i saw lots of comments with same issue before i bought it, unfortunately i got the same problems after i received it. the connection is not stable and sometimes you can hear clearly a electric noise in the background . i’m a fan of bose, but this product really disappointed me

Unit does not work
This particular model does not function – the active noise suppression disconnets on its own. The item was replaced by the service centre and the replacement also has the same problem – Service Centre staff have infomed us that Amazon needs to raise a request to upgrade the unit and Bose is doing that for units purchased locally due to a wide spead issue with this model

DO NOT BUY *****BUZZING NOIS ON LEAFT EARBUD*****When Active Nois Cancellation is on and you are not listening to anything (like you want to be in a quiet environment and focus) there is a bussing noise on your left earbudsI tried to reach out to Bose and understand if they are aware of the issue and if the issue can be fixed by software update but there is no way to reach to the related team and customer care will just take your feedback, so you won’t be able to make a purchase decision whether to buy and wait for software fix or avoid if this is not a software issue.I buy two of them and both have the same issue

Amazing NC, poor microphone and connection
Unfortunately I decided to return this product within 2 days as I needed it for calls and received the feedback from everyone that my voice was too faint and buried in background noise. The Bluetooth connection is very unreliable. Sometimes one ear drops off sometime both. The NC is out of this world though.

I have been researching noise cancelling ear buds for a while before deciding on this purchase. I was about to go with another brand when I saw a review about this product that had recently come onto the market. It definitely hasn’t disappointed. It blocks out the leaf blower and all the other noise that was bothering me and is very comfortable to wear. Very glad I made this purchase.

Update:I returned it because of a serious sounds cut, breaks on the right one.I have my beats fit pro and they are good for more than 1 and have year, but I decide to go for bose finally after reading and watching many real reviews, this earbud is AMAZING, the sound quality is great with the NC, using it while reading and studying for a long time, I’m really in love with these earbuds.

Comprei com desconfiança, mas o produto apresenta características do oficial, pois verifiquei junto ao site da bose pelo canal de contratipos, enviando fotos, videos, serial number e recebi a resposta que se trata de um produto oficial. Consegui registrar o mesmo na minha conta bose e fica aparecendo que o produto está com o período de garantia em vigência. Assisti diversos umboxing e todos os elementos que identifiquei estavam presentes na embalagem. As funcionalidades do app funcionam perfeitamente. Diante disso, entendi que se trata realmente de um produto original e recomendo a compra. Lembrando que o defeito de um leve chiado no fone esquerdo ainda permanece, mas somente incomoda se não tiver tocando nenhum audio.

I’ve had a long line of Bose earphones/headphones and never had a problem. I was reading reviews (I always go to the bad reviews first) and really couldn’t relate to the experiences.I’ve had every model of wireless Bose earbuds and think that they’ve got better and better. If you’re not bothered about the immersive listening – then look for a pair of last year’s QCII model, because I think that is the only difference.The fitting is a bit of a challenge initially, there is a bit of trial and error in getting both bits of silicon to fit just right. But it is worth persevering because that’s where you’ll get the optimum comfort and noise cancellation – once this is done you are set for good. The key reason I have persisted with Bose is largely comfort – I think that the silicon tips in all Bose earphones sets them apart before we even get to sound.Pairing with an iPhone and the app is pretty straight forward – although sometimes you are paired – you can see it on your phone’s Bluetooth connections and you can hear fine, but the app doesn’t think you’re connected. But it seems to sort itself out.The sound I think is as good as any buds I’ve tried, I also own Airpod Pros and Sony’s media darling WF 1000XM4. Both quite similar in sound – but not as comfortable – especially for long spells of use – and especially the Sonys which I find quite heavy. I’ve not suffered from any white noise or interference on sound. Through the app you can tweak the EQ to your taste – I’ve found that it is really not worth the bother.On to the Immersive Audio – this is the big change from the previous model. It’s far from necessary but when it works well – it is very effective. I’ve largely been using Apple lossless and the results vary a bit. More recent releases like say Billie Eilish sound fantastic – genuinely immersive. On rock, where it works well you get a clarity and separation that unveils hitherto unheard details. Overall I like it and think it’s a decent – if not entirely essential – enhancement. I do listen to most music with Immersion on – so I guess that says something.The only real niggle I have is the lack of wireless charging. Which you can have for £50 in the form of a silicon case on top of the supplied case.Overall these remain the buds to beat for me.

Curiosamente termine comprando estos audífonos Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds después de devolver unos audífonos Sony WF-1000XM5.¿Qué hicieron mejor que los Sony? En cuanto a características, la aplicación de celular, sonido y ANC no les falta nada a los dos. Los dos son de alta gama y se nota. Pero en mi caso los Sony fueron muy incómodos. Para que el ANC en el modelo WF-100XM5 funcione correctamente es necesario que las “gomitas” de un material tipo “memory foam” hagan vacío en tus oídos. Y la única forma en la que lo conseguí (según la misma aplicación de los audífonos) fue usando las gomas grandes (L) y eran muy incómodas.El modelo de Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (que al momento de escribir esto) es más caro. Es muchísimo más cómodo. Porque su ANC no tiene el requerimiento de “vacío en el oído” de los Sony. Además ajustan diferente a los Sony. No solo tienen la gomita (de plástico, no es memory foam) que se mete en el oído, además traen un “ganchito” que ajusta en la oreja para que los audífonos no se muevan. Y cada que los colocas en los oídos hacen un sonido (tipo orquesta) para asegurarse de hacer bien el ANC.He leído otras reseñas que se quejan de que el sonido (calidad de audio, para los audiófilos) no es nada del otro mundo, tomando en cuenta que son marca Bose. Y estoy de acuerdo. No es nada del otro mundo y estoy seguro que otros modelos Bose tienen mejor calificación en este aspecto. Pero la música suena muy bien, sobretodo si activas el modo “Inmersión” (que por defecto, pone al máximo el ANC).El ANC es excelente. Los uso en la oficina y estoy a unos metros de la cafetera donde la gente se junta a platicar y moler el café (es la definición de ruido) con el ANC no escucho nada de ruido ambiental, solo mi música.En verdad son unos excelente audífonos. Y los recomiendo mucho.

ANC is top, maar connectiviteitsproblemen zijn de boosdoener
Om mee te beginnen: het geluid en de Active Noise Cancelling zijn fan-tas-tisch. Als liefhebber van verschillende soorten muziek (hardstyle, techno, jazz, bands) vind ik het belangrijk om lage bass te horen, maar niet een soort JBL geluidservaring te krijgen waarbij de midden en hoge tonen worden weggevaagd.De Noise Cancelling is werkelijk waar fantastisch. In het begin heel erg wennen dat het zo stil kan zijn, maar daarna zeer comfortabel. Vooral op het werk. De echt hoge tonen worden in mindere mate gefilterd, maar dat schijnt ook met de bouw van je schedel te maken te hebben.Dan… de reden waarom ik het product retour stuur: de connectiviteitsproblemen. Toen ik de Bose oortjes had gekocht was net de Multipoint Pairing feature gelanceerd. Enorm handig om twee apparaten tegelijk te verbinden. Met mijn kantoorbaan is de switch tusssen laptop en telefoon dus heel functioneel. Echter, zodra ik wegloop van mijn laptop en weer terugloop, kunnen de oortjes niet meer met de laptop verbinden. Ik moet “het apparaat vergeten” en opnieuw pairen. Vervolgens blijft de verbinding niet stabiel en valt het geluid in korte fases weg. Ik heb een HP laptop uit 2024 (32GB, Intel i7).Sinds deze week is er ook bij gekomen dat mijn iPhone niet meer gekoppeld blijft. Halverwege het telefoongesprek wordt de verbinding verbroken. Ik kan de oortjes uitdoen en vervolgens aan mijn gesprekspartner vragen of hij zijn vraag wilt herhalen omdat mijn oortjes ermee stoppen. Groot minpunt in de gebruikservaring.Overigens krijg ik vaak de feedback dat het lijkt alsof ik in een holle ruimte sta, als ik met mensen bel. Mijn stem is niet per sé duidelijk te verstaan en er wordt te veel omgevingsgeluid opgenomen. Als ik de oortjes uitschakel en mijn telefoon tegen mijn oren houdt is het antwoord: “Ah ja, dit is veel beter.” Dat zegt genoeg.Ik vind het jammer dat Bose op deze manier een product in de markt brengt. Met oortjes met een prijs van +€250 is het niet oké om basis zaken zoals connectiviteit niet op orde te hebben. Daarnaast is de gesprekskwaliteit matig en is de ervaring met het product ondermaats. De kwaliteit die Bose levert met het geluid valt hiermee in het niet. Jammer, maar voor dit bedrag gaan de oortjes helaas retour.

So finally the Bose qc ultra earbuds!!Firstly, thanks to Amazon prime day sale got the ultra for the price of previous gen qc2. Great value for money.The pros:1. Very comfortable fit2. Well rounded, great sound (ofcourse)3. Top notch ANC4. Easy and hassle free connectivity to ios devicesThe cons:1. No multi point connectivity – can connect to only one device at a time2. No wireless charging (which wasnt a deal breaker for me)Overall, really happy with the purchase. I was using airpods first gen for almost 2 years and then upgraded to airpods pro first gen. Was very happy with airpods but being a Bose fan and somebody who keeps a check on latest what Bose has to offer i thought of giving it a try. And oh boy! No regrets at all.Go for it if you are a Bose fan!

L’ajustement dans les oreilles est confortable, même si visuellement elles semblent volumineuses. tient bien la charge. P S. J’ai commandé à nouveau les écouteurs, car les premiers écouteurs arrivés ne tenaient pas la charge et étaient constamment déconnectés du Bluetooth

I’ve been buying noise cancelling ear-buds for decades …Sony, Bose, and others. In the past the noise cancelling never really worked, but this model is the ‘real deal’. The noise cancelling works well, the sound quality is good, and they’re easy to use.

I have had the Bose Sports buds but accidentally lost one so had to purchase a new pair of earphones. I absolutely loved those and thought they couldn’t be beaten but these outdo it with sound. The bass is just enough, not as much as the sport buds but the sound is much clearer and I prefer it. They also stay in my ear better than the sport buds and they have no ear hook. The sound cancelling is mint, I pop these in even when studying without music and drowns the background completely out so highly recommend for that. The ‘aware’ option is also good and helpful when walking so you’re alert to traffic. Comfort is good, have them in for hours and don’t feel them in. The only downside is the in-call quality. I wouldn’t purchase these if it was mainly for that use. It’s hard to hear when they’re in and quite sketchy for the price. However if it is for sound and pleasure I absolutely recommend these earbuds!

Cómodos, con una cancelación de ruido en otro mundo, un sonido espectacular, y tras la última actualización cuentan ya con conexión multipunto.Pero no son perfectos, la única pega es el tipo de codec para audio sin pérdidas, APTX adaptative, que no está en todos los dispositivos. Creo que Bose podría haber apostado por LDAC.No he experimentado ningún problema de conexión. Los controles funcionan bien. La aplicación tiene pocas opciones de configuración, y el ecualizador es mejorable, sobre todo para un producto de esta marca.Con los pros y los contras que he mencionado, sigo pensando que es una buena compra.

Never buy a Bose again
Bose used to be good in the past but not anymore and that’s a fact for a long-time user of Bose.This headphone suffers from a terrible connection issue. Many times it doesn’t connect to my Galaxy phone properly. I have to reset multiple times, restart my phone, restart Bluetooth, and many other solutions just for it to work. My airpods or Galaxy buds on the other hand connect automatically. the noise cancelation is excellent though but giving it 1 star because of the terrible connection and the terrible mic phone quality.

Crackling sound
Amazing product with sound quality no wonder and I am using it with my iPhone 15 pro and in between I hear crackling sounds… I wonder if the product is defective? Tried with Spotify and played some YouTube songs and same crackling sound comes after every 5 to 10 min……doesn’t happen with my Sony headphones or others

Don’t buy this product from Amazon!!!
I bought the first pair and received a defective one; the left earbud had been repaired, and dried glue was popping out of it. I bought a second pair, which was in dirty condition and defective again. I received a replacement, but it was also defective. A technician at the Bose store tested them and confirmed they were defective. I tried the demo at the Bose store, and it didn’t make the buzzing noise, yet all three pairs I received from Amazon were defective. My order was sold, fulfilled, and shipped by Amazon; the seller is Amazon.

Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds
The sound, the fit / comfort, and the ease of setting it up (app on iPhone 15 Pro) are the three features that set thes earbuds above the competition.After you unbox and charge the buds, you put them in your ear. The Bose app immediately determines if the fit is proper – it was. I don’t need to change anything. The buds fit snugly but comfortably. Unlike the iPods Pro 2, they don’t fall out or become loose – this is a major plus.It’s over 90 outside, so my AC is on. When I tried the 3 listening modes and turned up the noise reduction – silence. I couldn’t hear my AC, not even faintly.I sampled the virtuoso piano playing oh Yuja Wang, The bass was very pronounced – didn’t sound right. I found the equalizer adjustments: bass -10, mid +5, and treble +10. Voila! Very easy to adjust to your preference. Orchestral pieces: +6, +7, +8 …YMMV.These are the best earbuds ever. Small and compact; well designed, and durable. Highly recommended.Are they perfection? No. The case should have come with wireless charging – the iPods Pro 2 have this feature. These bud work on one device at a time – multiple devices would have been nice. And lastly, the batteries last 4 hours – 6 or 8 hours to cover longer flights? Bose add these to your improvements list; one or more can be accomplished with firmware? These are not deal breakers, but a bit more than nice to have.

For the last 3 months, I wanted to find a pair of wireless earbuds that were, at the very least, comfortable.My previous pair of wireless earbuds, Sony’s WFSP800N were, by far, the most comfortable wireless earbuds I have ever experienced. That being said, they’re going on four years old. They disconnected randomly from my phone, they often remained on when I put them in their charging case, and on a few occasions, just my sweat would be enough to trigger the touch sensors and either skip or pause whatever song I was listening to.So, I set out to try just about every major brand that *wasn’t* Sony this time around.I tried the top of the line in the $200 price range from Jabra, Beats, and Sennheiser.Jabra was by far the one I wanted to succeed the most. I picked up the Jabra Elite 8. The sound was good. Noise cancelling was automatic and easy to cycle. And the fact that the materials were military grade and built to withstand just about anything really sold me. Unfortunately, prolonged wear hurt my right ear. I returned them a few days later and tried the Beats Fit Pro. I thought that the wings would provide stabilization and comfort. I was wrong. I didn’t even get a chance to really try them out. My ears were in agonizing pain due to the rigidity of the wings. I returned them the same day I bought them. I had high hopes for Sennheiser, and though they sounded amazing, they hurt in the same way that Jabra did.Cue Bose to come in. The thing that set them apart from the competition were the comfort wings. They come in three different sizes. I tried using the medium wings first, but prolonged use still caused pain in just my right ear, even though my left was fine. The small wings though fit perfectly in both, and have not created any issues of discomfort or pain. They’re actually on par comfort wise with the Sony earbuds I got almost 4 years ago.Now, the sound was night and day to anything I have ever tried before. The sheer depth of everything was immaculate, and with the app you can adjust the different tones accordingly. But the features that won out was the noise cancelling “quiet” mode, the sound heightening “immersion” mode, and the all around “aware” mode.These are the best noise cancelling earbuds I have ever experienced with the quiet mode. The immersion mode let’s you listen to music in all levels around you as if you’re sitting in the middle of an orchestra. The aware mode transfers sound from the outside to you as if you aren’t wearing headphones at all.All three modes are miles above the other competing products I have bought. But the Aware mode is absolutely amazing as any other version of this sounds Tinny or Electronic. This was the first time I have ever forgotten I was even wearing headphones. The music may not have been playing, but the background noise was so clear that I just didn’t need to take the headphones out and put them away. This actually made it easy to listen to music at a low volume and still be able to keep up with concentrating on conversations or work place activities and lectures.The case uses the USB C charging cable, and you get a full charge if it’s completely dead in about 2 hours. That being said, I probably get about 6 to 8 hours with consecutive use of the earbuds on a single charge. With the charging case, I can probably go 20 to 25 hours without needing to recharge. But what I love is that not only will the earbuds audibly tell you when they are low after they’ve been sitting in the case, the case itself has a light indicator to tell you when the charging battery is drained.Overall, is this worth $300? Considering it blew every other $200 competitor, including my original earbuds out of the water (which I paid $250 for when they were released near 4 years ago), I would say that TO ME, they are worth the money. I’m not comparing them to current Sonys on the market, nor have I ever tried the Quiet Comfort 2s. If you feel that it isn’t big enough of a jump, then cool. But to me, comparing them to all of the earbuds that caused me pain, I do feel like this is a case of “Getting Your Money’s Worth.”I sincerely like these, and I am happy I spent the money for the sake of impressive comfort and impressive sound quality.11/14/2023

Ses ve gürültü engelleme gerçekten daha önce kullandığım kulaklıklalar ile kıyas bile edilemez. gürültü engelleme çok çok iyi. ses modlarında sarmalayan ses modu gercekten inanılmaz. kafanızı çevirdiğiniz noktadan ses geliyor hissi veriyor. bass ve tizler çok temiz ayrıca bir ekolyzeri var kendinizde ayarlayabiliyorsunuz. 3-4 saat aralıksız müzikdinlemede kulaklarımda bir rahatsızlık hissetmedim. kulaklık şarjını gösteriyor ancak kulaklık kabı sarjı göstermiyor bu bir eksi bence. ayrıca kayıp kulaklık bulma yok. daha önce kullandığım kulaklıklarda mevcuttu belki ileriki günlerde yazılım ile hallederler. sonuç olarak bence çok kaliteli ve biraz pahalı tarafta.

Great ANC, terrible Bluetooth connection
After short use it started disconnecting in left or both earbuds (iPhone 14 Pro; my other earphones work great with it). Factory reset did not help or just for a short time:(I have tried 3 (!) of the earbuds and badly wanted them to work properly, because ANC and sound are great and the buds are smaller then the previous version (non-Ultra), but every one had the same problems. I love Bose, but these are terrible.Btw Amazon Customer Service is very good – huge props.

No hay palabras para describir esto y si la hay, solo se resume a una sola: WOW!Es increíble lo que ha hecho BOSE con este producto, vengo de reemplazar unos audífonos Quiet Confort me duraron varios años y a pesar de mi escepticismo, debo decir que estos audífonos me impresionaron.La batería dura bastante, los audífonos son muy cómodos y la calidad de sonido está al nivel de BOSE. Los modos y configuración que se incluyen en la aplicación de verdad sorprenden. Sin duda se han vuelto mis audífonos favoritos.

Qualità audio, comfort e anc top
Presi al black Friday a 299 euro, alla fine li ho preferiti alle Sony xm5 per quanto fantastiche anche loro. Per il comfort soprattutto, è come non averli, non sono così piccoli da scivolarti dalle mani ( io le ho grandi), li estrai dal contenitore agevolmente non ti cadono.. a differenza delle Sony che sono delle pallottole fastidiose nell’orecchio (nel mio ovviamente) e scivolano dalle dita. La qualità audio è sorprendente, predilige i bassi, medi e alti precisissimi e nitidi, ma a volte con l’Audio immersivo, sono un pelo striduli , l’esperienza generale di ascolto è fantastica la soppressione del rumore e pressoché totale la stereofonia c’è e si sente, l’audio immersivo apre l’ascolto ma non sempre mi fa’ impazzire, ti ritrovi chiuso in una bolla musicale capace di estraniarti, senza fastidio alle orecchie come succede con cuffie più grandi. L’unica pecca riscontrata al momento, è qualche incertezza di connessione con l’app bose che a volte si impalla, la connessione con i dispositivi non è fulminea come con le Sony, come già segnalato non connette due dispositivi contemporaneamente e non ha ricarica wireless. Il prezzo non lo discuto, è un prodotto per audiofili, ho risparmiato 50 euro e mi basta, il divertimento con file di qualità è assicurato( io uso Amazon music ultra HD) con 300 euro e un telefonino ascolto musica in cuffia ovunque in qualità ultra HD, garantendomi un momento di relax assoluto , ero incerto con le Sony perché le xm5 sono più fluide nell’utilizzo, non sgarrano mai, sono forse più adatte ad un utilizzo quotidiano, sono più piccole e inoltre suonano stupendamente ma l’anc non è al livelloquasi totale di bose, l’app è meno incerta e più completa, ma alla fine ho scelto le bose spero di non rimanere deluso.

Excelente fone de ouvido
Esse é o terceiro fone da Bose que compro. A evolução é evidente em cada lançamento e o Ultra realmente vale cada centavo. O cancelamento de ruído e o modo imersão fazem a diferença e aumenta muito a boa experiência ao ouvir músicas. Estou muito satisfeito.

The best noise cancelling ear buds – period
I had previously bought Bose QC 35 headphones a few years ago and was very impressed with both the sound quality and noise cancelling ability. So when I came to purchasing new earbuds I went with Bose. Unbelievable NC for earbuds with great sound and comfortable fit you can wear for hours. Recommended.

Amazing sound
It had connectivity problems in the beginning and now after software updates it works perfectly fine. Can switch to 2 devices also. Good bass and touch . Also the nc is great
