Everything feels so automatic and smart.It has a sensor where it tells you if the floor is dirty and if it is, it automatically increases the power on the device to suck up and clean the surface in a better way. So no more guesswork to do to find out if your floor is clean or if it still needs more vacuum action.Robot vacuums are not that good for corner cleaning and can’t clean big wet messes in your home, this device solves those 2 problems. Best purchase EVER!
This has literally been my favorite purchase, by far. It’s so easy to use and cleans wonderfully.I have used this EVERY DAY since I received it.We have 4 dogs in the house, yes 4… so the hair is there. Although short hair, it’s still a big thing. This picks it up without issues.Here are the ONLY ehhs that I’ve found.#1 you HAVE to dump the dirty water immediately. Then, once it’s done cleaning itself, you either have to dump again or dump before you use it. Otherwise, it smells SO bad. Obviously!#2 I have extremely uneven floors, so occasionally I have a little hair ball (from said dogs) that I may have to go over 2 times, as the rollers aren’t sitting right to suck it up the first time.#3 when I’m done using it. I remove all rollers and wash them and clean out the underneath. Although this picks up all the dog hair, there will be a TON sitting behind the rollers.This doesn’t take long but a small price to pay for 4 dogs!

Disappointing Experience with Roborock Vacuum and Customer Service
I purchased a Roborock vacuum with high hopes, given the brand’s reputation for innovation and efficiency in home cleaning solutions. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. After just three months of use, the vacuum’s brush stopped working, rendering the device practically useless for its primary function.Seeking a resolution, I contacted Roborock’s customer service, expecting prompt and efficient support. To my dismay, the service I received fell far short of my expectations. After explaining the issue, I was informed that my vacuum had been equipped with the wrong brush from the start – a surprising oversight for a company priding itself on quality control.What followed was an even more frustrating ordeal. Despite acknowledging the mistake, Roborock failed to rectify the situation in a timely manner. I was left waiting for months without a replacement brush, during which my vacuum remained inoperable. This lack of urgency and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable for a brand of Roborock’s stature.In summary, my experience with Roborock’s product and customer service has been profoundly disappointing. The initial product fault could have been an unfortunate, isolated incident. However, the company’s failure to provide a timely solution reflects poorly on its commitment to customer support. Future buyers might want to consider this before investing in a Roborock vacuum.

Not good vacuum for nowadays washable rugs
I wanted to love the product. I love all the robotics vacuums . However, even if the mop works amazingly when you want to save space and think that the cordless vacuum is going to be as awesome as the rest, it is not. It does not work on low pile rugs. It just stops.

MY FLOORS ARE SO CLEAN.
I can’t say enough. This is fantastic. Worth the price. I have cats and this cleans up any missed kitty litter while washing the floors. So easy to clean, Put on charging base and it cleans and dries. With pets I run a second clean cycle and added dry to make sure. The battery life is long and I can clean most of the rooms before needing a charge(very quick recharge and with the app can check on my phone if its ready). The app is simple and allows cleaning and drying remotely. Its great the cleaner goes in its own easy to access reservoir so only clean water goes in the tank.

Small vacuum chamber, need two vacuums for carpet and flooring, otherwise awesome

Great companion to a robot vac
My current setup in the house is a n S7 MaxV Ultra + a Samsung Jet 75. The Dyad Pro Combo will be replacing the Jet 75; it’s a no brainer. The Jet 75 does its job at crevice and furniture vacuuming but can’t assist the robot vac in a deep clean around the house, especially in the kitchen or bathroom where things get wet and grimy. The Dyad Pro combo solves all these problems! It tackles any stains or spills in the kitchen with ease, takes care of the bathroom effortlessly, and with its new attachments, can suck up cat hair where the robot can’t get to.The Dyad Pro combo is definitely the complete package to pair with a robot vac, or if you’re okay with doing it yourself, it really can function as an endgame for a vacuum in the house.

This is what a modern vacmob should be!
This vacmob helps you get the cleaning job done effortlessly, and to some people it might even be fun!It sort of “drives” itself presumably because of the rotating cleaning heads. That makes it really easy to maneuver (the fun part).But after all, what’s most important for a cleaning machine is not the superficial stuff, but whether it actually gets the job done. And it truly does! I thought I had been doing a pretty good job keeping my house clean. But man, I couldn’t believe how dirty the waste water got after I used it on my floor just casually for the first time.It also connects to an app which allows you to view the status of the machine and set your preferences of how it should work.This is what a modern vacmob should be. I highly recommend it.

This is an awesome vacuum cleaner for both wet and dry cleaning
I bought this vacuum cleaner a week ago and the product arrived with secure packaging. I am very happy with it. It is easy to setup and use following the well-written instruction manual. It is very powerful for different surfaces, such as carpets, hardwood floors, tiles. I finished cleaning the entire first floor of my house including the final self-cleaning procedure with just one full-tank of clean water (about 1L). There is still 45% battery left. It’s quiet and does not disturb anyone. The self-propelled function like lawn mower makes the cleaning process very easy and joyful.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient vacuum cleaner that can handle any kind of mess. It is worth every penny and deserves five stars.

Perfect cleaner (almost)
This Dyad Pro Combo is everything i needed. Can do the entire house (vac and mop) in a single charge. Small niggles as the mechanized brush stops on an area rug (works well on carpet), and the vaccum attachment dust bin is a little fiddly! But once you get used to it, it is an excellent product!

Does a GREAT job
This is everything as advertised. The water flow is the right amount, the suction power is great and it doesn’t take very long to switch between each mode. The self-cleaning feature is incredible! I have no complaints or issues so far. I would definitely recommend this product not only as a time-saver but also a complete and better cleaning machine than either a standalone vacuum or mop.

You can’t take the roller out for the vacuum.
This is an amazing wet dry vacuum!!! It does an amazing job cleaning dirty floors and the vacuum is awesome!!! Only drawback is that you can’t remove the roller on the stick vacuum to clean.

The is the most powerful and easy-to-use vacuum I ever had. The wet vacuum moves smoothly which my mum will appreciate. I also love the mini vacuum that I can finally clean my sofa and pillows! Yay!

Carpet cleaning does not work
The wet cleaning is very good. Dry floor cleaning is good as well, but carpet cleaning shuts off in a few seconds on my rug.

Does not work on Carpet.
Works great on hardwood and the wet dry portion is wonderful but the stick vac is useless for carpet. Their support said the pile was too high so I tried it on another rug with short pile, same result. Customer support is terrible.
