Per ora molto bene
Dopo un mese di utilizzo mi posso ritenere pienamente soddisfatto: l’applicazione è ben fatta e di facile utilizzo. La mappatura della casa è stata velocissima e precisa. Il robot aggira perfettamente gli ostacoli e quindi mi permette di non prestare troppa attenzione al posizionamento di mobili e/o sedie. È abbastanza silenzioso (ma per me non abbastanza da farlo girare mentre dormo) e l’aspirazione è molto potente. Per intenderci, praticamente non ho più bisogno di passare l’aspirapolvere! Attenzione a non lasciare in giro fili o cavi sui quali si può impigliare (come qualsiasi altro robot aspirapolvere). La funzione di lavaggio è chiaramente un “di cui”, che può andare bene per il quotidiano, ma non può ovviamente rimpiazzare la lavata a mano. Sale tranquillamente sui tappeti e la funzione “pulisci stanza/zona” è comodissima. Lo consiglio a tutti/e.

Guter Mittelklasse Roboter
Ich besitze den Q7 Max nun seit ein paar Wochen und bin bisher sehr zufrieden.Die Lieferung ging gewohnt schnell.Verpackt war er in mehreren Kartons, somit gut geschützt vor Transportschäden.Die Installation war ok, App runterladen und mit dem W-LAN verbinden, anfangs wollte es nicht funktionieren, doch nach einigen Versuchen klappte es doch.Als nächstes noch Laden und schon konnte die erste Fahrt losgehen.Mit der ersten Fahrt wird eine Karte der Wohnung, des Bereichs o.ä. erstellt. Dies funktionierte gut.Auf Teppichen erhöht er die Saugleistung.Die Lautstärke ist angenehm und die allgemeine Saugleistung kann alles per App angepasst werden.Er saugt auf normalem Boden sehr schnell, bei Teppichen sowie „schwierigen“ Hindernissen brauch er etwas länger, jedoch alles im Rahmen. Da er keine Kamera besitzt, werden Hindernisse evtl. nicht direkt erkannt und er „berührt“ sie. Die „Berührungen“ sind sehr sanft und es wird nichts vermackt. Auch mein Hund wurde nicht direkt erkannt, doch auch dies war zum Glück ohne Verletzungen nur ein leichter Stups.Zum Wischen sollte man die Bereiche mit Teppichen in der App auswählen, damit diese ausgespart werden.Das Saugergebnis ist zufriedenstellend, wichtig zu wissen ist, dass er natürlich nicht in die Ecken komplett herein kommt.Bei sehr langen Teppichen kann es sein, dass sich die vordere kleine Bürste verfängt, deswegen meide ich diese.Das entwirren ging jedoch problemlos, ohne das Schäden entstanden sind.Die beste Leistung bringt er, sobald ich mindestens 2 Zyklen auswähle, dann fährt er nochmal ein anderes Muster und es wird sehr schön sauber.Einziges Manko meiner Meinung nach ist die Entleerung des Wassertanks. Wie auf dem Foto zu sehen ist die Öffnung sehr unpraktisch von der Lage, sodass selbst umgedreht das Wasser nicht problemlos entweichen kann.Trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann den Roboter sehr empfehlen.

Atenção, não é uma diarista, mas… Marido e eu fizemos os cálculos. Uma diária de faxina básica . R$200,00, 1 x por semana, em 6 meses +/-, está pago o produto.Sem falar, que nosso ap não está sendo envadido por alguém que pode nos roubar ou destruir nossos móveis, nossos cristais, nossos objetos de valor… Ou pior…Minha pet de 15k, deixa pelos todos os dias, no nosso ap.E uma rápida aspiração, nos tapetes e no piso, sem falar na rápida passada de pano. Está sendo muito bom. Básico, mas eficiente. Estou muuuuito feliz com minha aquisição. Super indico.

Roborock q7max riassunto:Partiamo dal presupposto che questo robot si è evoluto dal suo predecessore roborock s5 max, Con una potenza di aspirazione di 4200 p.a., A differenza dell’S5 che aveva una potenza di aspirazione di 2000 P.a.,ha 4 funzioni di aspirazione, notturna,bilanciata,turbo,e max(4200) il rumore a max è abbastanza intenso!!un tank di acqua pari a 350 ml, quindi super utile per un lavaggio prolungato(anche questo con 4 modalità bassa media alta e extrema) il lavaggio in video è fatto in estremo!! Contando che con il tank Pieno riesco a lavare benissimo 120 m quadri di abitazione, e l’acqua rimane super giù verso la metà, A delle spazzole in gomma anti groviglio quindi rimarranno sempre pulite, La navigazione LiDAR 3D sicuramente è un ottimo aiuto nella mappatura precisa dell’abitazione, sotto ogni tipologia di aspetto, l’applicazione dedicata È fatta molto bene, con la possibilità di mettere fino a quattro piani di pulizia, in più a tantissime altre funzioni che troverete molto interessanti soprattutto anche no entry del robot in alcune stanze, O in alcune zone.Molto utile anche la pulizia programmata giornaliera ecc.I punti negativi invece come d’altronde ogni tipologia di robot similare a questa è la pulizia, io la prova l’ho fatta su un pavimento nero quindi si vede ogni traccia di sporco, il problema è che se fate le prove su tipologia di pavimento come questa vedere foto non noterete Mai il vero sporco che rimane E il pavimento a prima vista parrà pulito, La prova del nove la fate comunque anche con una semplice salvietta o pezzo di carta bagnato e vedrete che lo sporco è rimasto, poi mantiene sempre un bordo abbastanza ampio dal muro, purtroppo rimane lo sporco e quindi servirà uno straccio sicuramente per finire la pulizia.Quindi in conclusione rimango dell’idea che è un ottimo compromesso di aiuto e di supporto nella pulizia di tutti i giorni, Solamente non fatevi ingannare dal lavaggio, Rimarrà sempre un ottimo aiuto per chi ha animali domestici come esempio io che ne ho due, soprattutto per la pulizia dei peli e dello sporco che con la sua funzione aspirante rimuoverà all’istante, consiglio il robot per chi non ha grandi aspettative! Altrimenti mi dispiace dirlo ma toccherà pulire nella vecchia maniera 😂

Sehr zufrieden – Abzüge in der B-Note für die App
Bin mit dem Saugroboter sehr zufrieden. Er macht, was er soll. Kann das, was Saugroboter nunmal können und kann nicht, was sie eben nicht können. Heißt: Probleme kriegt er bei sehr schmalen oder engen stellen, Kabel oder kleinere Teppiche werden gerne mal eingehakt und mitgezogen. Grundsätzlich muss man also die Räume oder Etagen entsprechend “vorbereiten”. Dann macht er seinen Job aber sehr gut.+ Der Roboter erstellt Karten. Auch von mehreren Etagen wenn nötig und er checkt auch eigenständig, auf welcher Etage er sich befindet.+ Systematische lückenlose Reinigung, auch wenn neue Gegenstände hinzukommen, Türen mal aus Versehen geschlossen sind, erkennt er das und reinigt drum herum.+ Er erkennt Treppen und begeht da keinen Selbstmord.+ Nach der Reinigung findet er problemlos in die Station zurück.+ Man kann No-Go Areas festlegen, zB wo viele Kabel liegen etc.+ Die Putz-Funktion ist praktisch, wenn er direkt hinterher putzt. Das funktioniert nicht bei hartnäckigen Flecken, ist für die Grundreinigung aber völlig ausreichend.+ Man kann Putzpläne erstellen, damit er automatisch zu vorher festgelegten Zeiten loslegt.+/- Die Saugleistung ist vollkommen okay. Kommt aber auf Teppichen an seine Grenzen. Wir haben viel Paket, da ist es super. Wer viel Teppich hat, wird hiermit sicher nicht glücklich.- Die App ist ziemlich frickelig. Das Anlegen von No-Go Areas und Putzplänen könnte viel einfacher sein.- Leider merkt er nicht, wenn er Kabel gefressen hat, reißt also mit etwas Pech den Fernseher oder die Stereo-Anlage runter.Alles in allem in den Preissegment sicherlich ein sehr gutes und fähiges Modell

Generally, it is good but spare parts
There are no extra spare parts, filter, brush, mop, coming with it. Therefore you need to buy them seperately. It is powerful and positioning works perfectly with no go zones, detection of stairs. It cleans even around the bed legs by going in circles. Because of LIDAR it is a bit higher than regular vacuums.

best thing I have ever purchased
this is just the best gadget I ever had. I take all the furniture’s up which are in the way and just let it do it’s job while I am cleaning the kitchen or do something else. It also does mopping and goes from one room in the other by itself. obviously it does not go down stairs, so if you want t o do upstairs, just place it somewhere and let it get on with it. The robot does a really good job and when he is done he tells you so and wants to go back to his charging point. Its almost a part of the family and no more hoovering when you have a bad back.

Serious Wifi security issue
Received this today and impressed with the robo vac navigation and app capabilities.However, this bot CANNOT connect to a Wifi network with a password that contains “special characters”. That is nearly a deal breaker. My Wifi router does not allow me to choose a password that does NOT contain special characters!! You can see the problem, here.I set up a Guest network and suggested a password they might both accept and, by luck or skill, that worked. That’s a real pain, though. Not impressed that a £500 robot in 2023 forces you not only to use a 2.4ghz Wifi network but also that you downgrade your home network security for it to work at all. And then there’s the question of what it might transmit back to China, on which it offers no assurances whatsoever.Once it’s connected, the bot can download new firmware, but there are no notes about the firmware, so I don’t know if that changes anything in this regard.So, whether or not it is amazing at picking up dust and navigating my home, Roborock do not make set up easy, and do not seem to take your security and privacy seriously.One star is therefore the most I can give it, I’m afraid.

Pulisce e lava molto bene, l’app è comodissima e si possono salvare più piani/mappe della casa. Può anche essere mandato a lavare solamente determinate aree o stanze e cambia molto la vita perché si ha sempre la casa pulita, senza che disturbi in nessuna maniera, l’autonomia di una ricarica va oltre 1 ora e in caso di necessità lo fa sapere grazie alla voce che parla.Lo ricomprerei

Produto perfeito! Aspirar e passa pano com eficiência. Mapeamento ultra-rápido. Mas o pós-venda da loja é péssimo. Meu robô sofreu um acidente, o vento bateu a porta nele com muita força, levando a um dano físico no amortecedor. Entrei em contato para solicitar assistência técnica e me ignoraram. Não me informaram sequer profissional autorizado. Não solicitei garantia, solicitei atendimento técnico e não me atenderam. Péssimos! Compraria outros 10, mas nunca desse vendedor.

WiFi problems
I hope this helps others but I struggled to get this to connect to my WiFi. After spending ages trying and resetting, thinking it was something to do with the 2.4G only thing I found out it was actually my WiFi password that was the problem. For some reason it can’t connect if your password has special characters. I mean come on! Its standard security practice to have some special characters in your password. Roborocks advice…. change your WiFi password – really? Less secure and have to spend days updating everything that connects, I don’t think so.My solution was to enable a guest network and give it a simpler password – connected first try.Not ideal but not quite enough for me to return it – it was a close thing though.So far it works a treat – I’ll update if I get anymore problems.

Die beste Investition vom 2023
Wirklich ein super Gerät.Beim einstellen Frist er alle Kabel an aber nachdem er den Raum hat eingezeichnet, kannst du die Sperr gebiete angeben und dan läuft alles bin wirklich zufrieden frühs um 11 wenn die Familie außer Haus ist macht er alles sauber sonntags wischst er alles und seitdem haben wir den klassischen Staubsauger nicht mehr genutzt.Und wir sind wirklich penibel!Es ist ein super Gerät was man unbedingt braucht.Danke Roborock!!!

Saugen, Navigation toll, Wischen naja
Saugleistung ist wirklich in Ordnung. Auch die Navigation ist hervorragend und Bereiche können sehr einfach in der gut funktionierenden App eingestellt werden.Die Teppicherkennung bewirkt, dass die Saugleistung auf die höchste Leistung fährt.Beim Wischen allerdings, fährt er mit dem feuchten Tuch über die Teppiche. Auch zieht er beim Wischen unschöne Schlieren – muss hier aber eventuell noch andere Reinigungsmittel testen. Beste Ergebnisse habe ich mit einer leichten Essigessenz erreicht – riecht aber kurzfristig unangenehm.Tiefe Vorhänge sollte man auf die Seite schieben, sonst bleibt er davor. Auch unter das Sofa fährt er nicht, da das darunter gespannte Tuch sich leicht nach unten wölbt.Für mich bekommt er 5* fürs saugen, 2-3* fürs wischen.

Buena y potente aspiradora
Vengo de una aspiradora zigma, y ahora he optado por la Roborock.La verdad que va genial, aspira muy bien y a comparación de la anterior los pelos no se quedan enrollados en el cepillo central. Tiene un buen depósito de basura y te avisa por notificación cuando está lleno. La única pega que le puedo dar es que en el mapeo de toda la casa no entiendo como hay una habitación del fondo que no la hace completa.Creo que es una marca que supera precio calidad a las de renombre. Estoy muy satisfecho.

In less then a month after purchasing this roborock it stopped moving around and giving me error 1. After watching some YouTube videos about this error, I understood that this is mostly motor or belt issue. Unacceptable for a new item 😒 I am very disappointed

My review after two days
My initial review after two days from purchase is Satisfactory, the robovac was well protected in excellent packing, unboxing and installation was very easy, just tighten six screws at the base with attached screw driver and connect to electricity that is it!!Download the app and scan QR code on the robot, software straight forward and very easy.The robot performance in very good in navigation, mapping, vacuuming (my floors are many hard tiled floors and have few rugs in bedroom and living room), robot increases the suction strength when it senses the rug and didn’t have problem getting over the rug as I have low pile rug (don’t know the performance on high pile rug).My comments: Mopping not satisfactory yet (I tried it one time only for mop and I used omo cleaner by Roborock), software response speed to upload the robot data is not that good (sometimes you need to exit then enter again)Last note I didn’t face any problem with WiFi connection as seen in other comments.

De momento estoy súper contento con el producto, cumple 100% con su función lo configuré sin darle los permisos de ubicación y se hace un poco más rollo por tener que meterle todos los datos de wifi a mano pero se consigue sin muchos quebraderos de cabeza.No tengo ninguna pega o inconveniente, mi casa es pequeña y lo tengo puesto para que aspire y pase la mona en toda menos en la cocina y realiza el trabajo excelentemente. En un inicio se ponía un poco cabezón queriendo subir sobre el pie de la mesita del salón y se quedaba atascado, al final decidí configurarle una zona de no aspirado alrededor de la mesita desde la aplicación y desde entonces no he tenido mayor problema.En cuanto a potencia de aspirado me ha resultado increíblemente satisfactorio, si me descuido aspira casi hasta más que mi aspiradora de bastón de ceotec y por su sistema de aspirado consigue quitar hasta la última mota incluso de la alfombra del salón.Según pase el tiempo si descubro algo nuevo o me da algún tipo de problema intentaré actualizar la reseña

Antes de compra este compre un roomba para probar dado k ya tuve un Xiaomi y me dije, xq no.Lo descambie, era de gama alta y aún así no me gusto como aspiraba, aunque tengo k decir k la mopala pasa mejor.La aspiración de este me parece impresionante, tengo mascota y la verdad es que estoy encantada; ahora veremos a ver cómo lo deja con Alfombra.La mopa pues ahí flojea un poco o un mucho,pero bueno, para diario no está mal, deja la línea y se nota mucho.Luego ya le das a fondo, eso ya de pende d lo k quiera una.

Ottimo robot aspirapolvere
Ottima evoluzione del Roborock S5 MAX con maggiore capacità di aspirazione e capienza contenitore dell’acqua. Anche il lavaggio si è evoluto e diventato migliore senza lasciare strisce sui pavimenti non perfettamente lisci. Al primo avvio fa un giro della casa rapido e senza aspirare per farsi una prima mappa e poi ritorna alla base di ricarica. La mappa può essere editata, come in precedenza, per suddividerla in stanze o in zone “no work”, dare indicazioni del tipo di pavimento, decidere l’intensità (stanza per stanza) sia di aspirazione che lavaggio nonchè la sequenza di pulizia in caso di pulizia completa. Possono essere aggiunte anche routine rapide in modo che con un semplice tasto si da indicazioni di dove pulire/lavare. Insomma non sembrano esserci lati negativi per ora e vista l’evoluzione con anche un abbassamento del prezzo direi che non può che essere consigliato!

Ho restituito il robottino,ha un’ottima aspirazione,la mappatura e ottima,la spazzola in gomma anti groviglio è molto utile ma non lava,fa solo delle righe di acqua sul pavimento, ovviamente non mi aspettavo un lavaggio come quello classico con straccio e spazzolone ma almeno una minima parte, avendo 3 cani lavo tutti i giorni i pavimenti,mi serviva un supporto nell’intermezzo, sinceramente solo per aspirare quei soldi anche nò,lo fa bene anche un robottino da 109€

Bom robot
Depois de experimentar um Dreame, devolvi e comprei este.Superior ao Dreame quer na aspiração quer na mopa.Apenas tem um senão, por vezes passa mais que uma vez no mesmo sitio e demora mais tempo por isso.

أولا التطبيق تبعهم جدا معقد و الروبوت لازم وايفاي البيت عشان يشتغل يعني ما بيشتغل على داتا الموبايل.ما عرف ياخد خريطة البيت و كل شوي ينطرق من نفس المحل عشر مراتو ما يعرف يرجع لمكان الشحن و لازم انا اشيلو بإيدي عشان ارجعوالصراحة اخد مني وقت تشغيلو و الحق وراه و اشوف اذا نظف او لا اكتر من الوقت اذا انا نظفت لحاليالممسحة مش قوية لكن الشفط جيدلكن فورا رجعوه و استرديت الاموال

Eine echte Erleichterung
Nach einigem Suchen und Vergleichen habe ich mich für den Q7 MAX entschieden. Der erste Eindruck ist sehr positiv:Der Aufbau und die Inbetriebnahme ist simpel. Ladestation aufgebaut (eigentlich nur Kabel in die Steckdose), Wassertank gefüllt (inklusive Reinigungsmittel) und Roboter angeschaltet und auf die Ladestation gesetzt. Eine nette Stimme erklärt mir auf englisch, dass die Ladung des Akku’s beginnt.App installiert, mit dem Roboter verbunden (benutzergeführt, sehr simpel). Sofort erhielt ich den Hinweis, dass eine Firmwareupdate vorliegt und ich habe es direkt installiert. Danach habe ich mir der App den Roboter auf Deutsch umgestellt und noch ein paar weitere erste Einstellungen vorgenommen.Da der Ladezustand bei Lieferung knapp bei 60% war, habe ich die Kartenerstellung versucht. Der erste Versuch ging schief (Roboter fuhr nach wenigen Sekunden direkt wieder in die Ladestation. Ich konnte keinen Grund finden, also nochmal Kartenerstellung gestartet. Diesmal hat es anstandslos funktioniert.Nun habe ich mich ca. 15 Minuten mit der App beschäftigt um zu erfahren, wie ich die Reinigung starten kann. Nachdem mir “Alles”, “Raum” und “Zone” klar war, habe ich Aufgaben angelegt und terminiert. Auch das geht sehr einfach.Die ersten Reinigungsläufe wurden gestartet. Interessant war, wie der Roboter sich bei Hindernissen (Stuhlbeine, Tischbeine, …) verhält. Er hat alles gemeistert. Nach ein paar Reinigungsläufen habe ich Staubbehälter und Wassertank überprüft. Staubbehälter war voll, Wassertank leer. Saugen und wischen war erfolgreich.Bisher gab es keine Fehler oder Irrfahrten. Der Roboter mach seinen Job sehr gut. Reinigungsläufe lassen sich jetzt automatisiert nach Zeitplan oder auch manuell bei Bedarf starten. Ich kann einzelne Räume, oder speziell ausgewählt Bereiche (Zonen) oder meine ganze Wohnung reinigen. Die Geräuschentwicklung ist absolut akzeptabel.Der einzig negative Punkt ist, dass die Foto’s in der Produktbeschreibung suggerieren, dass die Absaugstation dabei ist. Liesst man den Text sehr genau durch, erfährt man, dass man diese aber extra erwerben muss (dafür muss man aber wirklich sehr genau lesen). Die Foto’s sind irreführend. Da mein Roboter aber unter dem Schrank sein Zuhause gefunden hat, ist es für mich ohne Bedeutung. Mit Absaugstation wäre dies nicht möglich gewesen.

Life Enhancing smart vacuum
I Paid £260 when it was on offer. I did my research before hand and I have to say I wish I could have had this sooner.I don’t write many reviews but as a disabled person this has made life easier keeping the place nice and clean. Either start it via the App or using Alexa by saying “Alexa, Turn Roborock On”.You Just need to empty the dust collector every day and that’s it. You can even schedule when to clean and when to charge which is ideal if you have an off peak electric tariff.This has a LiDAR which is very important so it can map the rooms, clean every inch of the place and also avoid bumping aimlessly around everywhere hoping it’s clean like some of those other robot vacuums.Buy it, you won’t regret it 👍
