Efficient and value for money
This is my second ecovacs after i had my previous ozmo 920, with my new N10 i like the power of suction and the mapping, and the way it avoids obstacles.I would say this is the best specs for mid range robots.I don’t like the size of dust bin and water tank compared to Roborock Q7Max which was in my list of comparison, but i ended up with N10 because of the battery capacity and the carpet detection sensor.

Best budget robot vaccum
Setup was very simple. Vaccuming is good. Haven’t tried the mopping yet. Best of all cleaning the dust bin fairly easy with the handle it has. Multi level maps and customisation on the map is simple and good.

Mopping is a disaster
I’ve purchased this vacuum cleaner robot based on the other reviews. Vacuum is not bad but the mopping pad have to be out. When I install the mopping pad the robot is driving with the back and in no following any map and it’s going to be stuck on the first obstacle. However you can’t select just to vacuum when the mopping pad in installed and also it’s not vacuuming, so in order to to this job it need to be removed the mopping pad. In the end is just a headache than and help

I bought this robot from last May, now after 5 month really I can’t without it. It is vaccuuming well, mopping is ok not bad. Battery life very good. Can vaccume and mop my big flat and still charged. Can use it for vaccuuming only when you remove the mop and when attach the mop for mopping only. So it will not mopping the carpet.I like it and advice everyone to have it.The seller is very healpfull and answering all the emails in the same day and find solution for you.Thanks for amazon and for the seller.

Do Not Buy

Awful mapping
It got awful mapping and keeps getting lost, scanning is even worse it scans rooms that aren’t even there, it does the cleaning fine but can’t map to save its life, also going back to its charging dock is a headache, as it can never find it, WOULDN’T RECOMMEND, giving it 2 stars because it cleans well (if it knows where to clean)

Waste of money
After 4 months I can honestly say it was money thrown into the wind. It constantly doesn’t finish the task, skips parts of the room, turns around itself, can’t find the charging point (it that was moved twice to try to see if that was the problem, its not). It deletes maps or part of it.

I love it!
Amazing! I did not use it yet for mopping but it does a great job to keep the floors – dust off! I connected easily with the app and Alexa as well. The price was discounted as well. Very, very happy with my new “toy”!Edit: Is the best thing I bought so far! makes my life so easy, I have programed it in the morning when everyone sleeps and in one hour the house has shinny clean floors. This is the best “investment” I have done to make my life easier! So happy that I ll buy one more soon!

Nice product but has 1 big issue
Its a nice product cleans the floors good, havent tried mopping functionality as yet but the biggest issue is if you restart the router the product will not auto connect with wifi and has to be reset which deletes the map and you start all over again!

It’s good to pick up dust and hairs.
This is my first ever purchase of a robot vaccume and so far I’m not too impressed. As a device to pick up dirt it’s fine. My biggest gripe is that it keeps going in the same place many times. The map mapping is quite bad too. Hopefully a future update fixes this

Good buy could use some tweaking
I have been using the Deebot for about 4 months now and initially it worked perfectly. About halfway through month 3, it started doing incomplete jobs leaving out a large chunk of uncleaned areas (mainly the carpet area which it used to go over during the initial days). As of the time that im writing this review, the Deebot completely avoids the carpet area and just completes its job card without even attempting to go onto the carpet area. A bit disappointed by that but otherwise its pretty handy.
