DON’T. Use the money for something else. Anything else!
It stopped working the very next day! Keeps zooming back to the charging port. I found a call centre that gave me some suggestions to try and get it going. Which was a big flop. And then nothing- no servicing possible, the warranty runs out, no returns possible, nothing. It’s a complete nightmare.

Worked for 4 months then stopped
It worked great for 4 months, I was so happy with how well it cleaned. Suddenly 5 months later it keeps spinning in circles, then beeps and shuts off. I’ve tired cleaning and emptying it still didnt help, its impossible to reach the company for support.Soo disappointed.

Broke quickly
Within a month or so a small plastic piece broke off inside the machine which now allows the catch bin to fall out whenever it runs over a bumpy surface. It was a tiny round plastic piece holding in this important part. Shocked that such a small piece caused such a big issue.

Great vacum for the price
It was the one vacum I could find that would fit under the couch. Strange cleaning patters, but it seems to cover off most if not all areas. For the price you cannot go wrong.

Not enough suction
Pros:- short enough to navigate under most obstacles (chairs, tables, etc)- with enough time, can get itself out of *most* tricky areas- can climb rugs or small obstacles with easeCons:- Even on “Max”, the suction on this is pretty terrible. It’s especially bad on rugs, but disappointing even on hardwood.- It mostly pushes around anything bigger than simple dust (i.e leaves, hair, etc)

Surprisingly good buy
I had broken a leg, and I have three cats. I could not take the fact that I could not get to my floors, so I figured I would try this. WOW, I was so impressed and happy with this purchase. I’ve since purchased another one for another level for my home. I have to empty every day with three cats, but such a surprise how much I loved it.The only thing I find is, it is a little noisy, but it comes with a programmable feature, so I make sure it runs when I’m out of the house.

Gets the job done on hard floors
So first time using this today. For a budget friendly one it does well with bare hard floors. Got all the pet hair, crumbs, and debris fine. In the kitchen I have a couple floor mats down. (The rubber back very thin ones). It did okay with these but nothing worth writing home about. My regular vac does a better job in that department. So if you have thicker pile I’m not sure how it would do. Otherwise happy with it at this point. Only down fall is it lacks the mapping technique of more expensive models so I had to use the remote to redirect and follow it around to a degree. Not a deterrent for me but to some probably a large con if you want to set it and forget it.I have a vac/mop combo one coming also. So will be comparing the two and see which I prefer at that time.

AMAZING!
I’ve had the RoboVac for a few weeks now and it has been incredible! I have 4 cats so I’m sweeping at least once per day. This has saved me so much time. I have it run while I am doing dusting, dishes, etc. Amazing. The cats were weary of it at first but became comfortable with it within a few days. Just make sure to tuck any tassels from rugs underneath the rug so they don’t get tangled in the robovac.

It’s shedding season
With shedding season of our Siberian Husky coming up, we knew something had to be done. Did we hire a hair specialist to follow the dog and pick up each hair that dropped? No. Did we bring in a house elf to help us take care of the piles of hair? No again. But wait, did we want tumbleweeds of hair to cross our path as we walked through the house? Never again!We searched high and low (prices) and while high seemed good, low looked better. But the cheap foreign brands scared us. Finally we saw some light around the corner. With good Youtube reviews a robot vacuum from a company called eufy was suggested that had a good price. Until now I had not heard of them. When I clicked and saw the title we found a shining star among the darkness, eufy by ANKER! We have been using Anker products for years, and are very happy with them. Lets give this robot a try.I must say that having a robot in your house is slightly disturbing. Only due to the fact that you can yell at it and it doesn’t stop working to check it’s feelings. But the floor is clean and the Husky is blowing his coat with glee. Daily cleanings are a must due to the volume of hair, but we have enough hair to donate to the ‘help the naked mole rat’ foundation to help a few hundred naked mole rats get a coat of hair.I particularly enjoy the remote and for the first week of having the robot I declined it’s ability to exist on it’s own mental ingenuity and I drove the robot with the remote. Then so did everyone else in the house. The Husky did too. Eventually we gave Cera the Triceratops the keys to the robot and she makes sure the robot does it’s job every day. Our apologies for the low quality picture of Cera, we have to take pictures of her very fast because she’s very camera shy.Oh, and the vacuum picks up more than hair. Although we didn’t care about anything else we found this wonderful side effect of having clean floors. We have even taken to pushing crumbs off the counter for the robot to clean. I mean, we do need to keep it employed after all.

I was a little worried about performance due to price but said what the hell if it doesnt work good i will send it back . Not the case this vaccum work unbelievable goes under furniture where most cant get to i have the timer to come on at 8 pm . Picks up everthing including all the cat hair ! Je l’utilise depuis 2 mois et je suis très satisfaite! Je ne croyais pas aimé autant ça! Elle fait un travail incroyable! Ma maison est très grande et la batterie tient la charge vraiment longtemps ce qui fait qu’elle a le temps de passer pratiquement partout avant de devoir retourner à sa base. It works great for pet hair and has definitely made my life easier. I set it up to run before I wake up every morning and I wake up to a clean home. If you face any problems during the first year, contact them. They’re very good at responding and replacing given it falls within the warranty. Overall I’m happy and it was worth the money!

Will last just past warranty
The Eufy 11s worked well until just 5 months after the 1 year warranty ran out. The fan stopped working. I opened it up to clean it out and found the entire motherboard caked over with dust and debris. Obviously, the vacuum was built to fail after a short period of time, because there was nothing in the wheel well to prevent dust from entering the unit. After blowing every little part out including the fan, the fan would still not blow. I would be happy to pay for a new fan to install, but they don’t have the part. I have a feeling they never make replacement parts for these. I bet the landfill is loaded with Eufy vacuums. Only 1.5 years, no vacuum and $250 poorer. Don’t waste your money on this product.

For the price point it sure does it’s job and does it well. Working night shift I didn’t really have time to vacuum. this sure came in handy alot quieter than I was expecting. One problem I had is that if you set a schedule for it, it won’t stop after a certain amount of time. It will go until the battery is almost dead.

After using it for more than two years, I would say that it’s performance is excellent. You gradually become emotionally attached to the machine. It is as if it understands your needs.

Random path low suction power robo vacuum
Overall this is an ok budget robo vacuum however it has some major drawbacks:1.- Is not compatible with magnetic strips to limit vacuum path so you will need to use things to block it from going where do you not want to.2.- Suction power is ok but not great other robo vacuum with similar or lower price have 1500 Pa and even 2000 Pa, of course consider also that the more power the more noise is expected, although many times people will not around when the cleaning is performed.3.- Random pattern makes cleaning a bit hectic, and uneven, not very efficient unless you direct robot where to go and clean. Other robo vacuum do include basic mapping out of place to efficiently clean rooms / house.Returned it and bought a $18 dollar sweeper does same work at a fraction of cost and in much less time.

Conveniently broke right after 1 year warranty 🤔
Well it worked up until 1 month after the 1 year warranty was up. I was hoping they would still help me out as all it does is spins in circles and beeps 10 times. But all I got was ” Unfortunately, your order has passed the warranty period so we can not send you a free replacement right wheel. I apologize for any inconvenience.However, to provide customers with a better experience, we indeed sell the right wheel individually for RoboVac 11 S. But the official website and the Amazon of UK do not sell the right wheel online, so I am afraid I couldn’t send you a shopping link directly. Please send money to our PayPal for a replacement “First of all NO, SECOND… make your products available to purchase replacement parts on here if you’re selling the vacuum on here! Best home appliance purchase ever!
We absolutely love our new little robot vacuum! It is wonderful to be able to thoroughly vacuum your home without lifting a finger. Although the Eufy uses a random pattern to meander around our home, it manages to cover virtually every inch of our floors without fail. (It’s best not to watch the vacuum cleaner while it’s wandering around as it becomes mesmerizing… LOL ). It consistently runs on a single charge for well over an hour and then, when it’s getting low on power, it automatically slowly heads back to its charging station to recharge. One of the really cool features is the remote control that allows you to steer the vacuum cleaner like a remote control toy car. This enables you to send it to a dirty area right away, rather than waiting for the little robot to find it on its own. This Eufy product has all the features that you really need; certainly all the features that we need. We strongly recommend this product!

Does a great job and does it quietly. Battery is more than ample, I usually turn it off before the battery runs out. Remote has a return to docking station button so it puts itself away, also docks itself prior to battery running out of power.I have a few anxious dogs who hate the normal vacuum and even the steam mop but they are not bothered by this unit at all, even if it bumps into them.Didn’t want wifi inbuilt for security nor mapping, as I want to be able to move it to different sections of the house, upstairs, downstairs and past baby gates, so this unit is exactly what I wanted.No more lugging around a vacuum for me, my back says thank you. Put up your feet and relax while it works.Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend this product.

RUN NOW AND BUY YOURSELF ONE OF THESE! So I am super OCD with cleanliness around my house, and I clean (vacuum and mop) my floors every single night before bed. I have been loyal to another brand of robots and will NEVER go back. I’m thoroughly impressed with this vacuum and for the price point I could buy six of them to replace my old one, and still be ahead!!! If you’re reading this, don’t bother continuing. gets stuck on everything and broken part within first week but great customer service
This vacuums gets stuck on everything, tables, carpet edges, etc. It will run for five minutes and then needs to be rescued. The latch that holds the dust bin closed also broke off in the first few days and now I have to return the whole unit. Overall quite disappointingUPDATEcustomer service contacted me as soon as my review went live offers an easy exchange and also some additional spare parts. I had already ordered a non Eufy vacuum so I turned it down but I really appreciate their quick response, excellent customer service

Pretty quiet and good suction, but a bit dumb.
Had a bunch of issues ordering this which amazon blamed on the seller. Once I received the product, I’m pretty happy with it. The mapping algorithm definitely is not the best that I’ve seen and watching it struggle to figure out how to get out from underneath the table is a bit sad. Otherwise the cleaning power is good and it’s pretty quiet. Tested it out two days after real vacuuming with an upright and this still picked up stuff. Made me question the upfront.

Does the job!
Overall a good vacuum. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and it did a good job sucking up pet hair.I do think this vacuum is better suited for smaller spaces, though. Our house is large and with a weird layout and the vacuum, “Genius,” as we called it, would end up going over the same spots or back into rooms it had already cleaned. That’s to be expected since you can’t map out your house with it. I ended up returning it because of this, but if I had a smaller space I would have kept it!

Made life easy!
So thankful I found this one.It has made the daily chores easier for us.Honestly, can’t really be compared to a human hand, as it might go and clean the same place over and over again, then you need to operate it from the remote, but a normal broom can also not clean and use a suction mechanism to soak the dust. It has soaked all the dust from the house perfectly from every corner hence makes the mopping part more easy.It has several modes where you can choose if you need the corners to be cleaned perfectly or you want it to concentrate on one part.Overall I am very satisfied with it. Would recommend everyone.

Best robot vacuum I’ve owned
Works great. Liked mine so much I bought one for all my family members for Xmas. Everyone loves theirs. I have had an early model roomba and an iLife and this one is by far the best. How quiet it is is a huge plus as you can run in while you are home (though I usually run it when I’m gone).

Great Value
This robovac isn’t incredibly smart, more of a pong type finding its way around the house. That said it does a great job! We set a schedule for each afternoon, and we come home to a clean house! Now the only labor I put into sweeping and vacuuming is the 2 minutes it takes to clean the dustbin.

Great value machine
Not the most intelligent but for the price it is fantastic. Still need to do a proper hoover at the weekend but it keeps on top of the dust and dirt during the week meaning I don’t have to – set to clean when I’m at work which is great. The only annoying thing is sometimes you do have to find it around the house if it hasn’t successfully navigated its way back to the dock. Well worth the money.

Amazing suction, but sometimes can get stuck on carpet edges
Picks up lots of stuff for sure! But mine keeps getting snagged on hardwood to carpet transitions as the whisker get caught under the carpet and it can’t go forward, and it doesnt always back out of it. Luckily this only happens on certain carpets where it isn’t flush with the floor, and only about 5% of the time.

Great Value for Money!
Great value for money! We have an older model Roomba so we are used to using robovacs and this one is pretty amazing for the price! It fits under our ensemble bed and side tables which the Roomba doesn’t. It’s not silent as others claim but once again it’s quieter than the Roomba. Will buy another one to replace the Roomba for the other section of the house.

Great little robot esp the edge and room clean options
I am very happy – it doesn’t get stuck in places and the only thing to cause a problem are power cords so as I neaten and tie them up it gets better. The edge clean and whole room options are great. Of course it is not as thorough as a “real “ vacuum and won’t do the 90 degree corners but it is great.

Moi j’adore et appareil, j’ai eu un bris de moteur et j’ai communiqué avec le service de support et j’ai eu un excellent service je leur ai fait parvenir une vidéo qui montrait que le moteur de droite fonctionnait très mal. Game changer for homes with pet fur and kids crumbs
Surprisingly does a great job finding its way under chairs, couches, cabinet toekicks and going in and out of all the rooms on the mainn floor. Starts at 5am and is finishing as we come down for breakfast.We have 2 large dogs with lots of shedding fur this cleans up easily, along with Cheerios and crumbs from kids. Not a replacement for a vacuum but no need to sweep or run a vacuum daily. Runs quiet and returns to the charger without any problem.

Customer service experience
I have been using the robot for a little over a week and had to contact the customer’s service because the product did not return to its base. I was attended by a person named Charles and he made my experience really comforting since I was afraid that they would not answer me or make things more difficult. But Charles solved the problem for me and now I’m waiting for a new robot.Regarding the robot, I do not want to give a review until I have the new robot since the first one did not fully meet my expectations. I hope the new one returns to its base by itself which is the only problem I could see. In general, the robot clean with a lot of power, I don’t want my money back, I want a new one to return to its base because I think it has potential.

Very happy with our Eufy. Cleans very well. Random pattern cleaning, but still does a really good job. It vacuums for a long time and is programmable for everyday cleaning. We have had a few irobot Roombas, and the Eufy is by far quieter. I would by a Eufy again over the others, especially for a fraction of the price compared to others.

Awsome cleaner
We just had 2200 square feet of hardwood installed and i was tired of vacuuming so i purchased this 11s low profile so it goes under all the furniture and tables . Its still a bit noisy but acceptable. Picks up most dust hair and items directly under the vacuume some heavy items are skipped. It lasts for an hour and it goes through 90% of the floor this is great since i do not have to use the vacuum. Reasonably priced .

Would buy again
We have tried really expensive ones and this guy has impressed us the most. He fits under the counter ledges and most tables we have around and is a determined little guy getting over transitions we have that the more expensive versions couldn’t. Not a huge container on him but with our fury(shedding malamutes and kids) family and outdoor living he has more than proven himself! Would really recommend.

The vacuum suction power is good but the machine isn’t that smart. It doesn’t finish one section rather moves in random direction and clean. The dust box very small and need to be cleaned after every 1-2 cleanings.
