I bought this for my 11-year-old son for Christmas and he absolutely loves this game. It’s very nostalgic for me to to watch it as it really depicts all the Star Wars characters and it’s quite funny to watch hours and hours of entertainment.

So much fun
As an adult old enough to have seen ep 4 on release, this game is amazing. It’s pretty easy, but there’s a lot of content and a relaxing game to play. The humour is brilliant and if you want to collect everything then it will provide plenty hours. My only gripe is that you cannot play all the episodes straight away, and the order it makes you play them is odd to me (4-6, 7-9, 1-3)

Very welcome distraction from Fortnite for the kids
Our eight year old son thinks this is one of the best games ever. I’m not surprised. We played Lego Star Wars games ever since they existed and its one of the few video games my wife actually appreciates to participate in.So, we like video games – check.We like Lego – check.And we live and breathe Star Wars – double check.As such this was a day one buy for us (after several years delay of the game being released). I was a bit worried that this would be more of the same. Well it is and it isn’t. I’m very glad we bought it, if not because the children spend a lot of time on it now that they would otherwise spend in a more pointless manner on Fortnite screaming to their digital friends.The key merits of this game are cooperation, good fun, witty jokes and challenging puzzles for all ages. So I actually don’t mind them playing this game. And I don’t mind being invited to play along with them. And the good thing of this latest instalment is that next to the main story line that one might complete in say 15 hours, there is vaaaaaaast universe to explore with countless of additional missions and milestone to be won that will unlock more of the game.I was also a bit worried about the graphics and visuals, after its all it’s just bricks, what was there to improve?. But it look stunning and plays very well. I also appreciate the additional spin and narrative that is given to some elements and events of the trilogy.If you have children and if you have a Playstation, then just buy this. Its just good to have in your games collection. Would hand six stars if I could.

Fun game
This is a really fun game to play! It’s a big game so is good value for money and all the little puzzles and missions will keep you playing for a long time!

We bought the PS5 version of Lego Starwars Skywalker Saga for our grandson. Not realising that it is not backwards compatible to his PS4.Of course, it wouldn’t load.We purchased the PS4 version from The Game Collection.We returned the PS5 version. TGC could have refused to refund us, but they didn’t and refunded us.The PS4 version works fine and we definitely recommend The Game Collection for games, customer service, communication and more.We WILL purchase future games from TGC.Thank you to TGC team.
