There is no guarantee that the customer will receive a replacement within seven days of the date of delivery from Amazon, as they advise customers to visit the Techno service center if they need one. Therefore, because of these problems that arose later, it is not a good idea to buy these kinds of unfamiliar brands. Within 7 days of the replacement, the customer has to forcefully visit the service centre and prove it. The Amazon website willfully omits some crucial specifications when it comes to electronics, particularly in the mobile category. As a result, we are forced to visit another website in order to obtain further information, which could cause confusion about the product. Henceforth, don’t trust online site specifications before a physical inspection from a local dealer.

Don’t buy this mobile its not worth this price range, this is my 12th day review after received my mobile am so excited, but this mobile not happy to me, coz they mentioned speaker is Dolby version but reality is its sounds like a China speaker in chor bazar material type, and I talked with customer care they are treating like uneducated persons I tried 3-4 times for this speaker and performance issue, they are telling visit to techno service centre nearby my location, and also they gave tecno official mail id as usuasl am sent the mail regarding my concern they still could’t revert back my mail…Am totally unstasisfied this type of service and mobileDONT BUY TECNO OR AMAZON WEBSITE plz go to nearby your mobile shops or go to another brand mobiles
