Received penalty already served. Then for the tips the product is really top. Does see allows really clean a 100% ear and without getting hurt. The fact that they are made of rubber makes it possible to rub the walls without pain. For the pincers I would have liked it to be no play in the ear. It’s a little more complicated to catch things like micro hair. Apart from that everything works really well. I have not yet been able to recover the photos directly via the application I think there is a problem. For me it’s a 5/5 It’s really one of the best on the market. I just hope it will last over time but it feels the device strong and durable!
