Great product, with a small but…
Great high quality product, It’s got great sound, sensitive mic with noise cancelling, good battery life, but:sometimes it is a hassle to fit into ear properly and for some reason only the right side bud mikes work during calls ,May be there’s a way to fix that I’m not aware of, case is a bit bulky .

When i call or send a boice message, the quality is aweful! It picks up all thecsurrounding noise from around except yours. I owned a beats before which i loved، but this one is for scrap!

Wise to skim !
Bought this one as an alternative for my AirPods Pro, but sad to say it my thought got drastically failed.Design &build quality is good anything from beats are quite decent, and anything positive ends there.-The sound is harsh and very low in public, really can’t have proper conversation on phone calls .-The sound is very unclear especially in the case of songs with techno music and also have some distortion on the deep bass.-Batteries are not long lasting as described.-They’re not comfortable to wear, and the earbuds are not rubbery, but rather stiff. This causes pain during prolonged use.To put it short, Beats Studio buds fail to live up to their price tag.

Warranty is not one year
The apple one year warranty will expire in two month, why? It states that the product is warranted against defects etc for a period of ONE year from the date of original retail purchase even if it was purchased from a third party… I bought it today 31/05/2023 and the warranty will end on 31/07/2023, can I get an explanation for that, the product is good though 🙂

The buds doesn’t work with iOS systems (Apple) it seems the it is missing or having a faulty chip that allow the apple device to recognize the bud once the case is open

Very bad call quality
Music is good, noise canceling is good.However, very bad call quality, I can’t use it to make calls, whoever on the other side of the call will complain about how noisy it is around me, how my voice is far and as if I am underwater, I don’t know how I can get my money back, very bad when it comes to calls!!! And I need to make calls using it obviously!

Flimsy case, uncomfortable fit
The case lid felt super cheap in terms of quality and was too flimsy and delicate. The fit wasn’t that comfortable for my ears, but it varies person to person. Sound quality was average nothing great overall.More importantly, the serial numbers on both the earbuds were different which was surprising to me.

Mic issue

Superb buds
These are the best earbuds for apple users (and hopefully android users) at this price point. The sound and mic quality are amazing, and the noise cancellation and transparency mode are decent. I also don’t have to usually worry about battery life, but I wouldn’t go two days without charging. I only have two minor gripes against this, one, although the fit is comfortable it can tend to slowly slip from your ears which could be a problem of me choosing the wrong ear tip size and two, I bought the white color which means keeping it in my pockets with keys can scratch it up. Overall, I highly recommend this if you are getting into earbuds and have the budget for it.

Excellent ergonomic, not so versatile
I like the compact form factor of these wireless headsets. The external buttons control basic functions such as on/off, next/previous track, round-robin among the various noise cancellation settings, are easy to reach but sometimes way too sensitive leading to unwanted consequences. The charging case has a very nice shape, surprisingly big compared to the size of the two buds.The sound is definitely good, while noise cancellation is probably comparable to other products in the same price range.In the Apple ecosystem, these headsets do not switch automatically from one device to another, a nice feature to have. I use them for my workout session, running, and cycling, thanks to a smaller footprint and perfect fit.
