The 360 camera is amazing
The 360 camera is amazing and the software that comes with. It is really easy to use. Only camera I’ve ever used is the one on my phone but with this camera you can get some really good shots the only disappointment was the long stick that attaches to the bike the bracket is very strong but stick broke at the first time I use it probably my fault overtightening it but I was able to put my selfie stick to the bracket and can get a wider angle this way but I still give 5 ⭐️ as the camera is amazing but wish I just add the camera and not the bike kit as it broke

SD karte wird nicht erkannt
Mit gelieferte SD Karte mit Windows formatiert, dann erkannt. Geht aber trotzdem nicht, weil die X3 sich aufhängt. Diese lässt sich dann nur ausschalten, indem man den Powerschalter drückt bis die x3 komplett abschaltet.

Kamera funktioniert perfekt. PC-Programm ist super. Einfach zu bedienen. Alles perfekt.Mit einer Einschränkung!!!!!!Für Skitouren nur bedingt geeignet. Kamera mit Akkustick sehr kälteempfindlich, friert ein, schaltet aus.Werde den Akkustick in ein Heizugsisolierrohr stecken. Ich hoffe das funktioniert.

Product Defective + Memory Card not Included in Package
Upon opening the package, memory card was not included, only the camera was received in its box packaging sealed in plastic cover-all. (Recorded the unboxing of package in video as proof no memory card was included)Camera suddenly shut down after a few minutes of using. Tried charging, a steady red light was showing, but was blinking rapidly afterwards then got shut off completely.I unplugged, and plugged the charger again but no more light indicators showing. Even after removing the battery, putting it back in and charging it again, but to no avail – not charging nor working.I already requested for product replacement , i hope the replaced item will be working properly AS BRAND NEW and will receive the memory card as advertised.

Game changer! But..
Very convenient to use, no need to worry about how the video or picture will be in the frame, BUT, images and videos aren’t as crisp as other adventure cameras. Night shoots are okay, but I suggest to tinker with the manual settings to get better results.

Where can i get this repaired?
I boughy this on 11Jul. First, the SD card is not working. Second, i only used this canera twice, it gets very hot acter a few minutes of use. Now it stopped working. Its not turning on even if the charger is connected and even if i leave it to charge after a few hours.I removed the battery and put it back a few times, it still wont turn on, its not even 1 month old. Return period has passed on 28Jul. Is there a service center in dubai?

As someone who has owned every single insta360 one camera this is by far the best. Works in a similar way to all previous cameras in the range but being the latest has the best quality. Actually bought as the megapixel count of photos has been increased.

Camara not working after 1 month
We’ve been using the camera for 1month (completely consumer normal use) and now suddenly it turns on for 3 seconds and then it dies. I already tried to return it once but they made it really difficult and in the end I had to leave London for Christmas before I could return it. They say that a courrier will come to pick it up… I spent two whole days in the house with the door open. No one came but they told me that someone had attempted the pick up. So frustrating baring in mind that this is a expensive camara. The camara is completely unusable in this condition as it doesn’t ever completely turn on. We would definitely like to adhere to the manufacturer’s guarantee and be sent a replacement as soon as possible. If we need to wait to send you our camera to check it’s condition we will need you to send a replacement one in the meantime as we use it to work. We must get a refund ASAP as we need this camera for work. We are more than happy to send this one to you. Thanks

Overheats, stops recording, terrible battery. GOOGLE its PROBLEMS BEFORE BUYING
UPDATE:After several months usage the unit has become pretty much unusable. Overheats and shuts off after 15-20 minutes of use. This is not acceptable behaviour for a dedicated £500 video camera. AVOID. This is a common issue, google it. Insta have a terrible customer service reputation, i have put in a request for support so lets see where it takes me. Be very wary, YouTubers are paid to make this camera look good but there are clearly technical issues that they don’t mention.I have used this on my bike and in my car. On bike it is connected so that it pokes out by my handlebar, this way there is a 360 degree view of overtraking vehicles. Cars can see the camera and when i ride with it on it feels like vehicles are in general passing me more safely. Those that don’t are reported and the images that the camera provides are more than sufficient for GoSafe Wales to secure a conviction.In the car the camera is a little too wide angle, it can only really be used front facing and the image is often insufficient to read car number plates.What is frustrating is the promise of telemetry. The ability to add GPS, speed, etc information to videos. Individuals on YouTube who clearly work indirectly for Insta will tell you this is a simple process. It is not. The phone app is a horrible and bloated affair that never seems to function as instructions imply. Buttons and functions are missing. I am sure this is all done so that you purchase the Insta360 GPS remote. Yep, it’s all about selling up.Deep down, even though i like a lot of the footage, i wish i’d gone for a GoPro. Very frustrating.

This camera has some nice features, the software is actually the secret ingredient! Thats where you do all the editing and viewing of various angles.You cant compare this camera however to a go pro 11 for example which takes far better quality footage. The go pro also works really well under water, which Insta360 is terrible at! The screen glitches and the start stop button is in a weird place… also the 360 degree view doesn’t work well under water either.So yes, insta 360 is a fun toy… to get ‘drone like’ view on a video… but overall go pro is a far better action camera.

Great all round quailty
I’ve been doing 360 photography for twenty years before the advent of 360 cameras. I have about six different dedicated 360 cameras and this is the first ive had an arounder that does photography and video well with great software, workflow and ease of use. Good price and loads of accessories. Can be used on its own with phone and pc with ease. Its not the best at everything but not far away but a fantastic all-rounder its got great stitching, dynamic range, both with video and stills and is now my go to action camera and the fact that its water proof and fits in a pocket is a joy for using in Scotlands weather whether youre doing water sports or out enjoying the countryside. Great piece of kit a usable battery life, a true gem that I would easily recommend.

Capture an Event then Point The Camera Later
Took a while to get started as the bundled ‘Integral’ 64G memory card was faulty, not fast enough, the camera seemed to lock-up in record mode. With a better (and larger) ‘Sandisk Extreme’ card fitted the camera worked properly and the fun began. It will record about 4 hours on a 256G card and the battery endurance seems adequate though I didn’t measure that yet. The PC editing software allowed me to select camera direction and zoom level for exporting to a ‘normal’ MP4 video quite easily, once the concept of ‘set points’ is understood. Microphones seem to be adequate. Such a shame they included a slow/faulty memory card in the bundle!

Sd Card ALWAYS Corrupts
Could be great. Took sons birthday videos with the X3 and have subsequently lost all the footage as a 2nd SD card has corrupted in the camera. A brand new Sandisk (as the one which came with the camera corrupted within a day). Seems it’s a common problem. Beware everyone.

Brilliant little camera! I bought it to use on bike rides with my toddler and the footage is just wowing everyone. The fact that you can’t see the camera support / selfie stick is brilliant and makes look like the person in front of actually took the video.

This lived up to expectations!Great for holidays with the family.Definitely needs a bigger storage card, 512Mb in my opinion.Also needs phone storage big enough to fo editing of the video footage later.Quality is brilliant, the effects from the insta are just insanely good. Read reviews on the Internet before buying and Believe this is the best on the market at the moment.If you’re a video fanatic, definitely get on!
