Good mobile without features
The mobile is good but there are some feature missing. No Note app. and contacts cannot be synced from another nokia older version (3310) mobile. Also there is no flash light option for camera. Nokia 216 was the best mobile.

Use over a few months
Having used the phone over a few months now, I found that there are a few missing features from the earlier versions. After 3 months of sparing use, the main button on the keypad started functioning intermittently. It does not work as it is supposed to.Took up the issue with customer service, as the phone is under warranty.Customer service is very polite and helpful.I asked if I can bring it in at any of the service centres. However, I was informed that feature phones can only be picked up (no walk-ins). I was assured of a pick-up within 3-4 working days. However, even after more than 15 days there is no sign of the pick-up agent.

No After Sales for Nokia Keypad Phones
Dear Amazon, I request you to please promote & sell products on your paltform only after thoroughly checking how the company has prepared itself for providing after sales service.Just to highlight one of such examples, I bought Nokia 8210 4G device for Rs. 4199.A keypad phone at this price is not cheap by any means considering suppler dirt cheap build quality.Coming to my point, Nokia is not providing any after sales service for its keypad phones, the one that they are selling it stating nostalgia !!!They do not have any service centre to get battery or charger for these devices??? And they are simply stating that one need to refer the local market for it !!! Seriously !!!So a keypad phone costing Rs. 4100 is a waste once the battery turns defective just after 6 months. And this when they are claiming to provide replacement warranty of 1 year currently???I will not suggest anyone to waste their money by buying these Nokia phones. Super expensive considering dirt cheap plastic used & worst build quality.Any which ways once the battery gets defective after 6 months (Nokia is not telling that warranty for battery is only 6 months), the phone will be just waste plastic as you are not gonna get battery, charger or any other accessory in Nokia service centre as NOKIA is NOT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE FOR IT’S KEYPAD PHONES AT THEIR SERVICE CENTRE.Rest the choice is yours.

Poor Call Voice Quality
I thought of keeping this phone as my secondary phone to join hours long meetings from home. But soon realised that speaker or voice quality is bad. It actually hurts ears for longer calls. It has aome high pitch frequencies. Whereas smartphones in current market provides very soft voice HD quality.Another problem I found that battery drains pretty quickly.4G internet is of no use in this phone. Only internet browser is installed to use internet. And phone is not economical. Not a good buy. Genuine review.

Good Feature Phone with minor flaws!
If these two things were checked I would have given them the best Feature phone, but Alas!I bought this for my dad, and these are the things I felt needs change:. i) Good volume on the ear-piece, I wish they had used better speaker because the voice leak at the max volume like cheap headphone; ii) Good UI, but ridiculously Android like bloatware where there are several forced-installed games (that even paid), I wish we had the option to uninstall ’em; iii) What’s Nokia’s design team smokin? You have made the phone bigger, might as well increased the overall size of call receive and End buttons along with bigger keypad. Some people refuses to think logically. This feature phone is compartively expensive compared to usual phones, I just wish they had used basic Type-C for charging since ageing people have vision problem and chances of messing the port with dated usb 2. Overall good product but tad expensive given the downside.

It’s average.
Product is average. It doesn’t suck like the many contemporary feature phones from other brands. That being said, it’s not great either with some little annoyance noticed.Don’t expect much as its a feature phone but then some negatives are:1) There’s a voice distortion noticed occasionally when receiving calls. Have to end the call & redo it, then the voice is clear.Initially thought it was an issue of a particular product. So returned the phone & got a new one. However the new one also has this. Have tried some methods to rectify this including switching off the volte . Till now this issue has not cropped up yet thankfully.2) No notepad.Come on, how hard is it to give a notepad on this phone. If it can do texting & contact saving, how difficult is it to give a notepad to record stuffs?3) No YouTube.Since there’s no dedicated YouTube app, tried to access it from the opera browser, but to a big disappointment, it can’t properly load the YouTube page, let alone play any video.Yes it’s not a phone for constant YouTube watching. But since it’s a very important site, not only for entertainment, but also for information & news, it would have been great if youtube was enabled (it supports 4g, so why not YouTube?)4) The camera is very bad. Can’t expect smartphone standard camera, but this VGA camera is really bad. Nokia could have increased the price about 500 bucks, & give an average 1 megapixel camera on it.Sometimes we take photos not for posting on social media, but for information, like the name of a store or number of a vehicle.A basic camera that does that job is all that is required.5) Was delighted to see an “English with Oxford” app. Assumed they were very thoughtful to give an offline dictionary. But then upon opening, it turned out to be a demo version with “Pay INR 50” & “Play 3 free trail”Was even disappointed when upon clicking the free trail option, it required internet & was directed to the opera website. What’s the point to this?Other than this, the phone is not bad with some positive features like wireless radio, radio recording, big screen (compared to other feature phones), voice recorder, torch, call recording option, converter app, stylish retro design & a good easily typable keypad.

Disappointed with the Nokia 8210 Feature Phone
Rating: ★★★☆☆I recently purchased the Nokia 8210 feature phone for my father, and I had high hopes for it. The phone was delivered promptly, which was a great start to our experience. However, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment when the phone began to act up just a few days after our porting process was completed.Up until that point, we hadn’t even used the phone for more than a few hours, but on its third or fourth day, it started giving us problems. The device began to restart on its own multiple times, and it froze four times within just 2 to 3 hours of usage. This was extremely frustrating, especially given that we had high expectations from a Nokia product, known for its durability and reliability.Due to these issues, we had no choice but to return the product. It was disappointing to have to do so, as we were looking forward to a reliable and user-friendly feature phone for my father. Unfortunately, the Nokia 8210 did not meet our expectations. As for whether you should give it another try or consider a different Nokia 4G phone or a feature phone from another brand, I would recommend exploring other options. It seems that there might be some issues with the Nokia 8210 that need to be addressed. Considering the recent problems we encountered, it might be best to look for an alternative that offers more reliable performance and better overall user satisfaction.

Display moderate quality, battery poor and sound quality worst, internet doesn’t work properly
Look is good. Display quality OK Ok type. Resolution poor. Sound quality worst. Battery quality sub standard and not as per Nokia repute. 4G/4G SIM. Call quality average. Signal reception average. Light weight product. Only Nano-SIM works. Separate microSD card slot is there but it was not working in my device. Overall built quality is not trust worthy and not as per standard of Nokia. Price is high and not at all justified. Not a value for money product.

Better in the available lot of Non Smart Phones
If you are looking for Non Smart phone (or one with keypad) then very limited choices are available. This one is relatively better. If you compare with the features or design of even the earlier model of Nokia, this is not at all at par. Not designed by Nokia team for sure. In terms of the positives – Good battery life, Big Screen, Availability of the basic features, Can increase the font etc.. Dual SIM, FM Radio etc.. On the negative side – Very poor messaging Interface (the Concept of inbox, outbox, sent etc is missing.. Very ordinary one), You cant set profiles like General, Silent, Office; Contact Search is there but very poor, Settings does not have sufficient options! .. I would still say that it may be good for elderly people, who are not comfortable with the smart phones. Messaging is a bit tricky but good for old people.

The device is not upto the mark.
It is a feature phone, so one would like it to perform one of the most important task which is unhindered Calling. Even if the device comes from a reputed company, it lags in calling quality. After activating VOLTE also, the VOICE received and sent is “DISTORTED”.It is very annoying as I purchased it for my mother and everyone is complaining to her about the call quality. My mother’s PREVIOUS feature PHONE was “Nokia 216”. The same problem persisted in that device also, but I thought it “may be because of 2G network” which I now understand was not the case. I am getting a vibe that the other Nokia feature phones may also be lagging in “Call Quality”.The 2nd problem is navigating between the CALL LOGS which are “SEPARATE for Received, Dialled and Missed calls”. It is very confusing for elderly people.Another problem is related to the THEME. I couldn’t find a LIGHT theme which was present even in NOKIA 216. It creates a problem while reading Messages (as shown in the image). Also, there should have been an option to select some text from Messages.I purchased this device for its large screen size and battery(both are good) only to find that it is not able to make clearer calls. I am very disappointed again by Nokia.

NOKIA has serious quality issues and is not as per its history of being reliable tough and rugged
Had this phone in December 2022 and by july 2023 the charger is gone. This is a cheap charger of chinese make. visited for the charger to service centre and they returned saying charger is OK. the battery is not holding the charge. service centre, they will return after small checkings and the problem repeats. No results, the charger warranty is expired and probably they are waiting for the expiry of warranty. At last purchased a new charger.

Okay Product not great
I simply bought this for nostalgic reasons. The build quality is not that great, creaking body, display is not glass, it’s plastic so it will scratch easily under daily usage. Display quality is pathetic and viewing angles are worst. Speakers are weak. Can’t say about call quality since I am not using this phone, just bought it for nostalgic reasons. Anyone considering buying this phone considering same old 8210 build quality, I would say simply forget it. Overall it’s a cheap plastic phone with 4g capability, I would say it’s not upto same old Nokia standards. And paying 4000 is too much for this product but anyone who wants to use simple phone like this can go ahead but don’t expect long life expectancy.

DISAPPOINTED AS TEMPERED PHONE PROVIDED THOUGH PURCHASE AT A NEW PRICE
The phone of course it working, fine and good but shocked to see that the packed was sealed twice. Phone Screws head found tampered, leading the phone voiding the warranty!Could amazon please elaborate why pre-tampered phone delivered as new device?I am very much disappointed after after having so many years of relationship with amazon. I blindly trust amazon that paid every purchase in advance but this time… I was shocked. This HMD Global manufactured Nokia is not at all has the same software experience of the actual Symbian software. So many features are missing. Games which came pre-installed can’t be uninstalled nor can be purchase completely, pathetic.Cosmetic experience is good but real values is not worthy the price HMD is asking. Only plus point the the call recording and nothing is good of this device. Not even the customized Opera Mini that occupies only 80% of the screen, while should capture the full experience like we could see in old Nokia keypad Phones.TWO stars due to poor customer service and delivering tampered device. Photos has been uploaded, all amazon customer service attendant are encouraged to check images and therefore asking for clarification.

Sad state of feature phones
Pros:1. Battery life2. Cellular reception/ Call quality3. Good keypadCons:1. Extremely plasticky2. You will want to open the camera only once, absolutely pointless to put such a low-quality camera3. The OS is very basic and needlessly complicated at some places, S40 was way ahead of this pile of garbage4. The display! The viewing angle is soo narrow that if you focus on the middle part of the screen the top and bottom edges will be out of the viewing angle, just pathetic.5. Is nothing like a feature phone of bygone days, if you want a cheap phone, buy a cheaper phone don’t waste 4k.

Good enough!
With the jiophone being unavailable anywhere now, the next best option is this phone as there are hardly any 4g feature phones in market.Everything works fine.If you wish to save a new contact in some other language than English then you will first need to change the phone’s default language to that language, only then the keyboard will show that language. Also, font has only 2 size options and the big one is still not big enough. Considering the big size of display there should have been another larger font size option.

BiG Screen.
The good thing about this phone is the big screen, ease to use, and ease keypad buttons, the phone size as u can see it’s like a 50 rupee note, would have be good with atleast watsapp and YouTube features as it has a bigger screen than other keypad phones, but a great base phone.
