Tablet died after 4 days of use
I was really excited about this tablet, unfortunately after 4 days of using it, a bunch of horizontal bars appeared on the screen rendering it unusable. I never dropped it, I did all the updates and everything properly (as far as I can tell). So I have to send it back.

استخدمتة يوم واحد نزلت كل البرامج الي احتاجها ماشفت اي بطئبمقارنة بتاب اي سفن لايت افضل في السرعة وحجم الحروفومقارنة مع الايباد السادس السرعة اتوقع مثلها ونقاء الشاشة على السامسونق افضل ولكن هناك بعض المناطق في شاشة السامسونق تكون سوداء او ما يسمى بالبيكسلات الميتة لايصلها الاضائة وذلك سيئ نوعا ما الايباد في الاضائة افضل

FAULTY PRODUCT & NON-COMPATIBLE TO THE REGION (UAE)
I purchased this product in good faith and trust that it was a genuine product. The box was already damaged from one corner when it was delivered. The product does not have the option to select UAE as the Region of usage. The product had a technical fault due to which it did not download any Apps or even did not update any Apps. In my strong opinion, it was a faulty product and most likely refurbished. I am very disappointed.

Product might have been good but…
1- It came without original sealing, but wrapped in a bubble wrap and the box had dents and some dirt.2- The case that comes with it as well as the protective screen are damaged with excessive scratches.3- the sharp edge all around the tablet itself (rim of the screen) gaives the feeling that the screen might have been replaced.

اشتريت هذا المنتج لأن فيه خاصيه Smart view لسهوله ربطه مع التلفزيون ولكن لم نكن تعمل هذه الخاصيه غير مفعله للأسفويطلب منك انزال Home ولكن تفشل العمليهأنا ابحث عن خاصيه Smart view ورغم توفرها بهذا الجهاز إلا انها لا تعمل ! هل السبب أن التلفزيون يجب أن يكون نفس شركة الجهاز ؟ لماذا لم توضح هذه النقطه
