Tipp:wer eine Apple Health zum tracken der Schritte verwenden will:Unter „Schritte“ – „Datenquellen“ einfach die KS Fit App an erster Stelle per Drag and Drop über Apple Watch/ iPhone ziehen. Dadurch kann man einfach seine Ziele überprüfen.Ich arbeite viel am Computer und wollte mit dem WalkingPad meine Schrittzahl erhöhen. Das Pad ist etwas lauter, ich verwende es in Meeting oft in Kombination mit Noice Cancelling Headsets. Zwischen 2-3 km/h kann man wunderbar telefonieren und gleichzeitig 2500 – 5000 Schritte pro Meeting (30min – 1h) verbrennen.Bei Tätigkeiten, die mehr Konzentration (Programmieren) oder präzises Arbeiten (wie z.B. zeichnen oder Grafiken erstellen) benötigen, empfinde ich es allerdings eher als störend.Ich habe das Pad inzwischen seit fast 5 Monaten und verwende es 3-4 mal die Woche.

Super Laufband
Das Laufband läuft einwandfrei und macht nur wenig Geräusche. Es lässt sich zusammengeklappt leicht verstauen. Man muss nur daran denken es regelmäßig zu ölen.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.
