Pretty much a fraud
The moment we see this ad it feels very much appealing and true to the eye. But as a person who has bought and used it, I would say it is a scam. Not all of them. But I bought two of these phones for my parents but both of them had a lot of technical issues. Some of the common issues were:–The UI not responding and phone crashing almost every hour.-The touch not responding.-The speed is very slow and wifi coverage is very poor.-The authentication process is very much different when compared to other OnePlus models.I personally am a OnePlus user for the past 3 years and was very much satisfied with the products I used(OnePlus 8 and OnePlus Nord N10). I feel the phones were either refurbished or parts were changed by the private seller.So I highly suggest u all not to buy this amazing phone from this seller as the chances of being scammed are very high.Thank You.

Good phone to have after the price cut
5G and VOLTE works on my sim card (I’m on du network)So initially the phone was over 3700AED (980$), so It was better to get a Samsung S21 Ultra (which was only a 200AED more).This phone now is an awesome deal, I got the black one with matte finish, and I can only say its the only correct color to go with (especially if you are not using a cover)The Android 12 was ready to grab (using Oxygen updater), and all set.The only con (a big one) is the lack of an official warranty, but I was okay with that as the next phone with warranty was sold by 800AED more.EDIT: From 5 stars to 1. DONT buy this phone. Its so buggy its un-useable The screen will go off and you cant answer or do anything (you will need to press the buttons to force a restart). Notifications are very unreliable, auto-rotate keeps shutting off. I wont even take this phone for free

Screen flickering randomly
Five days ago I saw screen flickering issue on the device for the first time and now it’s the second time and flickering was horizontal and it was on whole of the screen. I appears when I switch to qhd or to 120hz. I don’t know why oneplus plays with customers.So I’m going to return the phone.

Riddled with problems
Let me start by saying this is my 3rd Oneplus phone I’ve bought, and the previous 2 didn’t disappoint!This generation however, is a complete letdown. The camera is terrible compared to other brands of the same tier. The price is quite high to be termed as a flagship killer. And the customer support just outright ignores you.Since the latest update as well (Android 13) the battery drain for this specific phone spiked up by around 30% , And for no obvious reason. I’ve run every test I could find and they all ended up with the same result as the “system” draining the majority of the battery. When their support was contacted, they asked for more details. After giving them all their asks they just stopped replying and closed the ticket without any response…

Waste of money! Don’t believe all the compliments about it!
I am using it for 3 months already, and I didn’t see any difference between this and Oneplus 6, even the camera is nothing special. Totally waste of money. Still wondering why it was promoted in websites.The quality of the photos is not compatable with Huawei and Samsung and Iphone, and the function is not as good as Oneplus 6.

Conosco OnePlus ma questo è stato il primo (e verosimilmente l’ultimo) che ho avuto.Dovrei scrivere un libro, ma risulterebbe noioso, per cui mi limiterò ai pro e ai contro:PRO:batteria dura tranquillamente una giornata intera, secondo il mio personale utilizzoottimo schermosensore di impronte fulmineoCONTRO:foto pessime, sia come qualità sia come velocità di scattoapp preinstallate duplicate (tipo file manager)bug risaputo e completamente ignorato da OnePlus riguardo la mancata sincronizzazione di Gmail (che è un’app preinstallata e pertanto non disinstallabile). In sostanza non si ricevono notifiche di mail ricevute se non si apre l’app. Ti costringe a usare un’app terza per la posta. INACCETTABILEtempistiche di aggiornamento di 2 mesi, a differenza di altri produttori (Samsung) che garantiscono aggiornamenti mensiliScalda parecchio, ma questo dipende dal soc notoriamente bollenteSinceramente, è un telefono da non più di 500€

The hardware is fantastic, no doubt about it. The OS is a buggy mess though. They’ve taken Android and ruined it with their take on it. Annoying bugs all the time. Don’t bother with this phone.

This phone is being wrongly annotated as a dual-sim phone as it can only hold one SIM card. It has only one IMEI number. All dual-sim phones have two IMEI, one for each spin. Do not buy if you are looking for a dual sim phone

Unfortunately had to return for several reasons:1. The phone is not 5G mobile capable as advertised on amazon, and would not connect at all to T-Mobile 5-G. I had their tech department check it out and they pointed out that inside the phone settings it clearly says only 2g, 3g,4g and not 5-g! They advised me to return it.2. The phone’s LE model # is not the same as the LE model # written on the red box it came in! T-Mobile tech department said this means it is not the China-made version as advertised on amazon, but the India-made version instead! They said this likely explains why the phone kept dropping my calls, delaying or not receiving my texts, automatically changing my display settings and doing other very odd things!I only used the phone for a few days, and am expecting a full refund! I will update my status to let everyone know if that happens. I factory reset it and sent everything back exactly the way I got it!Bummed, but hey stuff happens!UPDATE: Got my full refund. Seller stood by their 30 day return policy so grateful for that! Just very disappointed in Oneplus and won’t be buying another.

Si lo que buscas es cambiar tu actual teléfono celular de gama media, media-alta y buscas buenas especificaciones a un precio no tan elevado; este teléfono de la marca One Plus es una gran elección.De la pantalla no encontrarás queja alguna, a menos que no te gusten las pantallas curvas. Su tasa de refresco de hasta 120 Hz, su brillo que aún en ambientes de mucha luz solar es muy buena.La batería si le das un uso muy intencivo al equipo puede que no dure tanto como quisieras, pero al tener un cargador de hasta 65W podrás cargar al 100% tu batería en aproximadamente 35-38 minutos.Las cámaras son otra joya de este celular, tanto para fotografía como video te darán muy buenos resultados en varias situaciones de iluminación.

Todo un flagship por menos dinero
Excelente equipo, super rápido y fluido. La cámara me sorprendió, y es que aunque probablemente en hardware y en papel es inferior a los Galaxy de este año su modo automático es mucho mejor que los Galaxy, siempre sabe cómo y dónde enfocar, y más rápido. Debo decir que aún tiene uno o dos bugs en el OxygenOS por ahí que no dudo que solucionen pronto (como siempre lo hacen) con un parche o actualizacion.

Smartphone è uno dei migliori che abbia mai provato, prima stavo utilizzando la xiaomi ma ho avuto molti problemi con il sensore di prossimità Sono stato costretto a cambiare anche se ero molto affezionato al sistema operativo della Miui.È molto comodo non essendo molto grande a differenza di altri telefoni mattoni a disposizione un ottimo schermo è un ottimo sistema operativo fluido pressante in ogni situazione. L’unica cosa che mi da un po’ noia per la batteria che potrebbe essere sicuramente ad un livello superiore

There was a little bit of risk with this purchase but so far so good. I use this on Red Pocket GSMA plan as this is the best network for my area…and since I don’t plan on moving the Sprint/Verizon anytime soon that wasn’t an issue for me. With the China version I was a bit worried about the lack of some 4G bands and reduced coverage but so far no evidence of that in my neighborhood. So far I’m happy with my purchase…I don’t care about 5G yet so I’m not sure if that even works for me…I think it was worth paying $150 less than new US version and better to buy new than risk a refurb version with unknown battery.For sure it is a risk and probably lessens resell value but if you do your research you can save a few bucks. The battery was completely dead when I got it, which is unusual, but so far the battery is fine. With these phones the 65 watt charger is crazy fast and as long as you can recharge once a day for 20-30 minutes you can always be >50% and have few worries.

Sin duda es un gran dispositivo; cámara, audio, pantalla, rendimiento, todo excelente. Aunque yo buscaba actualizarme a lo ultimo de android (vengo de un Huawei con ROM telcel, ya se imaginaran..) note con gran sorpresa que la aplicación nativa de teléfono no bloquea llamadas indeseables, la personalización no es tan buena como en la marca que mencione anteriormente ni tampoco su integración con otros dispositivos que tengo y también son Huawei. En fin, solo me queda mencionar que compre la versión para norte América y es totalmente compatible en México con 4G y 5G de telcel, (no le falta ninguna frecuencia) no he notado ningún problema con las llamadas ni nada. Aunque no incluyo audífonos, si trae cargador original (carga rápida bestial) y su caja es original y viene sellada.

I bought Oneplus 9 Pro which has many bugs, performance is not good
I bought OnePlus 9 Pro with 256 gb storage and 12 gb of ram. This phone is supposed to be the flagship device of OnePlus, however the performance is not satisfactory. There are many bugs which are very annoying.First, on an incoming call it shows the caller ID so late that sometimes the ring ends and call gets missed. Even when I make outgoing calls, it shows the caller ID after few seconds after u click on call button. Sometimes when call is coming and I try receive sliding the call receive button upward, it does not not respond, I kept on sliding upwards, but it did not respond and the call got disconnected. It seems like it got hanged.Second, on incoming call, it speaks out the program written in the background, like “incoming call from less than equal to*** greater than ***”, something like this. I tried to switch off the speech output, talk back option, but it still speaks out even when the phone is on silent or vibration mode.Third, if I receive a voice message on WhatsApp and listen to it, it continuously keeps playing the message notification tone along with the voice message. I tried sending the same message to my other phone and listened, then there was no such issue.I updated the software, still the issue did not get solved. Tried to contact OnePlus customer support team also, where they asked me to send the details of the phone on email, I did that and waited for around 4 days, no response from the OnePlus team.At last I had no option but to return the device.
