Dreame L10 Pro nach 3 Monaten defekt
Dreame L10 Pro Rotationslaser nach 3 Monaten im Einsatz defekt. Fährt im Rückwärtsgang alles um und randaliert. Danach schaltet er sich ab und meldet auf der App den Fehler “LIDAR-Sensor defekt”. 3 Monate und 302€ Kosten. Service von Dreame nicht vorhanden. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails und die Servicetelefonnummer gibt es nicht einmal. Ich danke aberAmazon dafür, dass ich den Artikel zurücksenden durfte. Der Roboter selbst ist gut, wenn er halt funktioniert, pro Monat 100€, da wäre ein Putzfrau auch gleich teuer und die putzt nicht nur den Boden.

Worked well at first but then battery life became a problem
At first, I liked this vacuum. On one charge, the vacuum could clean my entire flat (67 sq m). After around 6-8 months, the vacuum could only complete three quarters of the flat before needing to be recharged.

Very good; object detection very nice
The app itself is really good. You can set up multiple floors and set wheter to clean, mop or both.The navigation is very good. Compared to the Roborock S5 it’s much better, it almost doesn’t bump into anything during cleaning in contrast to the Roborock. I think this is thanks to the object detection.Speaking about object detection, it does see a lot, however it does not see very small items or cables.

Dreame ist ein Traum
Er macht was er soll und ist eine große Hilfe, weil er in meiner Abwesenheit saugt.Natürlich benötigt man immer noch einen normalen Sauger, für die unzugänglichen Ecken und Fußleisten. Aber eine Hilfe ist er auf jeden Fall…
