battery does not last and is very expensive
I bought a Dyson V6 vaccum cleaner few years ago. After over 2 years I had to change the battery and paid more than 500 aed. After another 2 years the unit is on breakdown again and it is the battery again.I contacted the Dyson commercial department saying I cannot pay 500 aed every two years because they use poor battery quality while they sale their products at a premimum.They just replied that the battery is out of warranty so they cannot do anything.So my advise is to buy a more basic and probably more robust bran at 800 aed instead of buying a Dyson product at 2500 aed which will breakdown every two years.I wil never buy Dyson anymore.

Not great
Bought it in Dec 2019 from Dyson ae, after 9 months the push button stopped working. They replaced the electric board to fix it. Now after a year, the button stopped working again. Overall, the product quality is not that great and I learned to never buy a Dyson. It’s a bit heavy, cleans fine and a bit loud.

Let’s just say with Dyson, I love vacuuming. It gives you the satisfaction of deep clean. Carpet rollers are easy to wash and clean as well. Couldn’t clean my house without Dyson vacuum cleaners

The battery is constantly empty, you can’t even clean more than 5mins. Just get a normal vacum cleaner, this is just a fake fancy item that is not designed for people who actually want to clean their appartment.

Good handy vaccume cleaner
It is small and handy but surely not light weight as compared to other similar products in market. It has good sucking capability. Battery does not last long. For me it work for max 15-20 min with continuous use.Cleaning the bin is super easy.

Awesome vaccuum cleaner, but non-reliable battery.
The battery last only for 6 months. Also, the shippd charger is not compatible with UK plug, also serial number is not recognized by dyson.ae. Realized that after trying to get a malfunctioned battery replacement.

Dyson Vacuum not working
Hi. We previously bought the Dyson vacuum. We used it for a week then it stopped working. After a while it worked again but without the max option. Then now, its not working at all. It works for 5 secs max with an irregular sound and then stops completely.

Schon sehr praktisch, ohne Kabel spontan saugen zu können, mit mehr Saft als so ein kleiner Handsauger.Seltsam fand ich, dass mein Sauger (UK-Import – war in dem Moment der beste Preis von der gesamten Auswahl) mit einem UK-3-Pin-Stecker daherkam. Und zwar nur damit. Zum Glück kam der daraufhin separat bestellte Steck-Adapter schon am nächsten Tag…
