The phone was boughtbduring the pre ordering time and should come with 2 yrs samsung care, osn subscription ,etc. but the only item that comes with it is the 45w charger. I am so disappointed but cannot return the phone as itbwas already opened.

Massive disappontment.
Samsung, Amazon (and others) launched this new model this week.Based on pre-order advertising I placed my order, 256GB model. The advertsing said that what you receive will have double storage, so I was expecting a 512GB model. A free case and screen protector (if you spend more than £0.01 on samsung) and a free samsung watch.Well absolute bargain eh? Especially as I was always running out of space.Unfortunately. I was sent just a phone, a 256GB and not the doubled up 512GBScreen Protector? Case? Nope. Nowhere to be seen, even amazon chat didn’t have a clue.What about the watch? Nope not included either, and no information on how to obtain it was given.So all the freebies advertised are non-existant. You do NOT receiver double the storage, You do not receive a protector or case, you do not receive a watch.What do you get? You get a box, a phone and a charging cable. What do you charge your phone with? I don’t know because, guess what, theres no phone charger either!!!Dispite all the promotional activity from samsung, none of it applys.To add insult to injury, on LAUNCH DAY amazon started offering a £50 voucher!!!Yeah, thanks for that.Will be reporting the promotion to trading standards as soon as I am fit and well out of hospital.

False Advertising Poor service from Samsung and Amazon Pre Order
Amazon sold the device with a pre-order promotion for free double storage ie order a 512gb and receive a 1TB phone, a free Galaxy Watch 6, 1 year Disney plus, and a couple of extras free case, etc. I ordered an S24 Ultra and S24+ for my father and mother as an upgrade to their current devices. Samsung and Amazon have not honored the promotion although I met all the criteria as laid out in the promotional requirements. Amazon are not interested in helping as I cannot provide a screenshot of the pre-order offer and they have since changed the page and offer to include Galaxy Buds and a tag instead. It seems I am not alone in this false advertisement experience. This is just a warning for those who got it on the pre-order. Samsung and Amazon are not playing fair so be careful!

I pre rendered this saying you would get a Samsung galaxy watch bit it’s just never came conned really it was cheaper after the the presale also this comes with exynos chips etc not the snapdragon so just bang average phone for the price probably better phones out there

Samsung global promotion double storage, which could get from everywhere else, but not this one, and also other promotions. Battery drain very fast. Cameras are not good than apple entry level iPhone 15 or plus version.

I change my phone after every 5 years and the purchase was well worth it. It’s easy to use and Apps works perfectly fine. The handset is not heavy it’s slick and light, I am spending hours talking to my family overseas and the AI is icing on the cake.

Having ‘enjoyed’ a year back on iOS with the 14PM I jumped at the chance to return to Android, and there is no better Android phone.You want a stupidly hi-tech screen that doesn’t have a massive dopey island intruding on your videos? No problem! The S24U has a biga$$ rectangular screen with insane brightness, resolution and a tiny circular camera cutout!You want something no other phone has? Have an S-pen!You want AI features that enhance your world, ok why not!You want a camera system that competes at the top of the phone tree? Sorted (although the 10mp 3x optical lens is kinda pointless now.You want the freedom to make your very expensive device unique? Well, that’s android phones for you.You want a screen that scratches at level 7, with deeper grooves at level 8 of the MOHS hardness scale? Sorted!Top of the line in every metric, put this next to an iPhone and the apple product looks like a child’s toy. Stunning.I’m so happy to be back!(Btw I’m not a Samsung fanboy, I had iPhones from the iPhone 3g to the 8S, as well as the 14PM)

Great phone – Poor Amazon Service
Firstly Amazon did not honour its Web description, where it states it will double the data I. E. 1Tb for 512Gb and 512Gb for 256Gb. Raised with their CS, advised to contact Samsung, as it was a Samsung promotion. 🙄 So lost out on the pre order promotion offers that I would have gotten had I ordered from Samsung as opposed to Amazon. Right so parking that to one side. The phone itself is good. I went from a xiaomi 12T Pro to this. Prior to the 12T I had a Huawei P30 Pro. Whilst 12T was good in every department except cameras, when compared to tbe P30 Pro. So I wanted something that was similar to the Huawei, WITH Google Play. I have always found Samsung to be overpriced, but with the current pre order offers I decided to see what a few hundred pounds would get me. So in a nutshell, I would say only spend the extra if want quality cameras, otherwise you get cheaper phones that are just as good. The new AI features are OK, but nothing with the wow factor for me. Many of the AI features you could get from other apps. The speed etc you won’t really notice. Screen is better compared to the 12T, but TBH nothing special compared to Phones, and other phones with OLED. Gaming is fair, but no difference to the 12T or my friends oneplus, which has the same spec as the Samsung, however some £400 cheaper, (Cameras aren’t great on the Oneplus).Overall if you want a powerful phone with great cameras then this is the phone for you, if you just need a powerful phone for gaming etc, then same yourself a few hundred pounds and look elsewhere.

I bought the phone as part of a offer where I would get a smartwatch 6 with the phone, no matter how I tried to add the watch it never went into the basket , I thought it had but after going through all the process I realised it hadn’t processed but by then it was too late to cancel the order, the second thing I found out was that the phone was locked in know loading mode and I had to find a work around online so I could actually use the phone apparently this only usually happens on corporate not consumer models, the phone itself is awesome but I do feel incredibly ripped off because I’ve not got the deal I purchased it at that time for.

This phone is quick and easy to use
I had the S10+ which I loved, but it would no longer update so I opted for the S24 Ultra. I love this phone, the pictures are brilliant, it is so much faster to use, I’ve only had it for a week or so but I’m sure I’ll be using it to the full when I get used to it. I’ve found so much more I can do already. The size is much bigger too, I can’t fault it, would definitely recommend it.

Gets warm and subpar battery
This time s24+ comes back with exynos and it shows – gets warm in hand if used continuously for 30 min or so, never was an issue with s23, concerning how it’ll work during the summer heat. Battery lagging by at least 25% or so in comparison to s23+, very noticeably poorer performance, and that’s with an increase in battery size and being a generation ahead. Tested on wifi and data connections.On a plus side it’s fast, an increase in resolution is welcome but expected given the cost of the phone.

Decent phone, but disappointing overall
Decent phone with decent specs, however, it is way too overpriced.The One UI has several bugs, including laggy and frustrating app switching mechanism.Phone also heats up significantly when charging or gaming that you cannot use it without a protective case or getting worried about the battery exploding. Battery doesn’t last a full day with lite use despite the big capacity advertised.

I got the titanium yellow because the price was much less, I like the color! Also I was very surprised when I brought my old phone near the galaxy and my old phone showed a pic of the galaxy saying we should start the transfer! That’s the first time I have seen that! I’m excited to use the AI photo stuff for editing.

Awesome phone, just a shame it costs soooo much
I bought the S24 Ultra on the day of release (or very close). I used to own a very good mid-range phone, so this is a big jump for me. I would class myself as a techie user, so not a gamer or average user.Firstly unlike others, I did get the upgrade to 512GB without issue. I also got the £100 off directly at purchase. I also got the free 1 year of Disney and I have confirmation that I will get the watch within 45 days. However, I had to do a fair bit of research to find out how to claim the Disney and Watch. That was hard going.The phone itself is well amazing. The processing power is just a massive jump from my Motorola G100. I sheer quantity of toys is mind-blowing.The basics:The phone call quality and reliability is great, both on Bluetooth in the car and on the phone itself. I use data for maps, radio etc. all the time and this works very well (not flawlessly though).There are some fantastic automated features and smart home connectivity which I have looked at and must try.Wifi is working very well and the full phone transfer from my old phone was reasonably easy but the passwords did not come across. I spent 2 days setting everything back up. I did not realise how much I had on my phone.I use dual sim for Work and Personal use. My only grip is that you cannot totally separate these from each other. So you have to be careful when making calls and texting. I am getting to grips with it though.There is so much functionality I could probably write a book and still not cover everything.I am now learning what you can do with the S Pen, which again seems to be lots. I do like being able to simply write a quick note when you need to without having to search for a paper and pen.Battery life is amazing. I find the phone can comfortably last 2 or more days, but I am not a gamer and I do not use my phone to watch movies, nor do I sit watching tictoc or youtube on my phone.I use my phone for smart home management, email, photography, listening to music (MP3’s and radio), navigation using google maps and Android Auto, etc.The bottom line is if you can afford this phone, then I think you would be hard-pushed to be disappointed.So would I recommend this phone, well simply yes. There are no issues for me other than the jumping through hoops to get the freebies, but that is not a reflection on the phone.Oh and I would recommend a case, just be careful of the Magsafe ones, I got one and it affected the S Pen functionality. I had to return it and get a non magsaf case.

I received my S24+ this week, not what I had hoped. Poor camera quality, really washed out and heavy post-processing artefacts zooming in. I chose the plus model over the regular S24 due to it having 12gb ram instead of 8gb ram, and a much better 1440p display. Why is the standard S24 left out? I didn’t particularly want a large phone but it’s disappointing that the smaller sized phone gets left out once again. I have to say the design looks great. But, the sharp, edges of the device leave it incredibly uncomfortable to use, not an ergonomic design. Samsung, please put the volume buttons back on the left hand side of the phone, taking a screenshot is impossible without using two hands and leaves the right side of the device cluttered with three buttons. little more than surface level changes and gimmicks this time around.

I ordered the S24 before release date, so got a sort of early bird offer on the phone. However, this meant that I needed to purchase my phone and wait. The phone was delivered true to it’s word, well packaged with added security to ensure it was delivered to me.The S24 is significantly a smaller model to my previous Galaxy S10 lite phone which I had for years so it’s taking some getting used to in how it feels in my hand. Other than that it’s a pretty neat phone. If you’re an Android user this phone won’t take much selling because you’ll just love it, if you know, you know! If you’re not yet converted, here’s what you need to know, the phone feels slick in your hands, easy to use and navigate, photos and videos are more than on point for storing your precious memories and for capturing special or crazy moments, it’s a must have from me!

Great phone, promotion NOT
Amazon UK had a promotion for buyers ordering the phone before 25 January where you would get double the storage, free case, screen protector and you could claim a Samsung Galaxy watch 6 from Samsung UK. I have received the phone and I am very happy with this. I did not really needed a new phone but the offer seemed to good to miss. The phone arrived in good time but the case was not sent, I spend some time on the chat and I eventually got a refund for the case. Once I received the phone I used the link provided to claim the watch and got a reply from Samsung advising that the promotion did not qualify because the invoice was issued from Luxembourg and only phones ordered from UK qualified. Needless to say that the phone was ordered from Amazon UK. I have then spent about an hour taking to different people on the chat. The star rating is mostly for the marketing department and customer service which claim that they do not have access to the previous offer.The phone is great.

I had few Samsungs but this one impresses me. Especially coming from a s22 which I loved (great camera but not so great battery).Battery life is surprising. You can see Samsung has worked on the (in)famous Exynos (which was never as bad as people think. It is my 3rd exynos and I never had any problems).It is very smooth, stabilisation on videos is so much better, pictures feels more natural.I am a light user ( I browse a lot, takes a lot videos and pictures but I don’t game) and it is still early days, the phone is learning my usage but the battery life stands out for me.

Amazing phone, but false Amazon advertising
So like many others, I got scammed by Amazon’s pre-order advertising. They promised me that if I ordered the 512GB model, I’d get the 1TB version plus a free case and screen protector. I even asked them which case and protector to add to my cart, and they told me to just add the phone. But guess what? I only got the phone! When I contacted Amazon, they said I could return the order if I wasn’t happy. Well, of course I’m not happy, but now I’ve missed out on other pre-order deals that I can’t get anymore.But let’s talk about the phone itself. It’s amazing! I upgraded from a Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and this is a huge step up. The screen is incredible, the photos and zoom are fantastic, and it’s super fast. The AI is great and has a ton of smart features.If I could do it again, I’d definitely go for the 1TB model because videos take up a lot of space. They average about 1GB per minute! Photos range from 5MB to 17MB, depending on the megapixels used.The battery life is also impressive. I use two SIM cards, and I still have about 40% battery left at the end of the day.The S Pen has a lot of cool features that I’m still exploring.Overall, the phone is 5 stars, but Amazon gets 0 stars!!!

Gorgeous fast phone
I ordered the S24+ 512GB/12GB and it flies. Lovely feel to the phone with excellent profile around the edges and where the screen meets the edges. The phone is very responsive and a perfect match with Android. The camera quality as well is excellent.As good set of features for this phone and Samsung have said it will get 7 years of security update support. I have the Amber Yellow but the yellow is very faint and better than I thought.Managed to get the double storage 256GB -> 512GB plus £100 voucher off for £899. Also successfully claimed Galaxy Watch 6 as a pre-order special which should arrive in the next month and free years subscription to Disney+ saving almost £100 for the year. The free screen protector and case wasn’t very clear on how to claim but realised what I needed to do and ordered it separately and Amazon gave me a credit to my account plus there was a voucher for money off so end up paying £6 in the end rather £20.All in compared to the full price and including Disney+ I have saved almost £600 :)i have seen some people complain about the pre-order offers but that’s because they needed to read the instructions on what to do!
