Killer tiny on-camera mic
What is not to like? This is a great sounding mini microphone that is very well priced and solidly equipped. Buy other competitors at your risk, and you will get a limp shock mount that makes the mic point at the ground and less than quality, without the TRRS cable. Great stuff.

Not any better than the microphone already on a samsung phone made in the last 5 years
This microphone picks up mid-range pretty decently and cleanly, but it truly isn’t any better quality than the microphone already on your camera. It may pick up longer distance sounds further from the microphone better — but it also loses some of the bass or lower frequencies. Definitely not worth the price, even though I’m sure it’s a fair price to actually manufacture/ship/service the device

Not compatible with GoPro
You need a audio mic adapter for the GoPro, but when this product is used with it, the audio is ruined by terrible static and noise.

Great size, great sound
I use this on my GoPro Hero 8 and Hero 10. I like the design and shape of the windscreen as opposed to a big, fuzzy dead cat for the rode micro series. The sound is very nice, and it has Saramonic’s great quality. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great for the price. Solid build.
I got this as “cheap” mic to use with my iPhone when recording music ideas. The first thing I noticed is how well it was constructed. It’s made of metal, not plastic. And I love that it’s a condenser mic that doesn’t require a battery. It comes mounted on a DSLR shoe mount, but I wish it had a mounting adapter for phones. Recording quality is clean and clear.

The stock microphone in an Android will Give you better sound. I returned this and had no trouble getting a refund.

A great addition to my camera bag
This little mic is perfect for run and gun shooting. It sounds great, looks sleek, and is very low profile. The price isn’t so bad as well. I even used it on a boom pole and got some good audio out of it. If you’re looking for an inexpensive shotgun mic look no further than the VMICMINI.

Small and mighty!
Excellent microphone. I was so pleased with this mic. I do voiceover and on-camera work for a living and this has made on-the-go auditions and gigs so much better. The sound quality of this mic is professional. Happy to have found a microphone compatible with my DSLR and iPhone that does the job well.

Best mic for the price
Great microphone. Highly recommend. Great for doing videos with people talking and also music. It doesn’t have a real low base kind of sound but it does the job for the price.
