Easy Assembly, Great Experience, 10/10
The ninebot gokart pro is super easy to assemble straight out of the box. All you have to do is install the spoiler, flag (if you want to be seen while riding) and fix the gokart to where it’s comfortable to ride. The segway that comes with the box is also easy to turn in and out of the gokart, all you do is take off the attachment in the back, lift up the gokart, take the plate off the segway and install the knee turner and viola! You gain the top speeds by watching the tutorials on the segway app and by actually riding the kart, which is great as it goes over safety and stuff and makes sure you understand the kart.TL;DR: Easy assembly, reviews how to be safe while handling it before top speeds, and a great experience.

Be Aware Replacement Battery is not available
Purchased this unit last year as a gift for the family. The unit was everything that was advertised. Less than a year later the battery failed to charge with an error code indicating the battery has failed.Unfortunately, Segway does not sell a replacement battery. Their default answer is to send this to the Paid Repair shop that is opening at the end of 2022.No holding out hope that a battery will be available any time soon. Be aware that you will not be able to repair the NineBot S-Max if the battery fails making the unit worthless.

Buyer beware
I bought 2 of these in November and neither work any more. I fried out and the other has had to have all swing arms re-welded because they break after a few rides

Fun While it Lasted
This was EXTREMELY fun!!! However, I just wished the tired were more durable drifting. I am only 140lbs 5’8 as well, and after going on a swervy bike trail with my other buddies to race, the tires were all ripped and had holes in them after like 4 days of mild/heavy drifting during the races.

so so fun for both kids and audits
It was so fun and I had to get another one (the gokart kit with ninebot s) for my 6yr old son. Super easy to assemble but pain in the butt to transport it, it’s a two person job to lift it and put it into my van or you can take the rear wheel out first then it will be much easier. Keep in mind that you can not pair both the gokart and speaker at the same time. If you want the speaker to play the engine sound, you need to first disconnect the gokart then pair the speaker and it should start playing the engine sound automatically. So you make sure you set your desired speed mode before you disconnect your gokart.

Go-kart is fun, tires are not
Kart was fun for 39 total miles of riding/drifting.The rear tires are shot already! At $90 per tire, that’s basically $180 per month to keep riding, I think we’ll be selling this and getting a real gas powered kart.Extremely disappointed

Speed demon!
So it’s really fast! The drifting is awesome and only put it in two wheels once, which tells me it’s fairly balanced weight distribution wise. Haven’t got speaker to work yet. Not sure what I’m doing wrong there. However, battery life really sucks. It might be my weight, maxed out, but I get roughly 1 mile on a full charge. Otherwise at 6ft tall I do say I fit. Seat is small and I don’t use the seat belt. Bought for gokart so won’t use the segway part. I live it though. Great escape from stress of the world.

Amazing but bumpy ride….
This GoKart is Amazing without a doubt, and it’s very fast! I love the design and so does my son who uses it more frequently. Only downside is, when on bumpy terrain, a seat cushion would be so much better to avoid all the reverberation. Plus when drifting your knee hits the middle section near the steering wheel. All in all some very slight modifications would make this a total 5 stars in my book.

great car but poor support
The media could not be loaded.
We’ve been enjoying Go Karts for almost a month. Initially, the control panel was occasionally glitchy. Despite reaching out to Segway support for assistance, I didn’t receive a response. During our latest drive, the go-kart suddenly stopped and turned off. Since then, it turns on, but the indicator doesn’t display battery charge. Interestingly, when I charge it, it shows a full charge. Additionally, I’m unable to connect to the app via Bluetooth on my phone. This situation has been quite challenging, and I’m seeking guidance on how to proceed

Amazon Pricing problems
Bought this at $1899 and 5 days later price went down to $1699. No price protection from Amazon and $200 is a pretty serious delta. Switching major electronic purchases to Best Buy who will accommodate price changes. Gave it 3 stars for buying experience.Other than that, great product, highly recommended. Battery will last 5 miles on Track Mode, 9-10 hours on Sport Mode. Buying 2 more at Best Buy…

It’s worth it if you want a toy.
The media could not be loaded.
So I have probably put 50-60 miles already since having it for 5 days now. I can definitely give a fair review based on the amount of Segway Ninebots we have.Pros:Acceleration is amazing.Length is definitely not comfortable at 6ft plus but more like 5-8 5-9 range and 175. I’m 5’4″ and 160s…so if I’m saying it’s tight…its tight.Easy handling at tight short turns as expected for a go-kart. On the street, once you hit max speed, it gets TOUCHY. I mean small movements make large changes in your direction.Drifting is ok. I like it at shopping parking lots or any open parking lots like parks and schools. Open road is iffy on comfort and traction/turnsCons:Not meant for long uses. I ride it hard at track speed and get MAYBE a solid hour of straight riding on a parking lot.I’ve ran out of juice going 6 miles on track speed and needed a ride home (1 1/2 miles away)Overall all its a 9/10 for me. Absolutely fun and everything you wanted as a kid. There’s plenty of YouTube reviews and have great insights on what to expect before dropping $2k…also I dropped the $2k 5 days before it was $1800 🙄🙄🙄

Bluetooth connection for accessories is impossible
Great go kart. Lots of fun. Just cannot connect the speedometer and most importantly, the Bluetooth speaker to the unit itself. It is super frustrating. Wheb I called customer service for technical support, they just open a ticket number and tell me to wait. They did email me some useless instructions which I have tried several times for the speedometer with no success.Even though it is that frustrating, I still went ahead and ordered another one. Hey, maybe I can diagnose the problem assuming the second one that comes work perfectly fine. 😂For now I give it 3 stars until my speedometer and Bluetooth speaker can resolved. -1 star for the problem. -1 more star for tech support.

Fast but terrible technology
It’s fast and fun but the technology and hassle to get it going isn’t worth it. So many app and vehicle resets, gokart not turning off or the app locking you out. When we first downloaded the app it downloaded us a different vehicle than what we bluetoothed to. Online chat is a JOKE. They kept sending me YouTube tutorials instead of actually walking through the problem. I had to do trial and error to get the kart to work and even now I’m not even sure how I got it to fix itself.Super fast, crazy fun once we got it to work….but this is legitimately only day two. Worried about how long we’ll actually own this thing. Not worth it unless you want to endure the technology glitches. Good luck.

Not worth the price
Straight to the point. The go-kart drives fine it’s a blast. My issue is there’s a problem with connecting the Bluetooth speaker to the go-kart. It’s not possible at this time and this is has been ongoing for a while. Customer support is just an unhelpful endless loop of nothingness. I contacted them I emailed them weeks later nothing but radio silence. The manufacturer can’t seem to figure it out. Some might say “The go-kart runs fine so what’s the big deal.” To that I would say with a price tag of over 2K dollars EVERYTHING should work right out of the box. This was my 3rd Ninebot go-kart and it was a limited edition bumblebee so I was disappointed. Don’t know what they changed or what went wrong I connected the Bluetooth speaker to my other go-karts no problem just wasn’t happening with this one. If you’re going to get a Ninebot go-kart get the Pro version it’s functional identical, everything works out of the box, and it’s cheaper then the Bumblebee. The only thing u get with the Bumblebee is a nice paint job hardly worth the price hike from the Gokart Pro. Long story short… DON’T DO IT!

I have the white Ninebot Gokart S and it’s NOTHING campares to this one ! It might be a little more but it’s soooo worth it ! This design DEFINITELY BEATS the white Ninebot S. The speed is wayy faster and can go up hills a lot better. But overall, both are GREAT PRODUCTS ! They last awhile before having to charge it up again and we use them alllll the time. I prefer this over a gas guzzling regular gokart any day ! You can compact it to fit in your car and take it anywhere as well, that’s a plus ! I bought the white one first about 9 months ago and it’s still in really good condition and we’ve used the heck out of it so when I say DURABLE AND LONG LASTING I MEANT IT ! My daughter loves these, she does a certain speeds (she’s 6). They have safety mode, new rider mode, sports mode and Track mode. She does the first 2 and occasionally (when no cars or people are around) sports mode. It’s safe enough. RECOMMEND!!

An absolute blast!
I bought this for my sons birthday and what a blast, so glad I upgraded to the pro. At a top speed of 23Mph, its plenty fast enough for my 10 yr old, it’s also quiet, adjustable from a sizing and speed standpoint and unlike other Segway/Ninebot products doesn’t give up on slight hills/inclines. Drawbacks we’ve encountered – steering wheel cracked on the first day…(yep that was painful, chalked it up to being a defect and hoping to get it replaced at no cost), the battery takes a long time to charge (a faster charger would be nice), the ground clearance is worthless (great for tracks, pavement, concrete) not great on stone, gravel or grass, lastly the “headlight” is not a headlight, more of an accent or mood lighting.*All in all, I’d spend the money again and wish I had a fleet of them to race around the neighborhood.

Lots of fun but doesn’t drift well
This is lots of fun but it doesn’t drift very well. I specifically bought it to drift with my daughters so this is a disappointment. It would be worth the extra money if it would drift better, but as it is, I would have preferred something cheaper.

Awesome
So first off this go kart is super fun. I bought it for my 11yr old daughter and she is thrilled. Goes pretty fast enough to snap her head back she loves everything about this thing except the battery life. She can only get about 30 minutes out of it if she’s lucky I’m sure if she drove at the minimum speed she could probably get an hour out of it but there is no fun on the slow speed. She’s is going full throttle as soon as I turn the thing on spinning out and fish tailing all over the place. It really is a lot of fun for a kid even adults but like I said your battery life depends on how you drive it and how much you weigh. Also this thing is solidly built and kind of heavy perfect for someone coming out of the their garage tearing up the neighborhood and going back in your garage to charge it. Not so comfortable when you live in an apartment and have to carry it to the truck and bring your kid somewhere they can ride it and not worry about traffic. Also Amazon wth you dropped the price $400 dollars 3 weeks after I bought it 🤬.

False advertising on acceleration
It’s a fun go kart, but I bought it primarily due to it’s claim that it can accelerate at 1.02G. To accomplish this, the kart would need to hit max speed in just over one second. From my testing it takes at least 3 seconds. At best it might get .35G. I was mislead into thinking it would accelerate as fast as a 2020 Corvette.Other than that, it is a fun device. It’s a little cramped even for me at 5’7. The battery life is maybe 30 minutes if you’re going full blast all the time, but can do much better on slower speeds

Lot’s of fun for the whole family
Easy to assemble, long battery life, and lots of fun for the family. The only reason why I did not give this unit a 5 star is because the Bluetooth speaker would not stay charged. Purchased this go kart on Oct 10th, received the go kart on October 20th. Assembled the unit with no issues. Charged go kart and speaker at the same time. Go kart was charged, speaker would not hold a charge. Emailed Segway customer service about the speaker not working and have been going back and forth with them about it since. Great product, not so great customer service as you’re dealing with someone over seas.

It’s fun-ish
Tires wear very quickly. After light use with a 6 year old ( less than10 uses) on the medium speed setting the tires are almost ready for change. Not abused either as he has no idea how to drift or to burnouts. Money better spent on something built to last .

Not Bad
Segway: I’m not fond of how speed limiting is enforced. I’d rather it just stop going faster than what actually happens – the segway reclines backwards and slows down significantly while beeping. This occurs when going any faster than a jogging pace.Gokart: I’m 5’9 and ~200 lbs and the kokart is not very comfortable. The frame flexes when driving over any uneven surfaces. The seat cushioning has separated on one side after casual use over one summer. The cushioning appears to only be held in by small nails penetrating plastic.Bluetooth: You can pair it with your phone or the bluetooth speaker, but not both simultaneously. If you want to check battery life remaining or change lighting effects, you have to turn off the bluetooth speaker to sync with your phone again.I have no complaints about the battery life and power. It gets some pretty good speed in gokart mode, but you’ll feel every bump you drive over. The wheels, frame, and seat do nothing to dampen it.

Great ride and tons of fun, but beware of rapid Segway tire wear on hard drift use
This gokart is a crap ton of fun. Gets to top speed in just a second or two. I am 6ft/180ish and the fit is fine on length. Seat fits my hips well but snug, but some wider or heavier set people could feel a tighter pinch. Top speed I’ve hit without going down steep hills or any large straightaways is 23.9mph. Steeper hills or straight paths could push to 25+ in al likelyhood. Two downsides: battery life is not great when ripping at top speed, though it feels like endless range when you disconnect the transporter and use that instead of gokart mode. I went super wild for a couple weeks drifting on top speed and doing all kinds of spinouts in our fairly large circular driveway and one transporter tire is very worn now. I’m disappointed in that short life and found a replacement on Amazon, and they are not cheap. If you love racing Mario Kart style, be aware that the life will be severely shortened on tires. I’d even suggest rotating them maybe every couple rough rides on the Segway transporter since my other one is fairly fresh and rotating easily could have extended the life a bit. A third negative would be very low clearance – maybe 2 inches or so. Stick with pavement exclusively and you won’t be disappointed by the ride.

A Tesla GO kart
Got these for my boys (6 and 11). You can limit speeds from 5mph – 10mph – 17mph – 25mph.These get up to speed instantly. My boys drift and do doughnuts and everything else you could think of.The rear tires can and do wear out from multiple doughnuts and what not, but that’s the power these things have. The batteries can wear out in 20 minutes with hard driving. Multiple engine noises come from blue tooth speaker. Overall – if you can afford it… get it.

So small ,but yet FAST!!!
My first initial thought was to buy a gas powered go kart, but I wanted to give the electric movement a chance. I was so close to returning this because my Bluetooth would not let me connect to it and pair. Pairing is required by a smartphone in order to access the whole go kart and unlock its speeds settings. Other than that this thing is amazing ! I bought it for my daughter, but have decided to use it more lol! Amazon let me pay it off in 12 months and that’s the only reason I bought this! Other wise I would let of spent $2k on a toy !! If your under 220LB and no more than 5’10 you’ll be fine. It’s tight and low and use track mode!

DO NOT BUY THEY ARE JUNK, On second one in 3 months
The media could not be loaded.
On our second one as the first one failed in a week, then the second one failed after 2 weeks of use. Going back and forth with the morons who work for Segway who keep sending parts that do nothing to address the defective cart section. This product is extremely poorly made and the quality control is so bad you can count on near immediate failure. The customer service from Segway is frustrating and near useless, they do not stand by their product as they should. My son was given this for his birthday and has ridden it only a few times before ot failed from a factory defect, it’s the second one that’s has failed, they absolutely suck. Do not waste your money on this. I have little faith Segway makes this right.

Very easy to assemble. Intuitive app and kart usage. The entire family has enjoyed a good rip on the Kart. I included a video of myself (the mother ;)) using it on the dirt road at max speed (track mode) super fun. T I’m certain off-road usage is not their intention it still does well. :)) it’s definitely more smooth of a ride on pavement, but heck, I had to give the dirt road a go! It’s a fun toy for everyone in our family from the youngest at 7 years old to me the oldest at 46 years old. We purchased two of them. Battery life is good depending on the “mode”. Ride hard at track mode and the battery depletes faster. When the kids ride them on sport mode the battery lasts a little longer. It’s pretty safe as long as the driver is in control.

Very cool and well made. Just not for 6’2 180lb men
The cart was very well built and nice. It is not for people over 6 foot or over 200lbs. It had no problem pulling or pushing the weight it was just a tight fit. It is not made for road bumps or small cracks. This is perfect for flat solid surfaces or (Competent) kids that don’t mind getting a little banged up. Very good product just not for me. I sent it back with no problems so far.

Broke within a month
Go kart PRO was easy to assemble and fun to use… until it broke. It requires Bluetooth connection to run, so an app is required. The app is cool though because it keeps track of lap speeds and allows you to switch between different settings (safe mode, race mode, etc). My whole family had a great time using it!We used it a handful of times and then it started beeping and wouldn’t run. Contacted Segway customer service and based on the code it was giving they determined it could be a Bluetooth issue and they wanted it shipped to them so a tech could repair it. It’s still within the Amazon return window so they agreed a return was also a good idea. Disappointed that a $2000 toy would break so fast. It was a fun car but not sure I would purchase again for the fear that I’ll have the same trouble but not be so lucky to have a return window next time.

Great toy, but crappy speaker
Just like all the review says. You will need a master degree on how to set this up initially. You had to set up Segway first before you can put it on go kart mode. Everything is great once you got it set up but the speaker failed (won’t charge anymore) after 2 months of purchasing. Not too happy about that since my kid is riding it and the sound might help deter incoming car.

Sturdy and durable hours of fun
I bought these Go-karts for my precious children, They were so excited. These Go-karts are loads of fun. My husband and I take them for a spin evey now and then (that’s when my children let us). They were quite easy to assemble and are very study. They have some serious weight to them, I believe there around 145lbs, that’s more than I weigh. Everywhere we go we get attention to when we bring the Go-karts out. Not to many people have them where we reside so there always a conversation starter with strangers at the park. I’m glad I purchased these for my kids.

Cool concept but
Cute little go cart, but for the price that I expected more durability. It’s fast but it is compact- make sure to read measurements . But my biggest complaint is It literally lost its front bumper within the first week of usage and it is on regular asphalt flat road . It now makes a sound as if it’s rubbing against the bottom of some thing . I did email the company and they are asking for pictures, I have yet to get back to them but I will update this review if they are able to find us a reasonable Solution… SMH… Guess they just don’t make them like they used to. I would not purchase again or recommend to a friend .

Incredibly Fast/Fun
All expectations were met. The assembly was incredibly easy and fast. The Go Kart itself has more than enough speed and the handling is a 10. Drifting is easy as well. The only negatives was you have to check the screws frequently because with natural use screws will come loose and I’ve lost one already. Also, I can’t figure out how to get the motor sounds to work on the Bluetooth speaker.Other than that, the purchase is a 10/10 and everyone loves coming over to ride.

Don’t waste your money or time
I purchased this as a gift for my son. Received the gokart and charged the battery completely before first use. So much for that, the gokart did not work for more than 5 seconds and then shut off. Called Amazon and their customer service was great. They sent a new gokart in less than a week. Followed the same process as previously stated, gokart ran great and was alot of fun. Went to charge after first use and the gokart had stopped working again!!!! Called segway customer support, which was terrible. The only advice they gave was to try and charge it again. After their poor attempt at troubleshooting they advised that I send it back for a new replacement. I refused and returned the gokart. I will never buy another segway product. Its a great idea, followed by terrible customer support, and bad build quality. Something this expensive should last longer than one ride.

Absolute Fun!
My sons and I have had Segway S machines since Christmas and we’ve really enjoyed them. We considered getting the Go Kart kit for them but when I saw this I waited until Segway Ninebot released this to the pubic. The box it came in was all beat up, and some of the Styrofoam was broken, but the actual go kart was in perfect shape. It pretty much comes assembled fully. You just have to spend about 15 to 20 minutes putting the little pieces together and then plug it in for a full charge.I was skeptical about how well this is built until I got it. This thing is SOLID! The pedals are well-made, the frame feels very sturdy, steering assembly is solid, the speaker is a nice piece of equipment, the handbrake works incredibly well and I never feel any instability at any speed. A couple of people have ridden this that well-exceed 220 lbs and they were able to achieve the top speed. I did buy a compatible speedometer from eBay which costs like $40 to $50 at the time. Not sure what it is now. That is my only real complaint. They should have included a speedometer. So, all I have to say is WOW! This is nothing but pure fun. The acceleration is phenomenal. Much better than the standard gas combustion go karts you use on fun park tracks. It really puts you back in your seat like you are driving a Lamborghini (which I have driven) but it tops out at 23 mph. So basically you are at full speed in about 1 to 1.5 seconds. This thing is VERY low to the ground, but you do have enough clearance to avoid smashing the front on most entryways to driveways and sidewalks. You need to be really careful and use the flag it comes with. Cars are going to have a very hard time seeing you around any objects. I would be very apprehensive letting any child drive this on any public road in any neighborhood because of that reason alone. Try not to be too cool for helmets and extra pads for your knees and elbows. You never know when you have to make a really sharp emergency turn to avoid something and flip this over even though it would be hard to do (it is possible though).Because you’re so low, and obviously you are wide open to the outside, the 23 mph top speed is going to feel much faster than 23 mph in a car. That is what Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain at Disney World achieves for speed even though it seems much faster. This will satisfy a lot of thrill seekers. The steering is pretty sweet once you get used to it. At first it seems very jerky but it isn’t meant to be precise at slow speeds without power steering. After a while you’ll realize that it performs nicely at high speeds and rounding corners at high speeds is great once you get the hang of it. I have NOT been able to drift in this go kart because the roads in my neighborhood need to be paved. It’s impossible to drift. I need to find a place where the surface is smooth enough and then I’ll report back on it.The speaker really is a neat aspect of this. It is rechargeable but one thing to note is that it does take a while to recharge. It synchronizes with the pedals so that when you push the gas it revs up like a race engine. It is done almost perfectly. As you accelerate the sound becomes far-more aggressive. Not using this leaves you with a silent ride which isn’t nearly as much fun. You can also synch your iPhone to it and play your music instead, but I’d rather use the engine sounds. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that it did not come with English instructions. Just Chinese – I don’t know if that is something they forgot to put in there, or they just counted on people figuring it out. It wasn’t hard and the Segway app picked it up right away. The lighting effects are cool but the green headlight on this is basically useless in terms of illuminating what is in front of you. I imagine they did not put real headlights on this because they don’t want people driving at night in this. I imagine you can find external, battery operated lights to mount on both sides if you wanted to. I might try that down the road, but for now I’ll keep the night rides to a minimum. This comes with a knee-bar if you want to take the Ninebot S-Max out of it and use it like the Segway S models (hoverboard style). It’s better than what comes with the S, but it does not come with the full extension bar that you steer with your hands like purchasing the Ninebot S-Max separately gives you. I imagine that Ninebot will eventually offer this as an accessory but as of today they do not. This was a impulse purchase, but it is so much fun. The only issue is that there aren’t many places around to ride it. Even in my neighborhood, people park on the side of the road during the day and it gets hard to see cars coming. We’re going to find other places to take this to. This is a no-brainer if you’re looking for something really fun and aren’t worried about the cost.

I Have Bought THREE of Them! A Review One Year Later
The title is no lie, since I impulse bought mine with Biden Bucks last year, two of my family and friends have wanted one so they got theirs through me. We all have the pro model. This thing is so fun to take out on our roads and just drift and spin like crazy. I’m 6ft 190 and with it fully extended its a little tight and my knees definitely touch the steering wheel, but its really not a huge deal. Ill go over pros and cons.Pros:Super Fun, 23mph feels MUCH faster especially with the crazy acceleration these have. If the tires are fresh, the turning is very responsive and you can make a turn on a dime. There’s 4 speed modes if you have little kids or someone who is just learning.(But i never use anything but the fastest) There’s a companion app where you change the modes, lights, and other settings. There’s a drift slider where you can pick between understeer and full on drifting. Its just a Go kart kit on top of the Segway S Max, it also comes with the Knee bar so if you want to use it as a commuter, you can just take the S Max out of the back and put on the knee bar and boom, instant urban transport. There’s potential upgradability in the future! If Segway/Ninebot comes out with a S Max+ or Pro or whatever they call it, you can just swap it into the go kart frame and have a whole new go kart! The build quality is amazing, there’s rubber bumpers on the front and sides, a strong frame and adjustable length, the Allen wrench for adjusting it comes on the kart itself in a little slot on the side.Cons:The other review about the tires being bad, is partially true. depending on how you use it and what road surface its on, the tires can wear really fast. The review said in under 2 weeks they were already getting a torn up tire. They must have been going HARD to shred the tires like that. If you don’t drift they should last a long time. If you only go crazy with the drifting all the time, the tires wear very fast. And its true they aren’t sold on Ninebot’s website(almost nothing is available on their site), but they are on Aliexpress, which is where i have been getting mine, the rear ones are about $53 each at the time of writing this, pretty pricey for how fast they wear out. The front ones are about $48 each. The shipping time is quite longIf you drift a lot, the battery really isn’t all that great. It runs out super fast if you drift hard and weigh closer to the weight limit of the kart. Its because when drifting there’s so much resistance to the motor. If you just cruise, the battery actually is pretty decent. We have had ours for over a year and i’ve noticed a little bit of battery degradation but not a whole lot. There seems to be QC issues with the hand brake, the welds on mine were a little wonky and caused it not contact the tire. I contacted support and they asked for a ton of info including pics. Support was helpful, but I ended up solving the issue myself by bending it into place. All in all, this is an amazing toy, Everyone we drive by stares at us, they always say it looks so fun. Some have stopped me in the middle of the street wanting to know what these are and where to get them. If you have the extra spending money, its SO worth it!

Fun to drive
This is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve done in a long time, it has really brought a smile to my face just like when I was a kid. The handling and low center of gravity allows you to really feel like a race car driver. The aero on the Segway is what sold me as well as the performance an all around great purchase. Shipping was super fast I truly recommend this product to everyone that wants a smile that will really make you feel special.

Great Fun that lasted 1 day
I had been looking at purchasing this product for over a year. Finally decided to go ahead and purchased it mainly because Amazon had it in stock. Upon arrival the box was very neat and perfectly packaged. Assembly was not difficult but also not easy. Instructions are kind of hard to understand but you can find many videos online. After setting up the Go kart and calibrating with blue tooth after a full charge we decided to try it out. This product was SO MUCH FUN! I cannot say how much fun my family and I had for 1 day. The next day after a full charge we decided to pull it out I was personally driving the go kart going over 20 mph all of a sudden I had a beeping noise that I never was able to get to go away (not battery related) its programming related and I pretty much lost any brakes. Luckily we were in our neighborhood and not in an intersection or anything like that and I was able to coast to a stop. I had to get out turn off and turn on and the Go Kart would work find for 10 mins, then the same issue would happen. Finally after a few tries the beeping and red light would not go away. I tried youtube videos, Amazon Support, Segway support which is a real problem. They are only open M-F certain hours. Most of the time they have long wait times. I decided to return this after researching online that this is a common problem. Great fun for 1 day, kinda dangerous when you lose Braking. Buyer beware.

Good Fun, Short Battery Life
I’m 6’4″ 230lb. I just barely fit. I had to take the side panels off of the seat so that I could fit. I knew when I bought it I was over the recommendations. I guess I’m sharing this for someone who might be a bit over the recommendations. If your bigger than me, you’ll likely not fitI bought this so that I’d have something to ride with my kids on their electric go karts. This thing is insanely fun and accelerates amazing when the battery is fully charged. 23mph feels much faster in this low to the ground car. The handling is great. It’s lots of fun.The brakes work really good, actually too good. If you drive it like a race car they are great. If your just cruising along the brakes are way too strong. Then brakes are either all on or all off. There is no in between. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have more range on the brakes like the accelerator. Overall this is just a recommended improvement, and it’s not a deal breaker. I can live with it.It’s also really rough on bumps. Having small wheels and no suspension cracks in the road feel like giant pot holes. So you need a pretty smooth place to ride it.My biggest complaint is the battery life. On race mode it lierally only lasts about 15 minutes before you start to see a significant reduction in power. It’ll continue to run for another 20 minutes or so, but the power is greatly reduced. It’s a little misleading when it says it’ll go 15 miles. The only way that’s possible is on eco mode which is slower than walking.I can’t believe that there is not a battery expansion for these. I would think you could add 10 lbs of battery and double the battery life. You’d lose no performance.Other than that it’s great fun, we just need a solution for the short battery life.

Extremely Fun for the family
The media could not be loaded.
Updated Review: I bought this gokart pro four months ago in August. Originally I was had trouble syncing up the bluetooth and setting it up. It was locked and I didn’t know it then. After figuring out how to use it, we have not stopped riding it. I’m 190 lbs and it accelerates and maintains top speed just the same as my 55lb kid. The spin outs and drifting is what this makes the go-kart extremely fun. Its rated for 14yrs old, but my 7yr rides out like a pro. The three different speed modes that restricts makes it fun for all inexperienced and advanced riders. I would highly recommend this Gokart. Its a bit pricey, but just like all techs you get what you pay for and its very worth it. I’m actually looking to buy another one thats used, just so I can ride the same time with my boy.

100% AWESOME FOR KIDS AND 85% AWESOME FOR ADULTS
This thing is RAD!! It’s got it all except…. I love the look, the durability, the app, control, drifting, it’s clean, easy to transport and store! It’s a SAGWAY so it’s very reliable!! Two things I don’t like so much one was an easy fix. The seat doesn’t fit a normal size adult. So I took off the two black pads and we all fit perfectly comfy!! Only took about 15 mins to remove the extra clean! The other thing I don’t like that I can’t seem to fix is it only goes 23 mph?? It feels fast at first and is great for kids but if you say it’s for adults too it should do at least 35? That would be sooooooo much more fun for adults!! Hopefully they come out with an adult mode in the future? If they do I’ll hunt this down and change it!!! I LOVE THAT ITS ALSO A NINEBOT MAX S! I have a LOOMO it’s nice to be able to take the max s off the kart and let my friends ride along with me while I’m on LOOMO!! I paid 1800 for mine with all the accessories so I feel like that was a good deal. Thanks Segway for so many awesome products through the years!

Epic design fun to drift
I have had my model for about 4 months now it works great. Love the design ride is a bit rough but that is to be expected since it has no suspension. You can solve this problem by getting the cushion accessory (sold separately on amazon). the kart is a bit heavy but that is also to be expected i would recommend you find space for it BEFORE you buy the go kart. Assembly took a while and parts from assembly will often fall off but this is also to be expected because I was the one to assemble it. Battery life is as long as it needs to be. You can actually drift it… if your Lewis Hamilton. would recommend this product.

I’m 5’6″ and 160 lbs. Can’t imagine anyone larger fitting in it.
I would have preferred rubber tires. Fine on smooth asphalt, but anything worse is bumpy. But it’s fun.
