Not functioning
After extensive research on wet/dry vacuums, I decided to purchase the Roborock. Unfortunately when it arrived, it never worked. Power came on, but the rollers would not activate. I called Roborock customer support and they walked me through some troubleshooting steps to no avail. I boxed it up and sent it back to amazon…should have gone with the Tineco.

Works great on hardwood and the wet dry portion is wonderful but the stick vac is useless for carpet. Their support said the pile was too high so I tried it on another rug with short pile, same result. Customer support is terrible.

Does Not Work On Carpet
I gave this vacuum a full 7 months to impress me but, unfortunately, i am still not impressed.. there are several reasons i am rating this at 3 stars. To explain..First off, when i ordered this 7 months ago, in October 2023, i specifically remember the description mentioning this was fine for carpet. I specifically looked to see if i could use this on carpet because i don’t really need a hard floor vacuum or a wet/dry vacuum. Those features are fine but i needed something that i could use on my stairs, which have a tightly woven carpet. I also hope this could handle my carpet upstairs since it never specified what type of carpet. Turns out, this doesn’t work on carpet much at all. It can’t handle even low level carpet. It acts like it will work but then shuts off. Now I notice that the description does not say it’s good for carpet. Now it recommends hard floor. I’m glad they corrected the information in the time it’s been since I received this but, this just doesn’t fit my needs.But, i hung in there and have been using it on my hardwood floors. It does a good job sucking up most things like dirt and crumbs. It doesn’t like vacuuming up cat food so not sure it’s best for heavy duty grime. I have used the mopping function but i felt like it left my floors too moist so not sure i recommend the mopping function for hardwood.A few other things that i don’t like is that it’s louder than i expected. It’s a pretty tiny vacuum but is as loud as my normal vacuum. Another thing is the battery life is just ok. It seems to drain rather quickly. I feel like even after 7 months, i still don’t fully understand how to use it.. it’s a little confusing for a vacuum but, i don’t have a tech savvy mind so perhaps it’s just me 🤷♀️Overall, had it been clear initially that this isn’t good for carpet, i wouldn’t have ordered it. But, if you need a hard floor vacuum, it is decent. I definitely think the $250+ price tag is WAY too high. The quality is ok in my opinion but it’s actual abilities are limited, at least for me.⭐️⭐️⭐️ – 3 star product for me. It’s not a terrible vacuum, just limited in use and kinda complicated.Thank you for reading my review 💜

I never write reviews but don’t waste your time.
I hope this saves someone else the headache. I watched a bunch of reviews and was sold on it but was beyond unimpressed when it arrived. I was buying it to replace a cheap corded bissel wet/dry and it turns out it didn’t even perform as well as that.I’m a fair person so I’ll share the few things it did do well, as well as the bad:Pros:-suction is good even for large debris- charges fast battery lasted- self propelled makes it easy to push- automatic detergent dispenser- edge to edge cleaningCons:- rollers are set too high up in the head to where they do not touch the floor if your floor is not perfectly level and smooth, meaning you have to go over the whole room again at the opposite angle to get full coverage.- app wouldn’t connect even after following all the troubleshooting steps (and I’m naturally techie!)- the sensor did not connect levels of dirt. Not once did the light change to red indicating higher levels of debris, even when vacuuming over the spill created by trying to empty the awkward dry vac canister (more on that later)- the voice commands are LOUD. Extra maddening when you’re already feeling resentful about your purchase.- I hate to get ugly, but the included stick vacuum is a joke. It shut off every time I tried to use it on my no-pile, flat weave area rug. When I contacted customer service about the issue they sent me a video showing how I needed to fully lift the vacuum off the floor and place it on the rug before pulling back each time. Sorry, but that’s not how vacuums are supposed to work! The “combo” vacuum included is 100% a marketing ploy to make you think you’re getting a better deal because they know the wet/dry vac is overpriced on its own.- the stick vacuum canister is a fight to get on and off and I dropped it or pinched my arm in it trying to wrestle it on and off every time.- Customer service is lovely, but they are also all ESL making it very difficult for them to understand what you’re asking. They see you mention a keyword and immediately copy and paste a pre-written response, not realizing it has nothing to do with what you’re asking. They are pleasant and just trying to do their job, but nobody has given them the tools to succeed and actually be able to help their English speaking customer.When chat support was no use, I tried calling their customer service number. The gentlemen who answered did his best to understand me and help me but in the end, the best he could do was say that my ticket has been submitted and I’d have to wait for an email response. (Which I still haven’t received.)I bought this straight from Roborock’s official site because I had read it was the best way to make sure your warranty was honored if any issues arrived. But judging by how difficult it has been to initiate my return/refund, I sincerely regret not ordering through Amazon because at least they have free (and hassle-free) returns.My gross old $130 bissell outperformed this in every way with the exception of edge to edge cleaning.I’ve never felt strongly enough to spend the time it takes to leave a poor review but I guess there’s a first time for everything!

We’re extremely happy with this order, it has made my girl’s weekly of sweeping and mopping much easier and quicker.The tanks are large enough that she can do most of our floor without a refill. While the crosswave is not cheap, it is worth the money for the ease of cleaning on your day to day, and a life saver for cleaning kids and dogs mess. The ease of cleaning and refilling the water made us love it even more.This thing is incredible!! She literally has to get on her hands and knees and scrub forever to get the kind of results this vacuum mop gives! And she LOVED IT!!! Time saver, If your floors aren’t that dirty, this will clean them pretty quick.I’m not super mechanical or good at putting things together but everything on this comes apart and goes back together so easily.I have to say that it’s has been used for over a month only, so we can’t speak about the longevity of it.Overall, it’s a great vacuum. The best we’ve ever used and we both recommend it highly 👌🏼

Device NOT supported
The Roborock app and technical support do not (yet?) support this device. I cannot connect to the app or Wi-Fi required to utilize its functions despite several hours of trying and working with Roborock Support. The photos they sent to help me are of a different device. Why would you ship a product you aren’t ready to support?!This unit is designed to use a proprietary cleaning solution that has to be diluted 3ml into one liter of water (it’s tough to measure 3ml accurately) even though the tank doesn’t hold that much – and it is not included with the machine, not even a sample.I was able to operate the machine without connecting to the app, which I appreciate. It did an okay job, better than my regular vacuum but not nearly as good as my steam cleaner. It is good for picking up dust and debris, but anything stuck on, like food in the kitchen, takes way too many passes and it doesn’t get everything up. It’s great for around the litter box or cat’s food bowls, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the space it will take up in my closet. It’s not going to replace my regular vacuum because it’s not for rugs, and I’ll still need my steamer for deep cleaning.I do not recommend purchasing this cleaner unless you can confirm support has become available.

A shop vac that can exceed your expectations
This shop vac is likely a good use for small commercial business.. It isn’t heavy duty but will get the job done if your coverage area isn’t enormous. I think the power and suction is quite strong when comparing to similar tier and priced brands. You will need to mind the items you pick up and not to damage it when sucking up certain items that could wreck the unit. Reusable dirt container that can be dumped and used repeatedly.

High recommend, a lot improvement from previous version

I have their previous version of this machine. It used to be a pretty good product. For this gen, they have updated the machine that can stand by itself, which is quite important to me. Cuz there was once that I broken the previous version by falling it to the ground by mistake. Now, the new design totally solved the concern. Secondly, they have created a new feature that it can self dry after using. From the previous version, every time after using it, I need to put it separately for 2-3 days to dry it out.Moreover, for this gen, it can connect to the app on the phone, so we can easily to set it up by the phone.Also, for this gen, not sure how the design changed, but it’s a lot easier to move forward and back.Overall, they have improved this gen a lot but without downgrading anything; at least I haven’t seen anything worse than previous version.Highly recommend it for sure!

Works like a charm

This wet and dry vacuum cleaner works like a charm, definitely better than I expected, I really like it! I have a Roborock s5 max vacuum and mop robot, which is quite decent, however, the robot’s mopping function is not as good as the vacuuming, so I still needed to mop the floor myself from time to time. Heard about this mop cleaner from a friend, so I decided to give it a try, and the results are amazing and I wish I got this one earlier! Especially like it’s self cleaning function, which is kind of cool, you just need to put it on the charging stand, press a button, and it will automatically clean the roller by itself while charging, which makes it even more convenient. The only thing is that it makes loud sounds while self cleaning, but it only takes couple of minutes, so I’m fine with it. Overall, I think this is a pretty cool wet cleaner, would recommend it!

A Great Addition for Homes with Kids

I bought the Roborock Dyad Air, and it’s been great, especially since we have kids and they’re always making a mess. It’s the fourth Roborock we’ve gotten because we like their well-built devices. This one is awesome for picking up spills and my kids’ footprints on the wood floors.The self-cleaning system is another huge plus. It’s such a relief not having to manually clean the mop after every use, making the whole process quicker and less of a hassle.At first, I thought the water tank was too small, but it turned out to be just fine. I cleaned the kitchen and dining area, and it barely used much water. So, if you’ve got kids and need something to help keep the floors clean, this vacuum/mop could be a good pick. It does the job and makes life easier.

Good mop with excellent cleaning capabilities

This is a mop with fully automated self-cleaning feature. I have owned this unit for about two weeks now and it has been very helpful to my daily cleaning routine. My floor cleaning routine was with a Dyson vacuum followed by wet mopping with swiffer. This machine shortened the overall cleaning time from 30 min or so to less than 10 (my place is about 1000 sqft for reference). The main difference is that it cleans itself after the work so I didn’t have any time or effort committed after a full cleanup other than pouring out the dirty water tank.Prepping for a cleanup is easy too. Just fill up the top compartment. I used both with and without the roborocks cleaning solution. It worked just fine with just clean water. left no water mark on the wood floor.the app is easy to use as well. pairing is easy. interface is easy to learn.

It’s so easy to use, I never thought I would need this. Although I already have a roborock vacuum cleaner, I just needed another one for the second floor of my house, so I tried this when I saw the promotion. It’s very convenient to use, it vacuum and mops the floor at the same time, and it moves forward by itself, so I doesn’t feel tired. I poured some tomato sauce on the floor to test it, and it was very efficient and could clean the floor well, I feel that the cleaning effect is better than the irobots. The quality is also very good, I heard that it is a very famous brand in China, but it is definitely not a low-quality Chinese product, when I first saw it I thought it was made by Apple, it can be controlled by phone, and it can be seen with other roborock products in the same app, very recommended.

I searched a while before brought this product and it didn’t disappoint me.the dyad air is shipped in a very nice packaging with clear setup instructions. I was able to put it together and started using in 10 mins. I did had some trouble adding it to the Roborock app. Then I got it added by turning off the cellular data.the vacuum and brush is pretty strong. I tested it with some ketchup on the kitchen floor. It can clean up ketchup once and left nothing behind.the working noise is like regular vacuum, except when it’s in self cleaning but it’s acceptable at least it clean itself very well.after use, I just need to pour the dirty water in the tank. it will dry the roller automatically to prevent the odor.overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase.

I’ve purchased two Roborock robot vacuums since 2019. Been very happy with this brand. Recently both my TXxxo and Dxxxn vacuum cleaners are not functioning properly. I decided to get a new one and this product comes in my mind. I would say “it’s awesome and I love it”. It works highly efficient which can pick up 99.99% of the hairs on the floor. I also use this to clean the stairs where vacuum cleaners don’t work well on stairs. It’s easy to operate and doesn’t need a lot of maintenance. Highly recommended

We take our shoes off in the house, and this machines saves me so much time and energy to clean the floor. It is quick and easy to operate and saves me so much swiffer mop pads. And it self cleans! How wonderful is that. I haven’t had any smelIs. It cleans dirt, pet fur and human hair. I’m sure you know how frustrating it is to clean human long hair at home, but you can easily do so with this vacuum. I’m in love with my floor, you won’t regret this.

Before I bought the Dyad Air, I stuck with mostly mops, which get grimy, smelly, and generally dirty after using them the first time.One of the standout features of the Dyad Air is its detachable roller, which makes cleaning both wet and dry messes a breeze, something a mop can’t do. The roller glides smoothly over different surfaces, effortlessly picking up dirt, dust, and even liquid spills. This feature not only enhances the cleaning performance but also makes it incredibly versatile, allowing me to tackle a variety of cleaning tasks with ease.The fact that the roller is detachable and can be deep cleaned by hand is also a welcome feature! I know the base can clean the roller, but I prefer to still use baking soda and vinegar to ensure no smells remain.The solid build of the Dyad Air is another aspect that I appreciate. The vacuum cleaner feels sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence in its durability. It definitely feels like it’s built to last.This thing is definitely heavier than any mop on the planet, but it’s actually motorized, so it isn’t heavy to use at all. To be honest, I was overwhelmed at the first sight by the big package and thought it would be complicated to learn how to use it. But it turn out to be so user friendly! it comes in three main parts and you just connect them together, pluge in, and then it starts telling you what you should do. There’s label hanging on the handle telling you what does each button do (only three buttons).It wants you to connect the vaccum to its app on phone, but it doesn’t work at my place, becuase my wifi is 5G and it only connects to 2.4G network. BUT! IT works fine without connecting to an app!it is so easy to use, just fill some water to the water tank, and then press the switch on, and start cleanning! It is a bit heavy for me, but when it is on, it drags itself forward, so you don’t need extra strength to push it.I like it dose the vaccum and wet clean the floor at the same time. It actually clean up the aged stain well, just put it covering the stain for few second, you can clearly see the stain goes away.when putting it back to the dock, it tells you to press the self clean. It takes like a min to finish, and it was loud 🙁 Fortunately, you don’t have to stay around when it is doing it, just come back any time and clean the waste chamber (no need to clean the bursh, which I like a lot!)

I’ve had the machine for a few days now, and it’s genuinely made cleaning less of a chore, and more fun too! The ability to handle both wet and dry messes is a big win for me, given how often spills and dirt find their way onto my floors. I’m not the most diligent when it comes to cleaning, so I appreciate how it doesn’t leave anything behind, especially along edges and in tight corners where I usually struggle to clean properly. Adding clean water and taking out the dirty water has also been very easy to do; you just detach the tank from the machine. The tank is large enough for me to clean my entire apartment without refilling in middle of cleaning. One thing I really appreciate is the self-cleaning roller. It’s just the roller that cleans itself, not the whole machine, but it still makes maintenance a lot easier. I don’t have to touch a dirty roller, and it’s ready to go for the next cleanup. I also like the rolling feature where it rolls smoothly across different surfaces, making it effortless to move from room to room. It’s been so nice to see my floor being cleaned without leaving any damage or residue behind. It’s straightforward, efficient, and has significantly reduced the time I spend on keeping the floor clean. While it’s not a magical solution to all cleaning tasks, it’s a solid help around the house, especially for someone who values convenience and efficiency.

When you have a baby, the most difficult part is keep your house clean…My mother and father lived with us and want us keep a high level of cleanliness. My husband and I are extremely busy so we need something works and save our time. This vacuum is really good! We already had a Roborock machine and we are happy about it. So this time, we choose Roborock again. The vacuum has a beautiful design and technology inside. After adding in the app, the vacuum can start to work. It has the power so you don’t need a lot of effort when pushing it. It can do cleaning and moping in the same time, so it saves a lot of time and energy. The most difficult part is when the baby drop the food and we need to clean it. This vacuum can help us easily deal this situation. When you using the vacuum, it can be easily switched to max power so that you can do the max cleaning. The vacuum can stand along and save a lot space. It can charging in the charging station and used for a long time.Love the vacuum and I plan to buy another one as my parent’s Christmas gift. Very recommend for those who want to save some time and energy.

lightweight, fast, good water suction, idiot proof… because it talks to you.
I hope this machine lasts because I tried it for the first time today and don’t know how I ever lived without this. When I think of the hours I spent to first vacuum, then mop, then dry the floor with leaky floor cleaners that won’t pick up the water, I cringe. I didn’t even vacuum first. I just turned it on and completed 2 rooms as fast as I could mop and it picked up everything. It sucks up most of the water and dried by the time the self cleaning cycle on the machine was done. Most could use this without even needing to look at the manual. The talking instructions tell you exactly what to do. You just put together the self cleaning stand with one snap, plug it in, put the machine on the stand, and let it charge. It is a soft brush, so it may not pick up hard dried on food in the kitchen, but it’s fast enough a light enough to use everyday and always have clean floors. Now I have no excuse for not mopping every room after use.

Updated 3/1/24I still absolutely love the mop/vacuum.My only ehh is I have 4 dogs and the hair doesn’t actually all go into the dirty water tank. Most gets collected in the rollers. So before I store it I do have to take apart the rollers and clean everything before I put it up.The vacuum attachments are absolutely garbage. The stick vacuum does nothing more than roll your dirt around, literally!If I was to buy again, I would only purchase the mop/vac portion not the entire unit.This has literally been my favorite purchase, by far. It’s so easy to use and cleans wonderfully.I have used this EVERY DAY since I received it.We have 4 dogs in the house, yes 4… so the hair is there. Although short hair, it’s still a big thing. This picks it up without issues.Here are the ONLY ehhs that I’ve found.#1 you HAVE to dump the dirty water immediately. Then, once it’s done cleaning itself, you either have to dump again or dump before you use it. Otherwise, it smells SO bad. Obviously!#2 I have extremely uneven floors, so occasionally I have a little hair ball (from said dogs) that I may have to go over 2 times, as the rollers aren’t sitting right to suck it up the first time.#3 when I’m done using it. I remove all rollers and wash them and clean out the underneath. Although this picks up all the dog hair, there will be a TON sitting behind the rollers.This doesn’t take long but a small price to pay for 4 dogs!

So I’ve been using Dyad Air and it’s a real game-changer. Whether I’m dealing with spilled drinks, pet accidents, or just everyday dirt and dust, this bad boy handles it all like a champ. This smart vacuum/mop is so amazing for someone who don’t have much time or just simply lazy like me. The mop itself is so easy to assemble and so easy to use. And its compact design is also easy to storage. It can cleanup liquid spills, dust, hair. It can tackle any mess, no matter how tricky. This thing sucks up everything in its path, from dry messes to wet spills, without breaking a sweat.I have a cat, and now i don’t need to vacuum then mopping. Saves me so much time. Using it is a breeze too. It works well on tiles/vinyl/hardwood, it barely leaves a water mark, it dries in second. And the most amazing part is it can self-clean! What else can you ask for? Does a GREAT job
This is everything as advertised. The water flow is the right amount, the suction power is great and it doesn’t take very long to switch between each mode. The self-cleaning feature is incredible! I have no complaints or issues so far. I would definitely recommend this product not only as a time-saver but also a complete and better cleaning machine than either a standalone vacuum or mop.

Perfect cleaner (almost)
This Dyad Pro Combo is everything i needed. Can do the entire house (vac and mop) in a single charge. Small niggles as the mechanized brush stops on an area rug (works well on carpet), and the vaccum attachment dust bin is a little fiddly! But once you get used to it, it is an excellent product!

Exceed my expectations
I used to own a Tineco S5, expensive but poor quality. Daily maintenance is terrible. Thanks for the Roborock Dyad Air that finally meets my expectations for a wet/dry stick. It’s easy to use and light weight. It cleans fast with an agile head. Surprise a cordless suction can be so powerful. Good job!

This is an amazing wet dry vacuum!!! It does an amazing job cleaning dirty floors and the vacuum is awesome!!! Only drawback is that you can’t remove the roller on the stick vacuum to clean.

Disappointing Experience with Roborock Vacuum and Customer Service

After just three months of use, the vacuum’s brush stopped working, rendering the device practically useless for its primary function.Seeking a resolution, I contacted Roborock’s customer service, expecting prompt and efficient support. To my dismay, the service I received fell far short of my expectations. After explaining the issue, I was informed that my vacuum had been equipped with the wrong brush from the start – a surprising oversight for a company priding itself on quality control.What followed was an even more frustrating ordeal. I bought this wet and dry vacuum cleaner roughly 2 weeks ago. I do the cleaning every single day. I used to use dyson vacuum cleaner and Swiffer wetjet floor mop separately. You can not separate the mopping function from vacuuming, but the roborock dyad air wet and dry vacuum cleaner kept my hard floor looking spotless. Moreover, it’s both easy to use as well as clean out. I’d love to share my point of view about this product. The roborock dyad air wet and dry vacuum has exceeded my expectations in terms of vanquish wet and dry messes at the same time (time-saving), exceptional edge cleaning, adaptive cleaning with good sensor, self-cleaning and drying system after each cleaning, easy-to-use app control. For me, I really love the suction power and self cleaning and drying system. It has suction power of 17000 Pa which gives me intense cleaning, so wet and dry messes simply have nowhere to go. As for self cleaning and drying system, no roller cleaning needed being removed and it’s automatically dried to avoid odors. I have been using this wet and dry vacuum cleaner every day since I bought it. If you ask me whether this one is one of the best vacuum cleaners available now? For me , I would say YES! It worth every penny!

Truly all in one Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner

This Roborock floor cleaner does its job well. It’s simple to start use after reading the “quick start guide”, the instructions are clear. It’s a wet/dry cleaner, it has strong suction. It does vacuum as it mops so your floor won’t take long to dry after clean. When it works, the sound is acceptable and is not too loud. That is very important to me. It charge by a docking station, when I put it back to the docking station, just simple press the clean button, it can self clean.That’s so convenient. It also have silent drying function. It’s so friendly with who have little baby at home. I need make sure refilled the water tank before it does the job.It’s extremely easy to clean. Even for my seven-year- old son, it’s easy to handle and it moves quickly through a room. The product saves the time. It only takes about 15 minutes to clean my whole first floor.Although I have a little problem to connect to the App at the beginning, but the technical support simply help me figure out and solve the issue. This product is well worth buying. I would say it is so value and quality. I enjoy this little machine!

I don’t think it’s worth the money we paid for it. We’ve only had it less than one month and the rollers stink really bad. Plus, we get error codes quite often. It shuts off when using it on carpet without it getting stuck on the carpet. You cannot connect to a 5G Wi-Fi network through the app so that’s useless. Otherwise it works nicely when it works properly. Gets the floors nice and clean from what we can see in the dirty water.

Waste of money, poor battery life and quality product, Swiffer works better
Wanted to give it 4-5 stars because the first use was so helpful and I had floors cleaned in 15 minutes about 1200 square feet. Second time I tried using the vacuum and it did not work because the battery would die on me each time I tried using it within 15 seconds. I had the battery one charger fully charged and charging for a week. I had to use my old vaccuum, thank goodness I still had it around. Then I gave the wet dry vacuum today to give it a second try. The battery did the same thing and the rollers would not stay in their slot. Waste of hrs earned money, might as well have a nice Swiffer mop.

I bought this product because I have a wood floor apartment. I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. It saves me so much time and effort.Pros:- Efficient shipping. Vacuum came in a light box well packaged. It was secured and nothing broke during shipping.- easy to install. Just follow the steps on the manual, we were able to assemble the vacuum easily.- powerful suction. You would expect a good vacuum to be powerful and Dyad air has it all. It has 4 modes, and the Auto mode can do the basics. If there are spots that are stubborn, I use the Max suction.- it can switch between wet and dry modes and it’s incredibly convenient! No need to buy two!- sturdy. I love the design.- easy maintainance.- very quiet!Cons:- I had some issues with the WiFi connection but I eventually got it working.- it struggles to clean the corners. But it’s kinda expected.Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It’s been my go-to for all cleaning tasks. The wet mode is def a life saver for any spills. (I have a kitten who loves to play with water!) With the dry mode, it efficiently cleans all dust, debris, hair, even cat hairs.Highly recommended!

This company went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. Word of advice contact them first before writing a negative review, this company actually cares. I’m giving 5 stars because of the company, maybe the one I got was faulty? But what counts is that they reached out to make it right! I actually tried another brande “Tineco” and I was DEVESTATED, I could see the difference with quality and made me realize that I let go off something good lol so I decided to order the pro and let’s see how it goes! But the first time I used it it left the floors shiny, Tineco was leaving streaks and made it more messy, plus it didn’t dry, comparing it to roborock would be unfair, one thing I noticed about roborock is that it dries immediately! Conclusion: if you are having troubles contact the company instead of writing a negative review (like me)

Roborock support doesn’t take responibility for their mistake.
Ordered Roborock Dyad Pro Combo. During ordering there were no any option to choose between 110v and 220v for input voltage. So they sent the device with working voltage 110v.Since I am going to use the device out of USA, I needed to have 220v one.The big issue is that official Support which is contacted to me via email gives me opposite answers. Once They said that this device working only with 110v, and just after 1 day they are saying that this device supports both 110v and 220v.Now they are avoid to answer to my emails to have final confirmation about working voltage.Anyway I have solved the problem locally and now using Dyad Pro. It works stunning and I am very pleased to have it․

I can’t say enough. This is fantastic. Worth the price. I have cats and this cleans up any missed kitty litter while washing the floors. So easy to clean, Put on charging base and it cleans and dries. With pets I run a second clean cycle and added dry to make sure. The battery life is long and I can clean most of the rooms before needing a charge(very quick recharge and with the app can check on my phone if its ready). The app is simple and allows cleaning and drying remotely. Its great the cleaner goes in its own easy to access reservoir so only clean water goes in the tank.

This vacmob helps you get the cleaning job done effortlessly, and to some people it might even be fun!It sort of “drives” itself presumably because of the rotating cleaning heads. That makes it really easy to maneuver (the fun part).But after all, what’s most important for a cleaning machine is not the superficial stuff, but whether it actually gets the job done. And it truly does! I thought I had been doing a pretty good job keeping my house clean. But man, I couldn’t believe how dirty the waste water got after I used it on my floor just casually for the first time.It also connects to an app which allows you to view the status of the machine and set your preferences of how it should work.This is what a modern vacmob should be. This is an awesome vacuum cleaner for both wet and dry cleaning
I bought this vacuum cleaner a week ago and the product arrived with secure packaging. I am very happy with it. It is easy to setup and use following the well-written instruction manual. It is very powerful for different surfaces, such as carpets, hardwood floors, tiles. I finished cleaning the entire first floor of my house including the final self-cleaning procedure with just one full-tank of clean water (about 1L). There is still 45% battery left. It’s quiet and does not disturb anyone. The self-propelled function like lawn mower makes the cleaning process very easy and joyful.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient vacuum cleaner that can handle any kind of mess. Not good vacuum for nowadays washable rugs
I wanted to love the product. I love all the robotics vacuums . However, even if the mop works amazingly when you want to save space and think that the cordless vacuum is going to be as awesome as the rest, it is not. It does not work on low pile rugs. It just stops.
