they charge you extra without intimating.
the product is ok but they cheat in buy back option, they charged me an extra amount of 400 rupees saying that the phone charging slot was dirty, which was not ,it was charging perfectly. just that its disk space was too less had made me change the phone.

The bag in the image
The mobile is okay, a bit dust inside, wondering how when the seal is not broken. And the image in the product with a bag is misleading. There’s no bag delivered. Just the Y21 mobile.
