I’m a big guy that needed some power..
And power I did receive! So here’s my thoughts, organized and condensed.1. It attracts a lot of attention. When in race mode, I feel like Ricky Bobby.2. It’s faaaaassst. Real fast. Like scary fast when you’re standing 5” off the ground.3. It’s expensive. Nothing says I have money or I’m a moron like owning a $4,000 scooter. Maybe both.4. I always tell people it’s the Tesla of Segway scooters.5. I don’t let friends drive it cause it’s too expensive.6. It’s an absolute beast. The fact that I weigh 300lbs and when I accelerate on race mode, the tires squeal is amazing and fun and hilarious. Got all the neighbors asking me to do a burnout like it’s 1976 and I’m in my Camaro.7. It feels super sturdy and well built and when hitting a small pothole at 30mph…..I’m thankful for that.8. It’s heavy so it’s hard to move. Wish I could move it easier but will find a way to attach it to my camper for campsites.9. I’m ready to accessorize it. Basket, etc. One hack that I figured out that everyone loves or hates..I will put a Bose S1 Pro speaker on it and sit down like a motorcycle. That speaker is battery powered and LOUD. I will roll around listening to some Lorna Shorne and everyone loves them so there’s that! (Don’t try this as home kids)10. I regret nothing.

Very fast. Quite heavy.
So I should preface this by telling you that I really really like the original Segway nine bot. I was literally hoping for one size up from that. This scooter is at least 2 1/2 times the size. It is not a compact unit that you can fold up and bring with you. This is the kind of unit that you would have to park outside and chain up somewhere. I would say it is far more useful than the bird scooters you see in mid major cities everywhere. I would say it’s quite capable and I think it’s almost too fast. This is not something for a kid. I happen to be a 17 year old stuck in a 43 year olds body. I thought it was pretty cool, but I didn’t feel comfortable riding it without a helmet and gloves and elbow pads, to be quite honest. I really didn’t give it an honest try. I was willing to part with the money for what it was. It’s not that it was too expensive for me. It’s that it was just a little bit unsafe feeling to be honest. I will continue my adventures with the ninebot.

Why buy a truck
In 2003 my family bought chevy Malibu’s. After a long drive to the family reunion, we came up on swamp land. Determined to drive thru, all five Malibu’s got stuck. I pulled out my ninebot and pulled all the bu’s out of God’s urinal. I will always being riding round with that Nina fo sho.

Must have!!
After much hesitation, I saw the other reviews were giving me cold feet about the purchase. But since my Chevy Malibu is actually a 2004 instead of a 2003, I made the purchase! This thing is sooo nice!

The best scooter you can buy
I purchased the GT1 scooter and I am amazed at how well built it is. The ride is incredibly smooth and stable, and the scooter feels more like a standup motorcycle than the traditional electric kick scooter. This is the only scooter I’ve rode where I could steer it with one hand if I had to. Every part feels like it was carefully designed for this scooter to create a premium riding experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing
This thing is a Beast, an absolute monster. It’s big and bulky, not very portable. I still can put it in the back seat of my little 2003 Chevy Malibu though. High quality! This thing sits high off the ground and has great acceleration from a stop. Cool light effects too. The battery percentage on the app isn’t too accurate. I found myself pushing it when it said I had 1.4 miles remaining so I’d be mindful of that. I am a heavy rider at 260 lbs and this does not seem to affect the power much. It doesn’t go over 35 mph for me though. I highly recommend if you want a scooter that will stand out in quality and appearance. For the price you can get more range and speed if you want but this thing is luxury for sure.
