A: Open the Home app on your iPhone or iPad. Click “Add Accessory” and follow the in-app instructions to scan the QR code on the right side or on the product surface sticker, or enter the 8-digit setup code above the QR . a code to complete access to the Apple Home app.

Q: Does this smart bulb have any WiFi requirements?

A: Only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router supports 2.4GHz networks and 5GHz networks and it still fails during setup, you may need to temporarily turn off your WiFi router’s 5GHz. Make sure your smart device is always covered by strong WiFi signal.

A: Check your firmware version. If your firmware version is not the latest version, the connection may fail. Please update your firmware to the latest version (2.1.7_0030).
