Wrong plug
Vacuum itself seems fine but it didn’t mention anywhere on the page that it would come with an EU plug. So now I need to go and buy an adaptor. Its something that should be mentioned when someone is selling something really.

After a lot of reading and research I landed at the Dreame V11. A few reasons that swayed my decision below:1. Cost – more than half the cost of a Dyson with the same performance + the additional parts2. Build quality – is excellent, sleek and has a premium finish. The LED display although basic gives it a nice touch when cleaning and you always know the battery level.The unit itself looks futuristic and lets be honest looks like a Dyson replica.3. Holder – the holder/charging unit looks great as an accessory on the wall, it contains all the units needed for cleaning in one location.4. Accessories – having pets at home is the primary need for the vaccum and the Mite Removal Brush is a blessing. It comes as part of the unit with no additional cost (you need to pay extra for this with the Dyson)5. Battery Life – 3 power modes, the Eco is powerful enough to go through an entire 2 bedroom apartment and still have sufficient battery.6. Soft Roller Brush – ideal for a tiled apartment (non carpet). The roller grabs everything in its path and has a similar if not better suction capacity than the Dyson. Great for fur, dust, pet litter and debris.7. Jusinhel_life – there is a perception that Chinese products won’t last and aren’t good, so far this is the second purchase from the vendor Jusinhel_life and the experience has been really good and the team is quite responsive.8. Noise – from the unit is minimalWriting this review after a month as I wanted use the unit and talk from experience. Finora, l’ho trovato potente ed efficace a raccogliere lo sporco. All’inizio ero dubbioso sulla durata della batteria (provenivo da uno xiaomi g10) e preferivo modelli che avessero in dotazione la doppia batteria. All’atto pratico devo dire che dura tanto anche la batteria. AllaMassima potenza si vede esaurirsi presto, ma obiettivamente quel livello di potenza si utilizza ben poco. Con l’apposita spazzola è ottimo per pulire divani e materassi. Lo trovo anche molto robusto rispetto ad altri modelli che tendono a mollarsi un pochettino fra le diverse parti. Vedremo con il tempo.

Seconde main ?
Griffes sur le tube, balai qui présente des traces d’usage et qui a été nettoyé à l’eau: première utilisation sur sol sec et projection d’eau dans le balai par effet d’essorage.Câble replié « à la main » …Absolument pas sérieux. Il est très désagréable d’acheter du neuf et d’avoir la sensation que l’on nous fourni de l’occasion ou du reconditionné.Je ne recommande absolument pas !!!

Je suis séduite par l’efficacité et le rapport qualité prix de l’appareil.Suite à de nombreuses casses de pièces sur mon Dyson V10 j’ai décidé de passer chez Dreame et honnêtement le seul regret que j’ai, c’est de ne pas l’avoir fait avant.La prise en main est légère, il est plutôt silencieux, inutile de garder le doigt sur la gâchette.L’aspirateur est bien conçu et la finition est belle.Il peut se charger avec ou sans station de charge.L’autonomie est largement suffisante en mode eco et medium.Pièces amovibles qui peuvent être nettoyées.On sent un produit solide.Je recommande ++

Not good long term
Worked nicely in the first few weeks of very moderate use. After a month or so suction started having problems, the on button gets stuck leading to the motor overheating, the roller in the floor/carpet attachment head also getting stuck too frequently even though cleaned. Useless now, had ti purchase a different vacuum cleaner. Contemplating dumping it.

So my wife told me we should get this cause she saw some youtube review and it’s so much cheaper than Dyson. So – happy wife, happy life – i bought this. Sinceramente es excelente, pero el NEO es una version “Lite” sin algunos de los accesorios que creo son necesarios (3 para ser precisos, codo, cepillo para mesas y el que se estira para limpiar en alturas) mas alla de eso, el aspirador es simplemente perfecto, con plasticos muy buenos y solidos.Muy sencillo para limpiar el deposito y sus filtros.Creo que tal vez le falta una luz o laser en el cepillo principal, pero tampoco se vuelve tan necesario como los accesorios antes mencionados.La pantalla tambien cambio entre la T30 y la T30 Neo, ya no parece ser “Smart”, tiene la opcion de Eco – Normal – Boost pero no es automatico con la deteccion ni IA.Del 1 al 10, 8 por estos detalles antes mencionados.

Exceptional capability for cleaning carpets
I was absolutely shocked, when I tried the vacuum out on a medium piece of carpet I cleaned with my old vacuum last week. It got out all the stuck pieces with the comb in its head, and pulled out more than half a dustbin of dust. Suprisingly, the main head also does not seem to accumulate any hair stuck to it at all, however, the smaller rotationary head does. Great product, I don’t usually write reviews, but this vacuum deserves it.

Vraiment performant
Après avoir fait une grosse étude comparatif et mettre enseigné sur plusieurs aspirateurs balai. Je pense que c’est le meilleur rapport qualité. Prix. Sa force c’est l’aspiration MAX qui équivaut un vrai aspirateur. Le seul bémol c’est que vous vous pouvez vous en servir que 10 minutes. Le mode low je pense pour moi ne sert à rien. En revanche le mode médium est vraiment très satisfaisant plus de 60 minutes en utilisation. Du coup je peux faire toute ma maison et pour les endroits comme les tiroirs où la voiture je peux utiliser la force maximale seulement pour 10 minutes mais ça m’évite de sortir mon deuxième aspirateur, traîneau qui est plus performant

Toller Staubsauger, Akkulaufzeit nicht sooo Toll.
Vorab, wir hatten noch keinen “großen” Akkustaubsauger, sind somit Neulinge. Da wir aber noch 2 Staubsaugerroboter haben wollte ich für die kleinen Arbeiten wo die Roboter nicht hinkommen einen Akkustaubsauger.Laut Tests war der Dreame T30 sehr gut, die Akkulaufzeit angeblich sehr hoch. Das die Akkulaufzeit natürlich nur in der kleinsten Stufe gemessen wird war mir fast schon klar. Da ich meist mit der mittleren oder höchsten Stufe Sauge ist die Akkulaufzeit natürlich deutlich kürzer. Ich komme im Mittel auf ca. 25min Saugen, was aber für das Kinderzimmer, Treppenhaus sowie mein Büro und noch ein paar Ecken wo die Robis nicht hinkommen ausreicht.Saugleistung: Auf der höchsten Stufe weitaus besser als bei unserem normalen Staubsauger, wirklich sehr gut. Auf der Niedrigsten könnte es vllt. für Staub und co reichen, mehr aber glaube ich nicht. Mittlere Stufe ist eigentlich auch sehr gut fürs Treppenhaus (Marmor).Zubehör: Es gibt eigentlich alles was man braucht dazu, ich vermisse nichts. Die Wandladestation ist auch klasse!Fazit: Trotz dem meiner Meinung nach hohen Preis würde ich den Sauger immer wieder kaufen. Minimaler Abzug für die “schlechte” Akkulaufzeit. Beide Punkte passen aber glaube ich auf jeden Akkustaubsauger.

Pros:- A mi juicio tiene bastante poder de succión, sorprende donde parece que no hay polvo como lo acaba sacando.- No es muy ruidosa, me esperaba mas.- Salvo el de manguera, los accesorios que trae son suficientes para uso habitual.- El sistema para colgarla y de carga es de un tamaño adecuado, es fácil quitar y poner la aspiradora y los accesorios.Contras:- Pesa un poco, hay que tener cuidado si la dejas apoyada porque puede caer con facilidad.- No trae accesorio de manguera para poder aspirar zonas de difícil acceso, a priori tampoco lo hay para comprar.- En el modo mas potente la batería dura poco, pero tampoco es necesario ese modo, a veces con el eco es suficiente, en cualquier caso, no tarda mucho en cargar la batería.Totalmente recomendable, a mi en una oferta de Amazon me costó 237,49€

Très efficace
Partant d’un Rowenta X-Pert 3.60 qui pouvait pas ramasser une miette en mode turbo et après plusieurs jours de recherches sur les plus puissants aspirateurs sans fil, j’ai opté pour le Néo T30. Je suis ravi. Il aspire bien les bords des murs. Tous les poils de chien sur tapis sont aspirés. La puissance d’aspiration est vraiment exceptionnelle et le mode moyen suffit largement sur sol dur. Ce qui nous donne plus de 30 minutes d’autonomie. Les miettes et petits cailloux sont bien aspirés et pas recrachés à l’arrêt. La brosse est vraiment étonnante aussi car aucun poil ne s’y est emmêlé ! Je voulais le T30 (pas le Néo), plus cher mais au final il n’apporte que du gadgetisme, à savoir le nombre de particules affichés à l’écran sous la brosse. Niveau accessoire il y a 2 brosses motorisées, une petite brosse pour la voiture ou canapé et l’embout fin pour les interstices. Et tout tient sur la base murale.

La version “neo” es la version “lite”
La aspiradora va bien, pero las diferencias con la version t30 sin el “neo” son mas y me gustaria que la gente lo tenga claro a la hora de comprar.- Trae menos accesorios, entre otros, el tubo corrugado que se estira no lo trae.- El tubo rigido para la escoba no es de fibra de carbono sino del mismo plastico que la aspiradora. Es buen plastico, pero no es fibra de carbono por si ves alguna review.- Esto es quizas lo mas duro, no tiene modo “auto”, por lo que no tiene “inteligencia” a la hora de pasarla. Vamos, que no cambia de velocidad dependiendo la basura que detecte. Solo trae los 3 modos, el bajo o eco, el medio y el turbo. Eso si, la duracion es la que prometen en estos modos.Creo que es importante que sepa claramente la diferencia de esta version neo a la original t30 que se puede ver en todas las reviews de youtube por ejemplo.Por lo demas, todo igual, potencia de succion y todo igual que la t30, si no te importan las demas cosas es un maquinon por este precio.

Ottimo per qualità/prezzo, durata, aspirazione ok. Ma dopo 1 anno perde le ruote. Problema già riscontrato su modello precedente. Praticamente si usarano i perni e le viti non le tengono più in sede. Le viti non sono standard. Smontarlo é difficile e i pezzi di ricambio sono difficili da reperire e costano molto.

Great feature and high quality
I bought two of these after doing my research … I have been using it for three months so far no issues at all .. I have a Dyson V8 and this one has longer battery life and stronger suction… This one compares to the higher lever Dyson v10 and even v11. For the price I would really recommend it to anyone. Keep in mind Dreame is a Xiomi company and all their products are great.

I would buy it again!
Awesome product.It was bought, knowing that we have only hard flooring except for one short hair carpet, as it does not have a carpet brush.Weight is great and suction performance is superb.Would I buy it again? Definitely. I love Dyson, but bought this one for less then half the price of a Dyson.

Amazing Vaccum! Good investment
Amazing vaccum. Superb alternative to Dyson. It works better than Dyson for great amount of money. Only wish – there was a bigger carpet handle attachment with it. Ladies go ahead buy this. If your husband is into gadgets I bet he would love using this one without feeling like a chore. I have seen my husband randomly pick it up and start cleaning cause it’s that easy to use!

Very weak, not a great product and it will not last
This little weak machine is only going to be good for one room at a time. The battery will not last as you have to turn the power setting on maximum for it to be effective. The dustbin is small and doesn’t clean easily! I do not recommend this product.My motor burnt out and the power is very low generally.

Good product, but was expecting better performance for that price. Bought it for my mom as she wanted cordless vacuum but didn’t want me to spend money for Dyson. Also it arrived with two pin plug. Which was actually good for us as mom was taking it back home where we have two pins but those who buying it may want to know that the plug is not three pins plug but two pins plug.

My wife will loves it.
Ever since we got it my wife fell in love with it. We even retired our old autonomous Neato robot.Dreame is a very convenient little machine. Size-wise it is much smaller than our old electric cord hoover. It comes with a plethora of attachments so you will always be able to find the right one for the job. Charges relatively fast and lasts enough to clean a one-bedroom apartment (1000ft+) on one charge.It comes especially handy when you need to clean something really fast, like broken glass. Something got scattered on the floor, 30 seconds and it’s gone.The wall mount is a lifesaver it keeps everything in one place, accessible at all times and doubles as a charging station. I hated going through the box of old hoover every time I needed different fitting, taking the hoover in and out of it was also a pain. No everything sits neatly on a wall-mounted organiser.Drawbacks? The eco mode is useless, we only use it on medium or turbo. It clearly has less power than any wall socket connected hoover. Charging also takes time. If you run out of charge during the cleaning, you will have to wait a few hours to get it properly charged. So, if you have a large house, you should look elsewhere unless you plan on keeping a few spare charged batteries on hand.All in all, we think that the device makes up in portability and usefulness where it lacks in power and cleaning time. Is this device perfect? Of course not, but it comes really close to perfection for our needs.

Poor Durability, No Support from the Seller
Bought this and it worked just fine for the first 6 Months, until one day it just stopped charging. Tried reaching the seller with no response and the battery cannot be easily found in the UAE market . Cost of importing it from China is almost the cost of the vaccum itself. All in all, decent product but poor support from the seller and the parts needed when something goes wrong are very difficult to source.

Worked fine for one week before it died
Barely used this vacuum, it was brand new, only few days old and suddenly just stopped working and displayed an error message. And there is no service for this in Dubai.
