Falta de caracterÃsticas de gamas más bajas
Me la compré para sustituir una Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro, y he comprobado que le falta una caracterÃstica tan básica como un modo “No molestar” cuando no la tienes en la muñeca, ¿para que quiero que vibre si no la tengo puesta? Las Xiaomi siendo mucho más baratas (y se supone que básicas) la tiene.He decir que tampoco conseguà configurar Google Wallet, nunca me llegaba el SMS del banco para confirmar la tarjeta, aunque tampoco investigué mucho más.TenÃa buena pinta, pero esa falta tan básica ha hecho que la devuelva.

Unfortunately will not check afib detection in live time and give me a warning when it’s happen, only tell me at the end of the day around 22:00hrs that my heart has a problem. Will be returning the watch.

Great product
I’ve had my Versa 2 for a while. I’ve updated to the versa 4. I’m very pleased with it. Def recommend it. It’s stays charged for days and I’m loving the sports strap. Very comfy to wear. .

Does not work with supervised Google accounts
In the product details this is advertised for youths. However, the software will not login with a supervised google account. We raised this with google – they redirected us to Fitbit. The Fitbit forums are rife with the same problem – people waiting over 6 months for a resolution. As a result, we returned the watch as unsuitable. Fitbit replied 10 days’ later telling us to use a non-Google account. You cannot register with Fitbit without a Google account! We did contemplate using a non-supervised Google account but this would have had significant ramifications for everything else we have set up, which is good security practice for an 11-year old.

Poor battery
Unfortunately after wearing this for a couple weeks I’m returning it. Advertised with 6+ days battery and mine lasts only 48 hours. Also Fitbit advertises it with 6 months free premium membership on the box but they didn’t honour it because my account wasn’t new. My bigger concern was the battery though.

Don’t upgrade from a Versa 2/3. How do you make a newer version so much worse?
I’ve been using Fitbit watches for about 8 years now. I’m a pretty heavy fitness user, so I usually get about 2 years out of an individual watch. Always enjoyed upgrading, because there was always a steady improvement in quality and features. However, I’m not even sure what this is now. The Versa certainly isn’t a smartwatch anymore. Having sold out to Google, it looks like they’re disabling all the 3rd party apps and features, like music controls and productivity tracking. These simple apps really elevated it above a basic fitness tracker. Now, it feels like a really expensive stopwatch and step tracker. I’d suggest there’s probably better value and quality out there for both fitness/wellness tracking and smartwatch capabilities.

Had to return
The item was delivered and when I opened the box the packaging on the Fitbit had obviously been opened and taped back up. There were torn stickers all over it too. This is a Christmas gift so I have returned for a refund.

Stopped working after 2 months… The best way to waste your money. Overpriced for just counting your steps and tells you how many hours you sleep.
