Good performance

Excellent product
It is exactly as advertised. It is lightweight but functions really well. I am able to vacuum my 1 BHK apartment in under 10 minutes. It picks up the dust and the cat hairs really well. It is also very easy to clean and the best part is it does not require a bag to empty.

Small but powerful
I went back and forth about getting this vaccum after reading all the reviews. But it is amazing. It is compact, not super loud, powerful, and the attachments let me clean pretty much anywhere in my house. We have about 1400 sqft and it takes me about 45 minutes to vaccum everything and it lasts the whole time. I do have to empty the collection chamber a few times normally but we have multiple dogs with a lot of hair. If you are skeptical like I was give it a try I love this vaccum!

Great on Bare Floors
I purchased this to replace my old cordless stick vacuum that died. I was curious to see how well the Tineco did on carpeted floors as my older one lacked sufficient power to do them well. I would rate the Tineco a solid meh on carpet also. It does an adequate job. Not nearly as food as a traditional vacuum, but okay.I bought the cordless for the main floor of my house which is tile and hard wood. It does an excellent job there. I can fit the vacuum head under the couch. The swivel allows me to get around corners and behind furniture.I love that I can break this stick down into multiple configurations. I love the charging mount. It is very easy to take off the charger and put back on. I love that the charging mount has built in storage for the accessories. My main floor is approximately 720 sq ft. I’ve never even come close to draining the battery.

I’ve been wanting this vacuum for while now and finally got it. It’s amazing can pick up fine dirt and dog hair my shark vacuum missed. Super lightweight my 3 yr old can use this by herself and she loves it. Hair doesn’t get stuck around the roller but if it ever did the roller is removable making cleaning it a breeze. So happy with this purchase.

Tineco – not good customer service / warrenty
Long story short. Fully charged my vacuum will not operate more than 10 minutes before it shuts off. I contacted Tineco regarding the battery that was still under warranty. They gave me such a hard time and wanted me to test it several different ways, document the times, and then PAY to have it mailed to them. After they received the battery then they will test it and POSSIBLY replace the batter and ship it back. Bulls***!It should not cost me money to replace their failure of product!

Perfect for my needs
Easy to set up, lightweight, and has more than enough suction power. I have hard surface floors with low area rugs and not only does it pick up dirt, dog and cat hair, but I’m actually vacuuming more often now that I don’t have to drag out a full sized vacuum and deal with the cord.

A portable, powerful and pretty vaccum cleaner.
Pros:- Good suction power.- The alternate heads are very useful, and almost all the places in my house is doable.- Easy to clean. Tineco has nailed this department.- Easy to store and recharge. Looks like a good show piece when it is charging, so don’t worry about hiding it when not is use.- Good design of the charging station. You can dock all the other attachments when not in use.Cons:- I don’t like the weight distribution. It feels heavier where we hold. It makes sense as the battery is there. But it may cause minor discomfort if we use without a break.- Need to be careful when we put this in charge. While putting in charge, if the longest attachment is in place, then the whole things moves. So, you need to remove the entire long attachment, and just use the main head while putting in charge. This makes it stable.

Better than any Dyson I’ve owned.
For the price I was sceptical, but after using for a month now I can easily say it’s worth twice what I paid, the clean out disassembly is well thought of, has awesome suction compared to my cordless Dyson v7, which would cut off when vacuuming over throw carpets, but not this one, does it all and very well, max suction battery life is about 45 minutes continuous use. * update 6months of heavy heavy use, and well the above review I wrote still stands, tinco you all built the best cordless vacuum I’ve ever seen. **update 2/21/24 gotta just say I use this vac heavily on the daily. It hasn’t let me down with about a year use its still working perfectly. No issues and its still better than the newest Dyson my lady bought that has charging issues frequently. I tried to tell her it’s not a tinco its not worth buying In my opinion. Hope this info helps some one thinking of buying this vac. It really is a great vacuum. Thanks MD.

Great vacuum except for one flaw
Would’ve loved to give this a 5 star review cause i do like how lightweight & easy it is to use but often when I go to lift up vacuum what was suctioned previously comes out under causing the need to be re vacuumed again. I’m not sure why this happens!!

Best little vacuum
I read all of the reviews and decided to give this little vacuum a shot. I’m glad that I did. It was easy to assemble. It’s light weight and easy to use. It sucks up dirt and dog hair like a champ. I just had surgery and needed something that was easy to use. Definitely worth it!

It’s a nice vaccum cleaner, wireless, easy to handle, weightless, two additional attachments are available. Heard many more are to be introduced. Doing a good job. No complaints till date. Demo too was given. Only draw back is one shouldn’t use it on wet floor. Nothing else.

Great product, reduced use of broom by 80%. Easy to operate/ handle with low weight. Covers 90% space of home except small openings and sofa corners.Works well on Highpower mode. Be careful if you want to lean out on walk, it falls down as it is flexible at bottom. Smash container, needs frequent cleaning.

WORTH INVESTING
It actually does it’s job. With a toddler at home cleaning the house was a difficult task but with this purchase I m actually stress free about cleaning part. Battery backup is also quite good. Cleaning the dust box is also easy. Suction power is extremely good.

Light and easy to use
So far so good. Easy to assemble, use and clean.Perfect for pet (dog) hair for which it was purchased.Not too sure about deep cleaning if you have fully carpeted areas.Battery duration could be improved but none of them seem to be any better than this.Re charging stand very useful.Excellent value for money.

Battery sucks
It seems to be doing the job, despite the fact that it lasts about 10 minutes before I need to recharge the battery. I haven’t tried using it in the car yet and I meant to return it gonna give it some more time to see if there’s something that I am doing wrong but my first impression is that the battery is very short.

Perfect for hardwood floors and tile
Super lightweight and easy to maneuver. I live by the beach and have a cat so my home collects a lot of dust and cat hair. I was looking for something convenient and easy to use which I found with this Tineco. I felt I was constantly vacuuming but it was such a hassle to plug in and drag around my old vacuum. Now vacuuming is not a hassle and I get the job quicker and more efficiently. Great buy for the quality of product

Our white tile floor showed every speck of dirt and our old vacuum was heavy, noisy and clumsy. This one is just what we wanted. Quiet, light, and it works great. It is so much easier to use.

Easy to use but power doesn’t last long on high suction
I wanted this to work better than it does based on all the great reviews their other models get. At the end of the day, you have to always force it on “MAX” suction power (versus letting it determine the power on “AUTO”) in order to have it work like you’d expect. Even with making sure the filters are clean and that I’m following the instructions correctly, it just doesn’t suck very well (small rocks or rock salt from winter activity outside doesn’t really get sucked up well if at all). Specifically, when you use an attachment like the wand with a small brush at the end, the suction is even less, which seems counter intuitive. This has worked (suction power and battery life) the same from the first day I got it to now (about 4 months later). The battery doesn’t last very long on MAX mode, which is really the only useful mode IMO.

Bought a second one of these – which shows I like it a lot. Bought second to take overseas since it show it will work with 110-220 current. I use it daily. Like the attachments – house and car are always clean in little time!

The best vacuum
I have an older version that is still working wonderfully after 3 years so I decided to buy this newer version for my dad. The quality is definitely noticeable from the material used and the suction power. I only wish this version would offer the detachable batteries so one could get more done at once.

Better than I expected for a cordless vacuum
Having arthritis in my hands means nothing is truly “lightweight” for me, but that’s my problem. I’ve researched cordless vacuums for months and took a chance on Tineco, a brand I’d never heard of. My main concern was the brush roll, because with 3 it’s always been a major problem de-tangling the hair from the brush. This solves the problem completely, with very little hair left on the brush after each use, and a nifty little tool is provided to clean this out. Overall I would say this is the best vacuum for the price.

Great product…terrible customer service
The product is very good. The customer service is terrible. The company advertises a free filter as part of the sale. Numerous attempts to get the filter have failed. Customer service does not repond to the issue at hand. All they ever do is send me ads for additional products. I won’t do business with them again. Be careful!

Mostly happy
I am mostly happy with my Timco vacuum. I like the charger on the floor and the decent battery life. Has good suction and light shows dust I do not generally see. Yikes. Two annoying features: it doesn’t stand by itself, and the head does not have a feature that keeps it from flopping down. Not sure if that is the right description. These are not deal breakers for me.

This vacuum seemed really promising after hours of research, I chose this one because it was affordable and had everything I needed. I had previously purchased an even cheaper generic made in china vacuum from amazon but the holder was broken so I sent it back and went with Tineco instead.This vacuum was so underwhelming and disappointing I almost repurchased the generic cheaper vacuum because of how much of a difference it made. This vacuum is LOUD, so loud it almost sounds concerning like the motor wants to shut off. It’s even louder when you up the suction, it is impossible to use this vacuum around my kids and cats.The vacuum suction is not powerful, it doesn’t suction off dirt or dust compared to the CHEAPER GENERIC vacuum I returned. In fact the suction is so bad it makes the other vacuum seem phenomenal in comparison. It barely picked up crumbs on my wood floors where left with a trail of remaining crumbs.I wanted to love this vacuum so bad especially after mounting it my wall and making holes but there is no chance this vacuum will last. Huge waste of money, you have been warned.

Light weight. cordless. runs for 30 mins without max power settings. never tried max setting as never needed one. Enough suction power for good cleaning. The box says two years warranty but when registered you get only one year. Good product overall.

Love this despite a few minor notes
Really happy with this. I have 2 Pomeranians and all tile floors so I need to vacuum every other day minimum. We have the Dyson animal but it’s so heavy and trips our circuits when we turn it on so I hate using it. With this little guy I actually enjoy vacuuming. Does it have huge suction power? No but it does what I need it to for dog hair. It gets under my sofa and maneuvers easily. I can do my entire first floor living, dining, kitchen, halls, laundry, master bath, guest bath…as long as use regular setting. If I use the extra suction I can do living, dining, kitchen. I have found I don’t really need the extra suction for my purposes. It’s super easy to put on charger, love that I didn’t need to screw anything into the wall, attachments are nice and very easy to take on and off. The only small complaints are 1) it doesn’t stand upright in its own. With Pomeranians I have to empty the filter cup at least once per session and I wish I could just stand it up but you have to lean or prop it. 2) the dust seems to collect in the ridge of the cap on the filter and it’s hard to get it all out each time. Those two minor cons still were not enough to make me reduce it from 5 stars cause I love it!

Ease of use and effectiveness
Highly recommend this product. It’s light weight, has enough suction power to pull fine dust particles, battery lasts for around 20-25 mins in normal mode which is more than enough to clean 2-3 rooms.Tineco support is also prompt to provide demo and will do follow ups for demo. So you need not worry about calling them for the same. Shashank from Tineco’s team was thorough in explaining all the features and the maintenance process.
