a dyson v15 outsize in 2023 and both impressed me compared to any other vacuum we’ve owned in the past, so for this one to be close to the price of the v8 animal and nearly half the v15 outsize price, it feels worth the cost for a piece of technology that impresses me more than v8 and as much possibly more than the v15. I may sound pathetic saying this, but to me it’s a true technological marvel.

I Love This Unit!

This was my first foray into the world of robotic vacuums, and I can see what the fuss is about. While I can’t compare it to other units because this is the first one I’ve really used, I did try to use one at an Airbnb we rented once, and it was horrible. This is a completely different experience. It has a straightforward setup (including a smartphone app, which is nice and convenient), can do both vacuuming and wet-mopping, and did a really good job of mapping our condo footprint (as seen in the diagram attached, which came straight from the app). It navigates chairs, tables, carpet, etc. well, and generally does two passes – one around the carpets and any other obstacles, and then another where it focuses on those areas. I love that you can do set days/times, or just pull up the app and get it started, especially if you’re getting ready to leave. It runs pretty quietly and has reasonable capacity, both for the dirt/dust collection as well as for the water/mopping reservoir. This has been a great addition to our home!

Gets my floors clean
I own the dreamtech W10. It has a separate tank system that holds clean and dirty water for mopping. Very effective system, and I really like it. Thus, when I saw the new dreame L10s Gen Pro 2 was available, I decided my experience with the W10 was all the recommendation I needed. I was right. This is a great robot vacuum. First, I connected the L10s to the internet easily by installing app. The app, of course, turns your phone into a remote, which I find much easier than having an actual remote. (I tend to lose remotes; I’m not losing my phone.) The L10s is powerful with 7000Pa suction power. I have three other robot vacuums, and none of them come close to that kind of power. The L10s has excellent mapping with 3-D obstacle avoidance and can detect whether it’s on hard flooring or carpet. It really gets in the nooks and crannies, as it works in corners. It picks up pet hair as well. Best of all, it has two scrubbers that can be attached for mopping hard floors. And it does that surprisingly well. All in all, an excellent addition to my robots, and I recommend.

The smartest vaccum!
Up until recently I had a roomba but I really wanted a vacuum that also had a mop. This machine is absolutely perfect!!! On the first task it mapped out the house and it did an incredible job, so accurate that it’s almost scary – you look at the map it put together and you can tell where the couch is, where a chair is, etc, everything! You can use it just for vacuum or vacuum and mop and this smart little guy just KNOWS when to use the mop and when it’s carpet and it needs to use the vacuum, I couldn’t believe – I did not set it up, it just knows. You have various options on how much water you want it to use on your floors for the mopping, and also, you can choose for it to clean the whole house, or just one room – you go to the map it created, select the room and then it goes and clean just that one. INCREDIBLE. The only thing I slightly don’t like is that it doesn’t connect to Alexa but that’s just me being spoiled, it doesn’t really need Alexa. It has it’s own app, which sometimes can be slow but only sometimes, overall it does a fantastic job. I love this machine, the smartest thing!

It’s fantastic
This robot vacuum is fantastic. With the LiDar technology it does a great job avoiding things and not getting stuck. The suction is great and it really does clean the carpet and the tile really well. The mopping function takes a bit more effort to put together as you need to get the mop heads wet before putting them on.The app is easy to use and it really is effortless to get the robot to vacuum. It’s made my life so much easier.

All-terrain vacuum
So far the mapping has somehow been its most impressive feature and its biggest drawback. I’ve deleted the map and started over repeatedly, but it keeps cleaning under the bed multiple times the same day while ignoring other areas of the map. I just can’t help but be impressed with its ability to map down to every supporting foot under the bed though.While it hasn’t replaced our self-emptying Shark that was the same price, I think its ability to mop makes it competitive. Just having to set this up and empty it afterwards is certainly less labor-intensive than the mopping would be, so I guess that makes up for also having to manually empty the dust bin on this one. Neither is perfect at dog hair in the throw rugs, but neither is my upright vacuum that claims to be for pet hair. This one is better at going over the rugs and has never dragged one around the room like the Shark has. I’d never seen one that could raise up as far as this one to get through uneven doorways and over the rugs, so maybe that’s not a fair comparison. They both do a good job sweeping up loose pet hair, crumbs, and anything tracked in. It’s just pricier than I’d expect when it doesn’t empty itself and it keeps going back to the dock after only cleaning half of the map and needing restarted.

Great Robot Vacuum / Mop Combo
This is my third Robot vacuum and my favorite. The Robot vacuum comes packaged very securely. Everything is included to get started. Setup is simple – install the mop pads and side brush, connect to wifi, download the app, and run fast mapping. Fast mapping is how the robot vacuum creates a floor plan of what can be cleaned. This mapping is saved automatically. I was impressed that I was able to run fast mapping before charging the vacuum completely. In the phone app, I was able to customize the map divide rooms, and rename rooms. This is helpful when I want to clean a zone (room) without cleaning the entire house. The Robot vacuum does a great job of not running into furniture or walls. Another great function of the phone app is that you can see what areas/zones have been cleaned. After the first cleaning, the dustbin was full! Overall I was very impressed – setup was easy – great job cleaning – and easy to operate.

Wow impressive
This is my very first vacuum/ mop like this. I have always wondered about getting an I robot but never have. So I went all out for this pricy little guy. That does both vacuum and mopping. I must say I was very impressed.It has a 7,000 Pa suction, 2 high speed rotary mops and smart carpet sensing. This allows it to go from mopping strait to vacuum all by itself.It was easy to set up. Just install the mop pads and brush, connect it to the WiFi and download the app. The mapping saves automatically. It allows you to do just one room or all, and even tells you when you cleaned the last room so you know when the last area was already done. Good quality product and very durable!

Wow! Easily a 5 star vacuum.
I’ve had several older models and they did a decent job. But this one blows them a way. Plus it doesn’t get hung up on rugs or stuck.It charges quick enough and does a pretty thorough job of vacuuming. Definitely a time saver. I call this one Louise and she’s a member of our family now. When the grandkids come over and make messes with food crumbs etc. I just send Louise in and she handles it with no complaints.I’m so thrilled I found this model as I was about to give up on these robot vacuums.I can hands down , give this vacuum a 5 star review.

Great Vacuum So Far!
